Travel a lotThis thing is great. I travel a lot and I bought an extra phone. So normally I have to buy a SIM card when I land. However in some countries you cannot buy a SIM card at the airport. Great option for international travelI got this for a trip to Costa Rica. The eSIM worked well, and once I turned roaming on with the travel eSIM, all was good. The only thing I’d suggest is having a back-up phone charger for longer trips (like a portable Morphie charger). OverchargeThis app is a scam. It auto-charged my credit card every week after my initial use without my permission. I only used it for one week, then realized weeks later that it had been charging me weekly. Unlike other apps that clearly notify you about auto-renewals and allow you to manage subscriptions through Apple settings, this one hides the cancellation inside the app. Even after canceling, I couldn’t remove my credit card from the app settings. I had to report the overcharges to my credit card company. The support is terrible, unhelpful, and the setup of the SIM card itself was confusing and frustrating.
