Not accepting to pay for upgrading sets selectionIt’s a boomer because we wanted to pay extra to have extra room sets but the system has a bug and did not accept the payement. At the same time, to pay for luggage’s was not a problem. Tried 10 times and verified with my credit card- the problem is with the app. May be only for transiting travellers? Super glitchy app that doesn’t deliver the basic while it is built for a seamless customer exFly Delta is the most confusing of apps. It’s so not intuitive . I had a connecting flight to my destination and the app kept pinging about the second flight rather than the first and then it jumped to sharing notifications about my return flight. Also delays were not shown real time in the app. They have all this functionality like ‘find my flight’ but they don’t work. My main issue with delta is that Other airlines allow you scan your permanent residence card But delta makes you wait until you are the airport to check in because they have to view it in person. HorribleTerrible app. Wifi on board it’s the worst user experience ever. Flight got cancelled after being 3 hrs at the tarmac. Rebooking was horrible as I had to go in myself to the app. Horrible service. Not enough options. And this same flight today from Buenos Aires to NY also got cancelled yesterday. Was told that was faster to do just transport. Many of us did that yet there was nobody of Delta and we had to book our own transport again airport is upper far away. No indication of a refund anywhere. Delta reps said don’t even try calling. No one will pick up. Just use the QR code. Yeah right. Delta you have let me down in a way that is indescribable.
