Average, does the basics but nothing specialI have used this app nearly everyday since November. They think since they are the only sportsbook in Florida that they don’t have to do anything for their customers. I’ve lost tens of thousands on this app and have never once received a free bet. While in other states with more competition I would get weekly free bets from betmgm, espnbet, draft kings etc.. withdrawal speeds are also not instant like other books. Often taking hours or days. I recently had a $183 withdrawal flagged and had to send in a picture of each of my debit cards and banks. Not sure how a $183 withdrawal gets flagged when I’ve given these guys tens of thousands. Happy Florida residentAs a Florida resident I am very happy with the hard rock bets app. It’s very easy and fun. Before sports betting became legal in Florida I played fanduel and other apps that would allow betting over or under on player stats. This app always has promo bets that keep me interested and betting. As a beginner sports gambler it really helps to learn. A lot of problemsWhile the app has worked relatively fine and i’ve been able to cash out every time I’ve won. I can’t help but feel this app is extremely poorly made. I constantly get a “you can’t be referred” pop up every time I open the app even though i’ve already been referred and finished my first bet. I can’t exit the app and look at any stats online without it resetting my entire bet and having to start it all over again. Couple things that can be done that will make it better. • move some the options on the bottom of the screen which can’t hardly see have to hit 100x to try avd add (if you build parlays) • same game parlay is way it is now but if they make it to parlay the same game parlay with another option - could be same game parlays- or even to add single option(s) after that. •follow the game option. So happy to have but sad about its limitsThe app is incredibly user friendly. Promotional betting seems be plentiful and often. What is disappointing is the limits on possible bets… it missing the fun, funny, and totally random bets that other platforms provide.. like over/unders on streakers, national anthem, safeties, penalties, ext. It’s also missing the minors if isn’t NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB you don’t get player props, game special betting options…. Reviews are salty people losing moneyI have used this app countless times sense it has dropped and it has been nothing but great! A lot of the poor reviews are from individuals that don’t know how to bet and have clearly lost money and want to take their anger out on the app. I have been paid out big amounts just fine never went a whole day without the withdrawal hitting. Needs some fixes and featuresSome friends use this app for sports betting so I thought I’d give it a try. I’m on day two. It’s not that bad, but it’s crashed about 10 times in less than 48 hours. Limited prop options, bad postponed game policyI only use because it’s the only app available in Florida, but otherwise I wouldn’t. It doesn’t compare to other apps. Options are very limited in the player prop markets. Usually restricted to a handful of players, sometimes none, and often late to list this options. Bad policy on postponed games: every other book I’ve used will refund/void a bet when a game is postponed to a future date, but hard rock’s policy is 48 hours, so it doesn’t matter that a lineup could be totally different than the one you bet on initially. BEWARE. Cannot withdraw funds from acctBeware of this scamming app. They pay you to leave positive reviews. I was first concerned because this app lets you deposit funds into your account using a credit card. No other gambling app allows that. In fact it’s illegal. After deposing a few thousand dollars and placing a few bets, I tried to withdraw my money to test that process before I deposited anymore money. My balance immediately disappeared, and the money was never deposited back into my bank account. It was also not in my Sportsbook account either. So it basically disappeared for no reason. It took a series of emails to customer support to finally get a response. And then started getting text messages from Sportsbook asking for drivers license, which is ironic because they have no problem taking your money, but need to fight tooth and nail to get it back. I responded to thr txt msg and provided a pic of my Drivers License. I then received emails and they asked for copies of my bank accounts, credit cards, and passports. What a joke. Scam Scam ScamI started using this app without any issues. One day I decided to fund my account so that I can use the slot machine and it wouldn’t allow me to fund my account. Won’t payout my win due to hidden rulesI placed a bet on Manchester United vs Liverpool FA Cup for United to win. United ended up winning the game and I didn’t receive my payout. Took $400 from my accountI downloaded this app today and deposited $200. I was awarded $200 in bonus bets bringing my account balance to $400. I played a hand of blackjack and lost $200. I then played one spin of roulette and won $200 brining my balance back to the original $400. I decided that I wanted to return the amount I deposited to my account and cancel my bonus bet. Fake bonus betsDecided to wager on the Super Bowl game because of a promotion hard rock bet had. The company would give you a free matching bonus bet for your first bet up to $100 if you lost that bet. I wagered $100 and lost so they gave me a bonus bet of $100. The issue lies with using the bonus bet. A week later I wanted to wager on the ufc fight. I picked Topuria as my winner, then clicked on the button to use my $100 bonus bet but the “place bet” button is faded so I couldn’t actually place the bet. I chatted with three different customer support staff that couldn’t help resolve this issue. They wanted me to uninstall and reinstall the app which would’ve effectively terminated the chat to get me off of their screens. I tried it but it didn’t work. Worst support system everThink of the time you had a horrible support system with a Sportsbook. Now multiply that by 10x. It still wouldn’t be as worse as Hard Rock’s. I initiated to close my account because it wasn’t available in my state. I find out it is available in my state, and request to open up my account again. Trash app and companyI have never had an app lock me out of my account before I even get the chance to use it. I tried to input my address when signing up and my keyboard wouldn’t drop down to hit submit. I went on the website instead and the company immediately locked me out of my own account. I verified my identity and they still haven’t unlocked my account. It seems like they really don’t care about their customers. I’ve read other reviews about this company straight up scamming you out of your money. FanDuel, BetMGM, and Caesars Sports-books are all better than this trash sign up process. By far the worst customer serviceIf you have to deal with customer service, do not expect a quick nor easy process. I have used this app for several months and up until recently enjoyed it. But, the last two weeks I have had some issues with Hardrock swapping game times on bets or claiming false deposits that got my account suspended. To get it reactivated I had to submit some contractual form, a photo copy of my ID (front and back), a selfie, a copy of a recent bank statement, as well as additional documents. Even with all of that, I still have to reach out to customer service every few hours to push the issue. We’re going on 48 hours with no end in sight. Below the competitionFor someone who uses other apps to place sports bets this one below average. Forget live betting. The first app I have used that is consistently inconsistent. You can cash out one minute but not the other? Can cash out one moneyline bet the entire game but not my other moneyline bet? Seems like shady business. I enjoy live betting but this app makes it impossible. Extremely annoying. Also if you have parlays it won’t update on which teams have won or which bets have hit in the parlay…..unless you lose. Rules are shadyThis app have several critical issue and here is a list of my experience: - Referral bonus don’t work as supposed! you would never see the referral bonus reflected on your account automatically (both users will end up fighting with customer service to request it, good luck with that). Promo intuitiveness crater an otherwise great appWhen you’re in a logged in state on the app (so it knows who you are), Hard Rock will show you all promos that *exist* and not the ones that you are *eligible* for. I’ve followed all the rules (odds, wager size, etc.) - only to have to later be told by Customer Support some condition that was not clear on the T&C that I am not eligible. I opted into this promotion and when I lost they did not honor the free bonus bet, and when I sent an email they basically said too bad.
