Focus on ease of useThe tool has lots of features, including the ability to record meetings and outgoing phone calls (bridge join through their servers). Translation feels like whisper-medium. No magic here. No real noise cancellation that I could see. AI summary is nice, but if whisper misses words the summary is useless. Biggest drawback is # of clicks to just do the 80% use case. Seems to miss the simple ‘big red button’ to jump directly into recording audio from the mic. This should be like a stand-alone shortcut so you can put it on the dock. Watch out for interruptionsThis app is great, but only when the developers want it to be great. If your phone dies, they force out an update really anything that would cause the recording or transcription summary to be paused or interrupted will cause everything to just delete. Customer service is slow to respond and unhelpful when it comes to recovering any of the lost materials. I recently was affected by an update that came out while I was making a recording of a 50 minute work meeting. Deletes transcript if phone diesI used this app for an assignment. I had to record a 2 1/2 hour long interaction. When I picked up my phone at the end, it was very hot. It shut off. When I turned on the phone, the transcript was gone. There needs to be some sort of back up for longer recordings. I have a new phone with a strong battery and the battery was full when I started. It was about 40 minutes long and it recorded the meeting. It seemed then came time for processing. Keep in mind I’m standing right next to my Wi-Fi unit and my signal is strong. It then tells me that my connection is a little bit slow and it will take a little longer, but that my recording is Safe. App doesn’t work like advertisedI left a review on an interview I tried early January 2026 with negative results. It seemed to be confused with only two people talking and made it four people. I thought I would give it another try with a phone call recording, and it didn’t work at all. Thankfully I recorded the phone conversation via recorder. Used to work now it doesn’t.I bought this app about 4 months ago, paid for the annual ($79), to upload some of my own videos to transcribe it worked really well for the first 2 months then about a couple of months ago it just stopped working all together. Worked great until it didn’tThis worked amazing. I’m hearing impaired and processing auditory communication is a challenge. I loved it for work. I noticed a vast improvement in my performance and productivity. Then it decided to stop transcribing my meetings. It would stop after 15 minutes, then 10, then 6, and so on. Terrible Customer ServiceThe app works good as long as you do not try to open your account on another device. I purchased a new phone, went to change my email address on file and boom I suddenly have 3 new accounts, all of my recordings are gone and I’ve messaged tech support for over a week without so much as any assistance other than “it looks like you have 3 accounts”. This is not user error, when you logout of your Apple ID and log in on a different device it will create a new account. Not for SpanishI got this to capture voice messages in Spanish, transcribe them and give me a translated (English) transcript. I set the voice language to Spanish. I set the transcript setting to English. Tried it three times at full iphone volume held near the ipad. It could not process the voice message. Waveform showed it could capture it but then delivered a can't transcribe message. I adjusted the iphone volume and position relative to the ipad. Got same message. I conclude this app is unsatisfactory for Spanish. I deleted it and unsubscribed from the $8.99/ week price. Reliable or Unreliable?I had high hopes for this app. Using it on the state of the art smartphone, iPhone 17 Pro Max with 2 TB hard drive, it does not estimate well the approximate time for processing a meeting. Currently, it seems stuck in an endless loop (wrapping up, finalizing details, just a moment, almost done, etc., etc). An 8-minute job is still grinding away a half hour later! It is okay, not the bestI work in the medical tech field and I used the app to take notes from interviews I had with physicians about their challenges with their current system. I found that the app’s summary of the meeting was very repetitive and not as detailed. A lot of the names of the systems that the provider mentioned were transcribed incorrectly, as well as some medical terminology. Also, important sections of the interviews were completely missed in the summary, there was a portion of the interview we spent a good 10 min discussing and the summary had no mention about this subject all..CacauescaVersion: 2.11.1

Not Enough Time to RateI tried it in a meeting to see how well it worked. The transcription seems to be fine but the summary was not great. I took the transcription and entered into another application for the summary and it was much better. I’d like to give it another opportunity to try it but you get one chance and then they want to charge you.
