So much fairness!First, you can keep deleting my reviews, I’m not going to stop sharing my HONEST experience. Why would anyone object to a customer sharing exactly what happened to them? This app does not deserve my support anymore. I’ve been patient and I’ve played quite a bit on the app and I’ve reached out to let them know how awful the experience has been. It’s unlike any other app in that the games don’t really interact, so they don’t allow me to play for longer than a minute because they don’t even dish out the tiniest amounts to keep the game alive. Huge Disappointment!!This is a very difficult review to write because this used to be one of the best apps. Stealing money?!?Not sure if, its only happen to my husband but, they overdrafted his account one day of $1000 and then the next day it cleared up. We thought nothing of it could have been pending amounts. He started using his apple pay so it removes the amount immediately. The next day he was overdrawn $986 in his account again. It was pending and it became set in stone. Its impossible to overdraft a debit card with apple pay. When we spoke to the bank they said it was done with apple pay; mind you these were amounts of $12-$100 amounts on his bank account that werent from him. The Worst gaming appHard Rock has been by far the worst of the RMG gaming apps I’ve tried out. New player bonus spins were supposed to be deposited incrementally over a set number of days. Day two I didn’t receive the bonus spins. I reached out to support who got back to me the next day and let me know that Day 2 and Day 3 spins had been added to my account. Day 4, again no bonus spins received. I reach back out to support, they don’t respond until the next day and for whatever reason Day 5 spins come as expected. Support required me to send screenshots and then they said they credited the spins to my account, but the credits didn’t work.
