This app is so amazing. I love it so much. You can be so creative and imagine whatever you want and I can just come to life and it’s so pretty. I’m so glad Kanika Dion and her team decided to make this commercial because I love watching Knigge Dion so of course I’m gonna stay up on every video on every show or every channel she has I found out about this amazing appand it’s so good. I’ll make a bunch of pictures of myself and my sister. She loved it so much too so thank you guys please can. I really enjoy using this application. I like the fact that it uses various models. I understand it costs because Adobe has to pay as well. But I really enjoy using this and would lie to see more learning tools for prompting. More like video tutorials. And if it can be more compatible for tablet users for graphic designers I.e. apple ipads with pencils

I was un happy with the performance when trying to make an image to video. I had 4000 points and my video would not be made but my points would be wasted. It wasted all my points and did not get my image to video. I’m very disappointed.

It’s my go-to for quick creative projects on the go. I enjoy having an idea and just jumping on the app to drop the idea, then knowing that I can later go check it at home on the computer. I genuinely like that one-stop experience.

I installed the app yesterday and just loved the simplicity with which I was able to generate and edit photos and videos. I will keep playing with and see what I can create.

I have an online business once in a while I need a little help with colors tags whatever and it comes up with the absolute perfect thing. AI. Is not going away so you might as well jump in….

I was against using AI to do my artwork for quite a while, but this app has changed my mind. Simple but works well not perfect so don’t expect it to be, but it has brought my artwork literally to life.

The updates to Firefly are pure genius. I get perfect results every time.

I’ve just started using this, and I already love the only thing I would change is the duration time. I wish I could get a least a minute.

Paid $4.99 for the monthly plan, and within less than an hour all my tokens were gone without producing a single finished result. I was simply trying to make a short, smooth video of a rotating coin showing two uploaded images (both already in the correct format and color). Even after carefully writing the prompt, and using the app’s own “AI prompt review” feature to make sure everything was worded correctly, the output was a complete mess. It added random images I didn’t upload, the rotation was wrong, and it ignored the clear instructions the AI added about camera position and transitions. Now I’m locked out for 30 days, unable to do anything. This is absolutely ridiculous and feels like a scam making it seem legit with Adobe name. The app overpromises, underdelivers, and wastes your time and money.

The Firefly app is filled with images to inspire you to use it, but doesn’t give you access to any of the settings you get in the web version. The only things you can do is to upload references and write your prompt. You can’t even choose your aspect ratio. If you’re going to use Firefly you should open the Adobe Firefly page in your browser. You’ll waste a lot of generative credits trying to fine tune images in the app that you can easily get in one shot on the webpage. I also noticed that some interface elements come and go each time you open the app. Not ready for use but pushed out to get subscribers is my guess

Overall I’m pleased with this app and features. ¡HOWEVER! I feel I Might address the issue more like problem of when unsatisfied with results. Instead of having the option to refine or redo in order to reclaim [credits]. (Which are limited based on subscription plan and set monthly amount. necessary to be able to perform any of provided services ). The MAIN ISSUE is that once out of [credits] despite being subscribed to the best and most EXPENSIVE subscription there is no option or form (even by SPENDING MORE) to allocate or get more! Therefore your ONLY Option is to Wait for your next MONTHLY renew to be able to continue your project!!! Thanks for reading my concern.

Decent app and fairly easy. But when describing what you are trying to compose, you better get it right on the first go with a crystal clear description, because each edit or modification on the same composition costs credits. It also isn’t the most accurate depiction of what you were trying to create even with a clear description. It often times takes multiple edits to get what you want. It seems like it’s done on purpose so that you spend the credits. So after the AI generated response to my review, I am even more offended that they basically saying they’re not up to par, but getting better. It’s all at the cost of the subscriber. I wouldn’t but this at all you will find it costly and frustrating!

I make customizable T-shirts hats stickers. I tried this out at first. It was OK seemed to promising but then for a subscription price you get 750 credits. I already burned through that with the two videos that could not edit because I did not like the way they turned out now I have to wait an entire month just to generate something new the system is certainly not ready. Too many errors and there’s no way to fix it. It just burns through the credits maybe in the future when I can adapt better and a final version of video or a picture before you spend credits would be better.

For the price to create images and videos the app doesn’t create realistic images or videos. The text is jumbled, in a different language, or makes no visual sense. For instance a person walking the dog and they turn around. The dog has this zombie like effect in its neck that is clearly not right. The credits are used up quickly when trying to regenerate to make it usable. Very expensive without the ability to tweak the graphics on apps to make it look right. Frustrating have to wait a month for credits to work on a project again.

Firefly promises to be a cutting-edge AI tool for creators, but after making just one video after subscribing, I ran out of credits. That’s right. One video, and I was done. Even more frustrating, there is no clear way to buy more credits. No upgrade button. No pricing options. Nothing. For a company like Adobe, which has built its reputation on professional-grade tools and a subscription model, this feels incomplete and poorly thought out. To be fair, Firefly shows real promise. The interface is smooth, the output looks good, and the AI tools are impressive. But when you can’t actually use the product beyond a single try, it becomes more of a teaser than a useful tool. If Adobe wants Firefly to be taken seriously, they need to do the following: • Make credit limits clear from the start • Allow users to purchase more credits easily • Avoid locking people out after one use Right now, Firefly feels more like a restricted demo than a reliable solution for creative work.

This app's image-to-video feature is a great idea, but it barely works. I spent a whole day getting error messages and "server busy" notifications, making it almost impossible to use. The app also freezes constantly, forcing me to restart it at least six times and lose all the descriptions I'd just written. I was really looking forward to the video feature after using Firefly's website for images, but I only managed to generate one clip. Until they fix these bugs, I'd say don't waste your time. It'll likely be months before it's truly usable.

I like the idea but don't understand why the generative fill has lower quality than those inside the Photoshop or Lightroom apps? Is not supposed to have the same level of quality of AI? I'm confused about this because I like the idea of making pictures bigger, removing unwanted areas or adding new elements but why is the quality lower than the same feature inside other Adobe apps? doesn't make sense to me since is the same company and the same subscription, even the same account, I hope they improve that.

Some mentioned a free trial; what free trial? If I had had one I would for sure not have bought a subscription. No matter how detailed your instructions are the image you get back isn’t even close. (Abbreviated examples). I asked for a Shih Tzu dressed as a Mermaid and got a beagle with a hand offering a fish???! Asked for a bedroom in a mountain location at night; snowing. The outside location looked very simplistic like a drawing. And it was snowing but also in the bedroom. Someone else mentioned this too; it’s expensive. You can make one possible two very short videos per month. Am talking seconds. Won’t be renewing. This app needs some refinement. Got a response back talking about free trial, there was no free trial. If there were a free trial I would’ve known this wouldn’t work. So nice response, looks good but there is no free trial for this app.

No where did I say I was limited by tokens or credits when purchasing a yearly subscription. Having to wait a month to use again is ridiculous. App only works on every third or forth request and you constantly get ‘could not generate image messages’ then after you download a handful of pictures you’ll find out you’re out of credits and can’t use again for a full month. No notifications, no warning… just run out.

I paid five dollars for first it took the money and it did two attempts to generate what I was trying to create and both of the attempts was horrible I mean the first one was even better than the second the funny part is I ask that my video contains two identical twin sisters and couldn’t do it , was that so much to ask , at this point, I’m thinking in boots on the whole ai thing because it’s not what we think

I actually love what it can do so far just testing it out but what I don’t like, is having to pay for credits versus just paying for it and being unlimited because when I’m generating something, I don’t even know how many credits I’m using therefore it’s not a good option for me to use often

I sent a photo of myself and asked this very bad app to transform it into an anime video. Well, the first few seconds are of me and then the anime portion followed. I asked over and over for it to do what I wanted and then it said I needed to spend five dollars minimum a month for this feature. Huh? I thought I got a free trial?! So after I spent five dollars, then it wouldn’t generate my video AT ALL. I hate this app. Deleting it and getting my money back.

If your looking to use prompts to edit photo or print it to make changes from text generated content good luck paid for credits only to continually get back results that make zero changes much less any updates even close to what was asked… and I’m talking simple things like “make one specific change, flip the writing on the X-Axis”

It can’t do anything. It’s not capable of anything. Just don’t throw away your money, this is less than beta quality. It can’t generate one basic good thing. It’s not possible. Their ad is deceiving. I doubt they used their own app to make it. Dare you to try. See if it can get something a quarter as good. This isn’t intelligent tech. Just toss in the garbage. Useless waste of money. These reviews are more lies. It doesn’t work at all.

Very simple requests work well. However, I asked to add a corn snake to an image and create a very short video and it gave me a video of a corn snake in an entirely different scene. It did not follow the directions. The bad results still cost me credits. So I have to keep trying and using credits in order to try to get it right.

I actually really like this app and pay for it monthly, but was unable to use the image to video function apparently due to heavy usage. Not sure why I would pay for something on a monthly basis if it won’t allow me to use it because too many other people are. Increase your capacity for frick’s sake.

Adobe seems to have forgotten the basics when they updated the app design. There’s no way to delete an image. Everything you generate now sticks around forever. Clutter. Mess. Things stacking up. Kind of like my room in seventh grade. I searched online in docs for the secret, but there is none. And yet the claim is that Adobe doesn’t keep your prompts or generated work? Odd.

I generated an image but it turned out bad, then I generated a cute one, but then it said I needed to subscribe. why do you have to limit the amount of free videos to 2, just why?? I barely got to make anything. Please add some more free videos. Make it either completely free or add a daily reward where you get free videos each time you join. I am very upset about the limits. Make it free!

Paid a grand for the premium only to be given errors and wait times. Whats the point if I have to try again later because its high traffic. At 5 am….. plus you cant animate anything with kids. I have make my daughter who is ten ride a unicorn or skateboard because its against their policy. So stupid.

This is perhaps Adobe’s most unintuitive app to date. But once you manage to navigate its quirkiness, the image or video you’re trying to upload, doesn’t take hold. It works beautifully when using its already AI-generated images, but not if you’re trying to use one of your own. I’m glad I don’t have to pay extra for it.

When the Ai program doesn’t create exactly what you want or how you wanted and you have to make edits or adjustments, you’ll still be charged more credits again just for the Ai to fix its self. Shouldn’t have to pay for the same thing multiple times because the program didn’t get it right the first time. “Buy More Credits” or “Upgrade Plan”… Too costly!!!

I’m genuinely confused who this is for. Two 8 second video generations using Google Veo 3.1 ate up my entire monthly credit allotment with no way to purchase more. So why would I continue to pay for any kind of subscription? Mind boggling? Also, 400 credits per video generation is absolutely ludicrous. Do you want people using your mobile platform? It doesn’t seem like it.

Oh Adobe, we knew you were a money grubbing organization but please explain to me why I pay for PS and LR and can’t even get this mediocre app for free? And then when I do pay for it I get only enough credits to make a few videos that, honestly, dozens of others apps can do just as well or better? I didn’t see one feature in this app that sets it apart.

I tried to field test this app to see if it met my needs (primarily text-to-video creation). Couldn't generate any videos from the free version, so I paid for one month to try it out. I generated exactly 2 videos, which were both wrong by the way) and boom, I was out of credits. 2 stinking incorrect videos for $5? Seems like a rip off. I want my $4.99 back!

Ai used my turns in the free trial to make me videos and pictures I do not want. I don’t want to have to buy my videos so adobe firefly can feel better about themselves. I am very annoyed and angry. I don’t want to pay 50 dollars a year for a video. This app is annoying and a junkyard of ai.

The app offers only one plan. Instead of providing 3 different plans that offers more credit, also have the options for monthly and annual subscription.

The content guidelines are a bit too restrictive when it comes to natural skin visibility. It’s frustrating because this limitation makes it challenging to create effective ads for skin care, summer campaigns, fitness, and other projects where showing realistic skin is important.

Doesn’t feel like a pro app because it doesn’t save prompt/image history. The area that is supposed to save the generated content doesn’t work and I have no way to get those images back. No search query history that would save time instead of having to retype prompts every time. It is way too easy to X out and cancel current prompts. Long pressing on image should bring up menu options but does nothing.

I got it I made an account I got premium but when I got it I got 0 credits so I wait till the next day still none so I went to contact help they said wait till tomorrow and which is today I went to check still none credits I don’t suggest getting this app it’s a disappointment

Pros: high-quality images can be generated. Cons: poor interface, user-unfriendly; no obvious ways to retrieve or delete generated images; constant error messages when trying to open images generated on the desktop.

Not good for generate video

Using text to image, I am unable to set reference images for Composition or Style on iPad. Waiting 3 days now for support from Adobe. Almost $100/mo for this!?

I love using the app but the monthly credit is gone very fast. I try to buy more credit or upgrade to a premium plan. I spent a couple days and still can’t figure out how to do it! Why they make purchasing so difficult?

It’s horrible at following prompts and just generates trash I never asked for. Then after 3 images you have to buy credits. Such nonsense. First create the image I want then I might pay for something. Just a bunch of wannabe ChatGTP jumping on the bandwagon with worthless products. Stick to what you’re good at and don’t try to imitate others.

Highly recommended to not buy subscription. They will give you free trial for many videos and after that when you buy the plan you will be able to make only one video and all of your points will gone.

Hello! I was using the free try out for this app, (not the free trial) and was disappointed when the very specific prompts were not accurately interpreted. I changed the prompt several times in an attempt to improve the image. I lost the free credits trying to get what I sought. Same with the videos. I asked for the video to have pieces show up at later times in the video, and even gave it a specific prompt 'three quarters of the way fire appears' but instead, the ai generated fire to appear at the start of the video. I'm sorry, but this is very disappointing. A suggestion for improvement (which doesn't have to be followed) would be if the ai generated two videos, instead of one, and asked which one is more accurate? This could also go for images, the part about which one is most accurate. I also rated each image, and video I received, and when I click thumbs up creates similar images (appreciated) but if I put thumbs down, it won't change anything the next time I ask for it to generate. I've actually had the exact same images show up in the generated pictures three times in a row, despite changing the prompt each time, and rating with a thumbs down. Please fix this. I'd love to see, and try out any updates, and fixes to these issues. Thanks!

The app does not work in lockdown mode on the iPhone, which really sucks. Every other app works perfectly fine using lockdown mode. Why can’t this app work? Why do you need to be so intrusive?
