No complaintsI started playing about a week ago and origanally i hated it. If your slightly familiar with the pokemon franchise you might be compelled to skip the tutorials but dont. They really help you understand how to play. The ranked system is fun and the Pokemon pool is great but the best part about the game is definantly recruiting the pokemon. The gameplay is also really fun. Overall 9.7 out of ten.Version: 1.1.3
Pokemon stadium mobile, and it’s great!I never post reviews, but this is the Pokémon game I have been waiting for. It’s essentially Pokémon stadium mobile, you build a roster of 6 from lineups using VP points ( in-game currency) select three Pokémon from each for single battles or all 6 for duo matches. Play against CPU or Humans / friends! Using real world currency for in-game currency for cosmetics. Additional, using vp points you can KEEP your Pokémon from the line up permanently, otherwise you get a 7 day rental. It’s also fun because it has mega evolutions (if you have the item for that specific ou can modify your team pretty specifically but it also costs VP. But the graphics are effects are great, and the Pokémon are also great! Really solid Pokemon battle game for those who loved the Pokemon stadium games! Recommendations to devs: ADD MINIGAMES! More avatar customization options for older folks like me in his mid 30’s. I want to make my avatar look older, have a beard and no hair! Social hub space to challenge trainers on the spot!.Version: 1.1.3
Great game!Loving the ability to play competitive Pokemon for the first time as a non switch owner. Very challenging but fun. My only request is keep the subscription option but also please make box space purchasable. Even 25-50 slots max per regulation. Just greatI downloaded it and I haven’t been able to get off the game in like 40 minutes. I’m actually writing this review in the game because I don’t wanna get off. If you have Pokémon GO and you just like the battling aspect of it, this is the perfect game for you. Loving it so far!This game is PERFECT! I’ve wanted to get it for so long because in the 7+ years I’ve played Pokémon, I never was able to play against real people. Now that I can, it feels much more rewarding to win a battle than it would in the main series games. Plus, the recruit system is really cool too. KEEP MAKING PEAK POKÉMON GAMES! (Also please add more Pokemon and make Charizard less rare, I haven’t found any since the starting selection and it is a major part of the team I’m trying to make. And PLEASE make Grimmsnarl and Incineroar lose parting shot. Other than those 2 small complaints, this is one of if not the best Pokémon game I’ve played. Feels so great!I love competitive Pokémon and building teams has never been faster and easier. Being able to play on my phone has been huge for getting to play on the go. 5 stars cause I love to play. Things I’d like to add: Pokédex with stats would be nice ( particularly for calcing speed on mega evolved Pokémon), more music options and hopefully more stadium options in the future. Lot of missed opportunity.They need to add a casual ladder mode or battle frontier mode. Been playing mons for a long time, the RNG in this does feel off. Graphics look fine. Really goodThe game is really fun to play especially in doubles battles, there is actually quite a bit of strategy to this game in doubles and is actually a challenge in the higher ranks of even pokeball tier sometimes and definitely ultra ball and master ball which i manage to get master ball, don't understand how you would not like this game unless you don't like losing which is a skill issue and i would recommend it if you want to get vgc because it is quite good for new players.Version: 1.1.3
One of the best Pokemon Mobile Games!I never write reviews but this mobile version definitely deserves a download if a Pokemon fan and love to battle! Graphics and gameplay smooth and connection pretty good too. In game purchases but like 99% of game is free. More Skill and knowledge vs “Pay to Win”. Great excuse to show off my shiny collection!I have always wanted to use my shiny collection, but their stats weren’t good enough. Champions allows me to correct that and even compete! I have never played competitive Pokemon before this, but I was able to have a decent amount of balanced games my whole time playing! Needs polishingThe game is great. But its lacking depth, theres nothing to really thinking about in this game other than battling, theres no social aspect, you cant even see the leagues, etc. the battling is there, now we just need it to be built out like clash royale, add a social aspect where you cant even see the world leaderboard and teams, add friends so u can trade. Stop Letting ILCA Work on PokémonCharacter models are atrocious, UI is ugly and bland, no option to increase the storage capacity without a monthly membership, no option to use pre-evolved Pokémon (Murkrow, Clefairy, Porygon 2, etc.) aside from Pikachu. Somehow looks worse than Scarlet/Violet. Gameplay is good but it would take an insane amount of effort to actually ruin the core mechanics of a Pokémon battle simulator. ILCA once again ruining another Pokémon project to the best of their ability. Stop giving them work..Version: 1.1.3

GreatAs a long time fan of Pokémon, this is great and refreshing, and above all very fun. I like the gacha aspect but I also like that you’re allowed to import Pokémon from Home as well - that obtaining Pokémon isn’t limited solely to the gacha. The training section is great and straightforward. Very rewarding and satisfying gameplay - even when I lose i’m not all that upset, because I had fun. The game just feels like it’s very happy to see you and have you play. The few human NPCs are also pretty fun to see. It’s beautifully optimized and you can tell love went into it. My only complaint is that it resets the app when I go to another window but that’s literally it. 10/10.Version: 1.1.3

Incredible that Nintendo pulled this offShocked that Nintendo and other collaborators managed to make this game work on mobile. The game runs surprisingly well on mobile, and the change in UI to better suite the mobile release also benefits the console version as well. I have noticed some difficulties connecting to matches sometimes, but that is more than likely due to my connection and not the game itself. Any reviews about gameplay or opponents being unfair clearly didn’t know what they were signing up for- this is pure Pokemon battling, plain and simple. No story, no catching, no levelling, just battling. And it does that really well. One thing that I wish they would add- let me see my win/loss ratio with teams I’ve used! I know this is something I could do on my own, but to have it be part of the platform itself would be so helpful. I do also wish they would add a damage calculator like some unnamed 3rd parties have made use of, but the game is still fairly new..Version: 1.1.2
