BittersweetIt’s been a hassle getting a legit Sports betting app in FL now we have a few and of all, Hard Rock is the worst. There is no injury policy in place for your picks at all in any sport, your player can suit up play one min and be injured guess what? You lose. The support is beyond trash, and I’ve also found that if you build up your parlays and you have one voided player in a same game parlay if all the other player go green they will void the whole same game parlay and reduce the payout. However if you have a voided player in the same situation but the another player loses in the parlay they will not void the whole parlay like they would if you’d win so hard rock is basically lose/lose in my opinion. Just a few things that makes this app trash. If you’re in FL Sleeper, PrizePicks, Underdog, and Betr are great alternatives hands down. All of these apps have policies in place to help you not rob you. Can’t wait til the other sports books like Fan Duel and Bet365 come to FL.GTun3Version: 1.39.0

The app not badI think for the amount of money I’ve spent I the tier I’m on should be much higher as it would for most other dynasty’s and that their awards system is a bit unfair like spend 125$ to get a 3$ bonus bet is a bit crazy if I’ve spent thousands of dollars in a week lol I know they are relatively newer and the platform is easy to navigate some live games are bit laggy too but still I have a good win rate I also think when it comes to you putting in a certain amount especially depending on what you bet on the most they should drop more profit boosts and or bonuses bets specifically to those sports instead of the random over all main ones as well as give out more bonus bets to over all be used on any sport I also think that your bonus bets should be aloud to be split across different sports the way you want not like you get 100 to play but you have to put the whole thing down all at once kind of forces you to run through which ever ones you have fairly fast even though your suppose to have 7 days to use it if anything id say since I started with them that was one of the bigger issues I had. But they also offer a series of mini games that are pretty cool like spin the wheel using unity points earned through gambling that gives you a shot at a free bonus bets anywhere from 1 to 100 and for more points higher rewards although I’ve yet to hit it and gathering just 100 unity points requires a significant amount of games played I think the average player would not make it that far in the first place . Casino reviewThe casino is okay. The catalog of games could be better and I feel the way they are listed could be more appealing. The rewards boxes received every Thursday and what you receive depends on the tier you are. I believe the tiers change weekly so if you do not wager enough money you’ll be demoted basically. When i first joined they had a mystery wheel spin for anyone that deposited within the last 30 days. They did away with it but recently brought it back. I just want to say I think it is absolutely RIDICULOUS that there are prizes of 2 spins and that’s almost always what it lands on. 2 freaking spins? Really? I just think it’s ridiculous as if the hard rock cannot afford to keep 5 spins as the lowest prize on the wheel. Esp for tier 3+ players. I was tier 5 for about a month but dropped down to 3 due to less wagering. Had to prioritize during the holidays. Anyway, that’ll forever remain a complaint of mine. Winning 2 freaking spins?! Not something id expect from a one of the top casinos. Saturday nite lightsMy wife and I used to get out to the casinos in ct all the time. I was there almost every weekend. I’d cruse in and be all set up by my hosts for sure me unpacked events and evenings. This was all prior to a terrible accident that left me to care for my two young boys full time. I knew my kids mother since 13 and life just changed in a heartbeat.. long story short we moved to Florida for a fresh start and to help take care of and support my sick pops as he battles cancer. Needless to say the lights and fun on the big floor was put on halt as fatherhood became a full time endeavor. I’ve surely learned to respect all you moms out there for all your efforts. Life just kept coming though. Pops wife passed, followed by little sister at 38, and to top it off my wife suffered 4 strokes at 43 due to going septic from an infection she was asymptomatic of. She went from going to school for her doctorate, and bring a relentless energetic loving mother figure to my boys to not even knowing her name in an emegeny room..she was kept in the hospital for 2 months trying to get her speech and memory back… finally turned to god and prayed. I prayed my sons wouldnt lose their second mother. I prayed for the wild storm cloud over us to please bring back the Florida sunshine .. slowly but surely it did…. Much of that’s owed to the wonderful people at hard rock who work so hard to assure that people like my wife and I.. who just don’t have the extra time, or all the money in the world right now.. to physically make it to the casino floor, are able to have that experience in the comfort of our living rooms , bedrooms, parks, lunch breaks,and everywhere else our busy days demand of us.. so thanks hard rock for allowing us to light some candles on a Saturday night and feel like we are back under the big lights… until we can find time to try out hard rock near Tampa we are more than happy and contrntbwith all the fun packed gaming that hard rocks online platform has brought our way… thanks y’all Scott and Jaime..Aardvark4Version: 1.64.0

Seriously worth it if you love to bet!Fantastic app! So my buddy tells me about this app if I want to play on while vacationing in Florida. As it turns out none of the traditional sports books are currently available in the sunshine state and the ONLY LEGAL way to bet on sports is Hardrock here so I just envisioned all types of bullsh$!t and I couldn’t have been more wrong. This app is among the best I use and I am a daily player on multiple books normally. Everything runs smoothly (occasional live bet snag but way better than some major books), it’s very easy to navigate and find what you want, and although there’s not the normal $250 bonus bet offering at the creation of my account, they have made it up in other ways in profit boosts and some bonus bets. Great App with Room for Pro-Level Features and EnhancementsI’ve really been enjoying the Hard Rock Sportsbook app — the interface is clean, simple, and very user-friendly. However, I do have a few suggestions that could improve the experience further: 1. UFC Fights & Professional Racing: It would be helpful if player props included more detailed stats, such as how many points or metrics a fighter or racer has accumulated. 2. Player Props Tracking: When betting on NBA or MLB player props, the app doesn’t show what quarter or inning the game is currently in — only the player’s performance. Adding this real-time game context would make tracking bets much easier. 3. MLB Runline Flexibility: I often use a Runline Calculator to simulate a -1 runline bet by splitting the wager between the moneyline and the -1.5 line, since the app doesn’t offer a direct -1 runline. It would be great if Diamond Tier users or Unity members could access this option natively to save time and enhance the betting experience. NBA spead currently allow for push outcomes, so offering something similar for MLB would be a welcome addition. I seen other books offer this feature, and will be great add on for pro betters. 4. Intuitive UX/UI & FowFormer UX/UI designer, I love this app! As a Florida resident I couldn’t wait to get my hands on a sports book here. Most importantly one that was super easy to navigate, with no lag and latency that allowed me to get the props I wanted without worrying the lines would move. Not to mention it’s an actual app unlike Bovada, which was also the only other way to really place my bets. Fast easy account creation and verification, super quick and convenient depositing with Apple Pay, along with the other methods available, and super quick slip cashing. I love seeing the app literally grow everyday with new features being slowly rolled out (Ex., Same Game Parlay - Soccer) and the new capabilities that we are getting. A few things I think the Hard Rock design team need to consider, doesn’t change my opinion on the app though. 1. Make the top two navigation icon rows (Live Now, Boosts, Popular SGP, etc.) equal size or larger than the billboards below it. Visually it swallows the navigation icons, which defeats the purpose of being on the app and when in a hurry the smaller icon buttons cause a natural hand eye coordination delay when trying to quickly navigate. 2. If and when possible, make new features list announcements or posts on when to expect a new feature. It shows the constant desire of the business to improve the user/customer experience and builds excitement and anticipation with user/customers who already use the app and wanting more in their experience. 3. Happy Florida residentAs a Florida resident I am very happy with the hard rock bets app. It’s very easy and fun. Before sports betting became legal in Florida I played fanduel and other apps that would allow betting over or under on player stats. This app always has promo bets that keep me interested and betting. As a beginner sports gambler it really helps to learn. It would be nice to earn points or some rewards that could be spent at the actual hard rock casino. I look forward to watching sports and gambling at the actual casino. Great App but does need a little work.I am very satisfied with the way the deposit and withdrawal works on this app. When I deposit it’s instantly taken from my bank account and it works the same way with withdrawals, just takes a little longer(minuets) to get it in my account. I have won and lost but usually come out a few hundred ahead at the end of the season. I find the app easy to navigate, some difficulties in finding certain props but they’re there you just have to look and learn to navigate the app itself. A lot of problemsWhile the app has worked relatively fine and i’ve been able to cash out every time I’ve won. I can’t help but feel this app is extremely poorly made. I constantly get a “you can’t be referred” pop up every time I open the app even though i’ve already been referred and finished my first bet. I can’t exit the app and look at any stats online without it resetting my entire bet and having to start it all over again. These are just a few moderate inconveniences i’ve run into while using the app, but it does feel like this is more caused by negligence rather than a genuine mistake. Solid gambling app could use a little more featuresReally solid app I rarely encounter any bugs or performance issues. Cash outs are quick via paypal for me so no complaints there. I wish there were a few more promotions but it being the only legal app in FL they probably aren't too pressed to offer them. One big feature that I love is the ability to stream certain events in the app. I hope the developers will add an option to “fullscreen” these streams instead of a small picture-in-picture window. So happy to have but sad about its limitsThe app is incredibly user friendly. Promotional betting seems be plentiful and often. What is disappointing is the limits on possible bets… it missing the fun, funny, and totally random bets that other platforms provide.. like over/unders on streakers, national anthem, safeties, penalties, ext. It’s also missing the minors if isn’t NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB you don’t get player props, game special betting options…. Like I love betting on total touchdowns and interceptions but find myself unable to do this with NCAA…. Big Downgrade after Latest UpdateI’ve been using Hard Rock IL since it launched and it genuinely became my favorite sportsbook in Illinois, not even close. The odds were on a completely different level compared to everything else available in the state, good rewards system and app design. On top of that they didn’t charge Illinois tax which was a huge deal compared to other books. I used this app more than all my other books combined and recommended it to pretty much everyone I knew. It was the first thing I opened every morning. Just an overall great product that I had zero complaints about. Then this update dropped and I honestly couldn’t believe what I was seeing. The addition of alt lines are completely unrecognizable now. Whatever they changed has made them look just like every other average book in Illinois. They added this feature thinking it would be better not knowing it made it worse. That one thing was the whole reason I chose Hard Rock over everything else and now it’s just gone. Went from being my most used app to something I genuinely have no reason to open over any competitor. I get that apps update and things change but this feels like a massive step backwards for Illinois users who actually knew what they had here. Hard Rock had something genuinely special and this update threw it away. Really hope they reconsiders because I would love nothing more than to come back and change this review. THIEVESHardrock has been withholding my money that I deposited into my account, not won funds mind you, for weeks now even after me doing every verification they asked. I contact them every week and no one is doing their job and I ask to escalate it to their superiors so it can finally have progress and they refuse. So now I’ve contacted the Indiana Gaming Commision and will tell yall to do the same when they are unethically and illegally stealing funds from customers that they claim to value. Update: Months later after contacting them and pleading for the release of my funds that I deposited they still refuse. Terrible App and Customer ServiceHard Rock Bet is a terrible app and has even worse customer service. I signed up in another state a few years ago and never placed a bet. I saw they just expanded to Illinois and since I live in Missouri where sports betting isn’t legal, I decided to give them a chance. When I first went to log in my account was suspended. I contacted support and found they had to verify my identity. So I obliged and sent my ID. After 2 days, my account was active again. I deposited $200 with the promise of a $100 free bet. I drove an hour round trip just over the Illinois border and attempted to place $200 on the Mariners. It got rejected and gave an error that my account wasn’t active. I contacted customer service and for the 2nd time in 3 days I was asked to verify my identity, this time with my debit card as an addition. It took 2 days but my account was finally back. I drove today again, an hour round trip, just to get the same error when I am trying to bet. I’ve never even placed a bet with Hard Rock and they have restricted my account 2 times and wasted countless hours of my time. Their customer service is non-existent. They give a phone number but that’s just an automated system. There is no real way to get help as their chat only gives false time frames and nothing but hassle. My wife just signed up on Friday and they already suspended her account too. They have no idea what they are doing. I’d recommend using Draft Kings or BetMGM instead. By far the Worse sports book I've ever signed up forI strongly advise against downloading this app. My experience has been frustrating and disappointing. On several occasions, I’ve been unable to withdraw my funds for weeks at a time. While customer support does respond, their replies are so unhelpful that it feels like they haven’t even read your messages. They provide generic responses that do nothing to address the problem or offer a real solution, leaving you stuck with no progress and no clear resolution in sight. BETTER HOPE THEY DONT START LOCKING YOUR ACCOUNTI would give this app zero stars if I could. I got a new phone and logged into my account. Failed 1 login attempt next thing you know I can’t deposit money. I contacted support probably over 30 times for them to tell me it’s my bank or to use a different payment method. None of that was correct or worked. Now since then they deleted all my debit cards because I wanted to try re add them I can’t re add them now anymore registration fails. No venmo or pay pal work. I closed my account and tried to re open it to see if that worked now they won’t open my account backup. BEWARE. Cannot withdraw funds from acctBeware of this scamming app. They pay you to leave positive reviews. I was first concerned because this app lets you deposit funds into your account using a credit card. No other gambling app allows that. In fact it’s illegal. After deposing a few thousand dollars and placing a few bets, I tried to withdraw my money to test that process before I deposited anymore money. My balance immediately disappeared, and the money was never deposited back into my bank account. It was also not in my Sportsbook account either. So it basically disappeared for no reason. It took a series of emails to customer support to finally get a response. And then started getting text messages from Sportsbook asking for drivers license, which is ironic because they have no problem taking your money, but need to fight tooth and nail to get it back. Scam Scam ScamI started using this app without any issues. One day I decided to fund my account so that I can use the slot machine and it wouldn’t allow me to fund my account. The only way to contact them is through live chat or email, not by phone. For days you get someone will get back to you. Fast forward they said my address was an issue absolutely no p. O. Box is expected. So they wanted me to send a selfie holding an ID/ driver’s license, credit card statement or utility bill or bank statement verifying my address. So I did but it was a process getting a response from them. They finally emailed me notifying me that I was taken off restriction. A few days later I tried to fund my account and I was told that I was put on restriction again. When I opened a live chat I was told someone will get back to me. From the time that I was taken off restriction I only tried to fund my account. The reason I titled it Scam is after reading other people as well as myself being told to send in vital information it seems suspect. Is this app collecting our personal information inappropriately? MidI have been using the app for a while, and so far, it has been satisfactory. The experience is decent until you need to contact customer service. I have encountered a significant number of frustrating experiences when trying to get things done or updated. Even something as simple as updating a phone number or renewing the expiration date of an old card can be a hassle. I had to wait several days to a week just to update my phone number. Generally, payouts are quick and easy; however, on two occasions, I had to reach out to customer service because the payout on their end was They had to cancel the withdrawal, and I had to initiate it again. False Advertising and Nonexistent Support TeamHard Rock app is lying about the promotional boosts they offer. So many times I have received a banner or push notification for promotions such as 30% profit boosts, explicitly stating they can be used on my next bet, yet it would never be in my account. Every time I reach out to customer support, I never receive assistance. It takes 10 minutes for a response from agents and they disconnect the chat while I am typing. Today, they responded to my inquiry at 6:27pm and disconnected the chat at 6:29pm while I was still typing. I connected with another agent that didn’t not send in any introduction or let me know they were reviewing previous messages. Won’t payout my win due to hidden rulesI placed a bet on Manchester United vs Liverpool FA Cup for United to win. United ended up winning the game and I didn’t receive my payout. Honest AdviceI don’t really leave app reviews, this is actually my first, but I can’t in good conscience recommend this app. I have been Sports Betting since 2018 (offshore then) and do it almost daily.
