I only rated this 5 stars for people to hopefully see it and read it. This game was kinda fun at first but then it’s just started cheating me. Everyone is talking about level 20, which I would fail level 17 like 3 times before I could beat it; but now I’m at level 30 and it doesn’t even try to hide it! Literally have a multitude of colors, and the dragon gives me a little bit of yellow and then the rest orange. As it starts breathing fire on me, it decides to give me some turquoise. I wish I could post screen shots cause it was ridiculous! Very aggravated!

I think I would’ve really liked this game had it not been set up to where you have to spend money to continue it. I got to level 20 and the game just basically comes to a standstill. Without spending money level 20 seems impossible. I’ve looked online and this seems to be a common problem. I did find a two videos of solutions, but they’ve since changed the order of the colors so they no longer work.

Level 20 was stupid to get past. There isn’t an option to watch ads to get help either. If able to get past that level it gets easier and much more enjoyable because there are options to keep going without spending money.

This game was great until the latest update. You have made it so I cannot finish my level. At 10-20% left, the game finishes itself. It’s like putting together a 1,000 piece puzzle all week, then someone else steps in and puts the last 20 pieces together. I HATE that. How do I opt out of that?

I love the game. It’s so fun but I truly hate the royal crush at the end. It removes the most satisfying part of the game! We should have the option to turn that off!

I originally downloaded this on my tablet to play because I love puzzle games and I’m usually fairly good at them. Right off the bat this was a challenge which I enjoyed. But when you play on your tablet you only get 40 coins per level you beat if you play on a phone you get 150. And the difference to play on if you pay those coins? 100 coins. It’s 900 coins to play on my tablet and 1000 on my phone. On my phone you can watch ads to get extra spaces if you play on a tablet you can only pay for them at 900 coins a space and again only winning 40 per round or 80 if you watch the ad. I like the game but it feels like a cash grab after seeing the differences especially with how challenging the game is itself. It’s fun but play on your phone if you don’t want to spend a bunch of money.

I bought the game to eliminate the ads prior to each level. but the ads to open another space are absolutely ridiculous. I get it, the ads are needed but the length of the ads are way too long. Other games show ads for a short period - 20-30 seconds and often less - but this game is 1.5 to 2 min. It’s so frustrating. If I’m interested in a product it’s going to grab in the first 10-15 seconds. Anything after that is just a waste of my time. I really like the game and I’m still playing but I’m losing patience and may just delete it soon. They got my one time payment so maybe no one cares, but I would hope the designers and advertisers would rather I play the game and watch ads for a short period than not at all. Please shorten the ad time to no more than 30 seconds.

This is one of the most ridiculously hard games for a “fun” puzzle. The game itself is great; however, it’s not too far in that you absolutely cannot progress without spending coins. There are no options to watch an ad to continue or any way to earn power ups or anything. You can earn 40 coins when you complete a level (it still makes you watch an ad) or 80 if you watch an ad, but to buy an extra space or continue is 900+. The VIP space only lasts for one block. I did buy some coins thinking it was just that level, but finally deleted at level 31. Sad because it seems more would play and watch ads to generate income, but like so many other reviewers, I just deleted and will find the same game from another developer.

The game is fun but impossible to win levels at a very early point without paying. And when you do pay, it’s way too much for way too little. Other similar games, when you pay to open a slot, it is forever. In this game, it lasts one round. There is also no option to watch ads to unlock additional slots or use boosts. These changes would help a LOT. I hope the developers listen to the fans, because this game is about to get deleted when I’d happily keep playing if they were a little less greedy and made it more possible for users to have fun. Seems like others on the forums are also saying it’s pointless to play past level 19 and they end up deleting the app. Guess I’m next.

There’s something really satisfying about placing the last piece, whether it’s chess, a puzzle on the dining room table, or a phone game. For a little while, the game only “finished” automatically for me when there were sufficient empty spaces on the board. Now, the game is finishing the last 10% of the game. After all the work and ad-watching, I’d love the satisfaction of actually winning my game, please. Also, don’t expect to be able to listen to anything else while playing; unfortunately, the ads interrupt audio, so you’ll be restarting Audible or Podcasts or whichever app. I hate that. If you can still make money from my watching the ad, let me listen to my stupid book, please.

As many others have said this game is very fun and really good. The only issue is once you get to level 20 the layout of the dragon makes it impossible to pass the level without using some power-ups, which you have to buy with coins after your initial free one. I would happily watch ads to continue the level with an extra box but the link to the ads never works. The developer has clearly designed this game to be impossible to advance without spending real money or they would allow you to access ads. I will not be playing this again until this is fixed. A real shame that the developer made a great game that becomes impossible without paying.

This game is rigged! I don’t mind a game that’s difficult on some levels but every level is difficult and seems like it glitches. This is the first game that I’ve played where every single level is hard. I try to buy boosters which are ridiculously priced and then I still lose. The amount of real money you spend and for the amount of boosters you get to still lose is insane. Also, the amount of coins and lives you receive is not appealing. I’m an avid gamer and love to play games but this is a game setup to just collect your real money. There’s no incentive to continue to play. Change the difficulty and rework the boosters/coins received situation.

I’ve enjoyed the game so far. However I’ve been stuck on level 20 for a while now. And although that’s not the problem- what’s annoying and a bit disheartening is that when you die, you get two options; you either pay coins to revive or you watch an Ad. For some reason this feature does not seem to work at all. No matter how many times you try. So if this isn’t a valid option- don’t make it an annoying tease. It’s just irritating when you’re so close to finishing and you can’t get that second chance. With much love from a person who enjoys the game! Please fix this bug! Thank you in advance😁

I do not like/appreciate the fit fact that it’s set up for me to either fail or watch multiple ads to acquire extra slots, arrange the colors etc. I played one game numerous times adding all the slots and still had to arrange the colors etc. I don’t know if this makes sense or not but I only started this game about an hour ago. It’s not set up to enjoy evenly. It’s set up for my frustration and their pockets. If it were fair I’d be playing and watching ads so we all are happy. It’s a shame because the concept is good.

This is such a great game. Sadly, it gets to a point where it is impossible to pass no matter what strategy we use. There is no way to pass unless you get extra slots or the extra VIP area. There is no way to earn free coins unless you pass a level. There is no daily amount provided for joining the game that day, it gets impossible to pass unless coins are bought and even then, getting one slot in the game is expensive! They got greedy and ruined the game.

Was stuck on level 10 for a frustrating amount of time. The only way you can get bonuses to complete these crazy levels is by paying, and the coin schematic is insane. You cannot watch ads to get items. You can only watch ads to double your coins when you complete a level or to get a free life. Oh yeah- make sure you go ahead and hit to get double coins by watching an ad, because it will force you to watch an ad anyways. This game has a lot of potential- but the utter money grab will most likely lead me to delete this one.

Levels get difficult way too fast. Only on level 20 after playing for a couple of days and it’s impossible to pass without paying or watching ads for extras and even then not convinced that would help. The dragon has too many colors in a row with no cannons of that color available. Ads are also way too long. Had ads that were over a minute and a half long with no way out of them. So after 2 days I am done with this game as levels should be able to be solved without having to pay or watching long ads.

I played this game and it’s relaxing I even got up to level 1000 and I finally seen a a challenge with other players from around and won coins and power ups and that was exciting I would love to more from this app. I’m not saying I’m going to playing but I would like some interaction because it feels rather basic. Even the layout can use some improvement the speed I just think the more you go up in levels the challenge should be greater.

Really like this game but lately it keeps freezing up on me half way through the game. Need a fix please. I agree with others that it is way too hard to pass without getting extra slots. I’ve even payed for coins and still couldn’t pass it. The algorithm seems to get ya every time. Recap: still freezing up. Can’t even close it to restart sometimes. I have a new phone so maybe it’s just not compatible yet with it. Need to fix please.

The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because it won’t allow me to submit this review without doing so. This game is full of you know what!!! The ONLY way to move on in certain levels is to spend money! This game is a rip off and unless you want to spend loads of money I do not recommend downloading this game. After spending money on one of the levels and trying to use what I paid for…. The game completely froze on me causing me to lose my money AND what I paid for because I had to exit out and restart. Money lost…. Coins lost. I loved this game until I realized it’s designed for you to keep spending money. ****UNINSTALLED**** I promise this game won’t get another dime out of me!!! The game was fun at first but I’ve spent a total of like $40 in this game until I realized you have to CONTINUE to spend money every few levels to be able to move on. I wish I read all of these reviews prior to downloading!

I was enjoying this game and yes some levels were really difficult (took me a couple days to pass it) but eventually I would figure it out. That is until I got to level 31. The colors they provide you as options make it literally impossible to pass the level. I’ve tried many times/ways. Then at the end of the level it gives you an option to watch an ad or pay 900 coins to help you out but the button for the ad option doesn’t work. However, the button to pay 900 coins works…

I love puzzle type games and not to toot my own horn but I’m good at them. This game is very fun however it is impossible to actually play. I was on level 12 for two days, not through my own fault but the game being the cause. They send a bunch of colors that you can’t get to and the dragon just gets too long. I had gotten to level 17 before accidentally deleting and having to restart but the game is severely frustrating and I will be on the lookout for a better option somewhere else.

Reached level 21 and can’t pass due to level difficulty programming. But also can’t watch any ads to continue playing any levels? I’ve selected the “watch ad to continue level” choice multiple times but it never leaves the “game over” screen. Don’t tempt me with another chance to save the level but then make it impossible to watch ads to save yourself. So beyond annoying. This game is weird

It’s fun at first, then it’s impossible to play without ads. Ads all the time. Multiple during the level, in between the level, before and after you start the level. NON STOP ADS. And the ads are long too! Like 5 minutes of ads between a 1 minute game. It’s impossible to play without paying. The developers say they “need” the ads to make the game “free” but the game isn’t free it’s just ALL ADS. Many other games like this without constant ads. Find and play those instead because this one is absolutely a waste of your time!

I really enjoy this game — it’s fun and addictive — but it’s frustrating that you can’t advance past level 12 without paying! The game offers an option to watch a commercial to keep playing, yet the link never works. It’s either broken or intentionally designed so you have to buy coins to move forward. Ridiculous! I’m more than willing to watch an ad, but the so-called “free” button has never worked. Don’t advertise a free option if it isn’t actually available.

I have a good time playing the game but what I don’t like is the fact that I get close to beating a level and the game freezes and I have to completely close out of it to fix it and lose my progress. What’s worse is I bought a power pack and every time I use a boost is when it freezes up on me. This bug needs to be fixed. Deleting the game due to it

Game is good until you get up to the level 30s. It is impossible to win with only four spots open. You should be able to pay with your coins for more spots and they should stay that way for the rest of the game not just for that single level. It looks like the update there is an option to watch an ad and continue if you lose, but it is fake and does not work. Please fix this watch ad button!

The game is fun but around level 20 the games become impossible to pass unless you spend money for upgrades. I tried many times but the options given truly make it impossible to beat the levels. It was also very buggy and would show the option to get extra time if you watch an Ad but it never worked when I clicked.

I really loved this game until about Level 20 when I realized that the design of the game is intended for you to HAVE to pay to progress. I am happy to watch ads to unlock certain features however this is not an option in this game and the coin system is basically useless. I am also happy to pay for a better game experience but the fact that they designed it this way intentionally feels scummy. Will be deleting and finding a better alternative.

Impossible to win after the first couple dozen or so levels without paying. I paid for some coins to get through level 50 but, I didn’t want to spend more and got stuck. The level is literally impossible to beat no matter how many times you try. The colors don’t come out in the same order so it isn’t like it’s set up for you to figure out the correct order because it’s different each time. Such a scam. Don’t feed the troll developers with the bait and switch tactics.

I’ve made several in game purchases and every time I do the app freezes, turns off suddenly, etc. and when I return it starts a new game and doesn’t reimburse the coins spent on slots, VIP, sorting or anything. I won a game and all of a sudden I was asked to use a VIP slot after the dragon was slayed and I couldn’t return to the main menu. So guess what when I returned the VIP slot was gone, I had to restart the game and my coins weren’t reimbursed.

As others have stated, the app is fun but I am at Level 25 and I have determined that it is impossible to win without spending money. So my choice is to delete the app or spend. The challenge is that the options to spend lead me to believe that I will have to continue to spend in order to advance levels. Too bad because it was fun to play while it lasted.

After a certain level it is impossible to beat with the four available spots and the available colors but when you die the watch video option to continue does not work. The only options that work are the money options. This should be fixed.

I’ve played similar games with success, but I’ve been unable to pass Level 29, leading me to believe that the game developer intends for the game to be played beyond Level 29 only by those who will make a purchase. Since the game quality is not high enough to prompt me to make a purchase and since the game offers no ROI if I were to invest, it is not worth making a purchase. The lack of meaningful entertainment and lack of investment options makes this a one star game.

Still freezing months after recent 2025 IOS update. Yes, I uninstalled and reinstalled to try fix it, only to lose all the levels I passed. I paid money to get past certain impossible levels and now I will need to repay if I want to play again? No customer support AT ALL! I repaid to get rid of ads too. The game freezes at various times of play. There is no rhyme or reason. I never liked these Royal games but this one was fun. Until now. Go kick rocks Royal games!

I paid for NO Ads, however, you cannot pass a level without watching ads to receive and extra play slot. There are only two formats of the game so it’s like playing the same level over and over. The levels are impossible to pass unless you use hard to earn coins or watch ads to get extra slots and then still almost impossible. I am at level 52 and now cannot pass without watching ads.

I used to love this game, but after the most recent update it has been crashing nonstop. At first, the glitching stared with just giving me unlimited lives, which was great. Unfortunately it soon turned into the game freezing up mid level and freezing my whole phone. When I get my phone back working the game is a frozen broken mess. I hope it can get fixed soon.

It’s a great game- when it works. That’s the caveat. When it’s working it is great. It is some skill in choosing which path to chose and some luck. You can replay levels and get different dragon patterns. But let’s talk about why I deleted the game. The game would glitch and absolutely freeze my entire phone. Like couldn’t even hard reset freeze. Stuck for over an hour until it fixed itself. Multiple times. I’m over it at this point.

I understand that ads are needed for a free game, but there is no escape from this one. Levels are set up so that they are difficult, making ads a requirement for powerups. But if I fail a level and choose not to watch an ad for the power up, I need to watch an ad to replay the level anyway. This happens EVERY time. Not sometimes, not every other time, EVERY TIME. That’s ridiculous.

As others have mentioned, the levels are set up for you to fail. I do not mind the occasional ad, but I do not appreciate that you can not beat most of the levels as you progress without needing to watch an ad for a “boost”, which defeats the purpose of the game and thus any skill needed to play as you are required to fail and watch an ad to gain a canon and get through a level. It is very disappointing as I do agree that it was a good concept for a game.

I’m all for a challenge, and I don’t mind spending a day or two on a level when I feel like it’s a fair game. I’ve been stuck on level 20 for a week now and it’s absolutely impossible to beat. I don’t spend money on games like this and I’m sad to say I’ll probably stop playing altogether now. Initially I enjoyed the levels because they did pose a challenge, but level 20 has no solution unless you’re willing to pay for it.

Game is challenging but Level 31 is impossible without making another purchase for the coins or spend all coins to purchase the extra slots, all of the extra slots to clear out the mystery mine of colors. Sorry team, this game has so much potential, but making levels that are 100% unbeatable just makes cranky customers and won’t help the star average in your reviews.

It’s such a nice game but it’s impossible to pass certain phases without paying. I’m on 74 and I played 73 more than 300 times until I finally spend money. And now on 74 played over 100 and you simply don’t pass, it doesn’t matter the strategy. It’s unfortunate. And there is no “watch a video” to get coins, you must put money. Also, to get a special to pass you spend 900 coins, but when you pass you just get 40. It’s unfair.

This game is a total money grab. Even after purchasing additional coins to open up slots, I didn’t realize that you would have to continue to purchase the additional slots after every loss. I have played other games where once the slots have been purchased, they remain open after each play. This game is completely deceitful and after i use all my coins I will be deleting it.

I like this game EXCEPT FOR: the video ad button to get an extra slot NEVER WORKS. So you have to use points that you have to buy for an extra boost. I also really dislike the auto finish mode. It’s satisfying to hit each color as you slowly realize you’re going to win. Esp after a challenging round. Takes the enjoyment out of it.

I really like this game but I’m going to delete it because a lot of levels are nearly impossible to complete. I love a challenge but some levels I’ll be stuck on for weeks… and some I have to buy coins or slots. I know of some people who play who also get 10 lives, yet I only get 5. Unfair. It becomes frustrating and no longer fun.

Allows you to pass level 10 (fairly easily)but beyond that it’s absolutely impossible to clear a level WITHOUT having to buying “power-ups” for special items to help you move on!!! I have been working on beating level 12 for weeks with absolutely no progress… game is Definitely rigged. After this review I will be deleting this bogus app.

I think this game is very fun. However, every time it tries to do a run of three commercials in a row it only does the first two and then freezes. That means you have to start that whole round over. No matter how many commercials you watch so you can get as far as into this round as you are., You have to start back over and do it again.

Expect ads every 3-5 minutes even if you buy it out and gameplay designed to make you lose no matter what you choose - unless you watch an ad to continue. Almost nothing depends on your decisions - the algorithm will make sure you fail just so it can serve you another advertisement.

Loved this app. Down fall is you have to watch a lot of adds to get upgrades to pass the levels. I tried without watching ads for a month on one level. Finally caved and watched videos. When I got to level 59 it started crashing my phone. Was fun spent hours on it sad to see it go. Yet, I’m tired of my phone crashing and draining the battery.

I completely deleted and restarted this game twice and every time have gotten stuck at level 20. It’s impossible to pass if you don’t want to spend a ton of money to play. Unfortunately, I will be deleting and finding something else and won’t be downloading anything else from these developers.

I was enjoying this game for about a year. It’s now having freezing issues. Mid-game it stops and the screen flickers. Unable to close the app, all phone functions freeze. I’m going to delete it.

Enjoy the game genre but it’s impossible to beat without ads after about level 10. shame.

Keeps crashing after playing for 10 minutes.

I am stuck in level 20. The coloured buses and the dragon doesn’t add up to start with. Every time you lose and restart the game the buses are the same but the dragon colour is different. Seems like they want you to spend money in order to move on to the next level. But even though you buy slots and boost you would still lose. This game feels like a big scam to me.

Made it level 15 before all progress was halted by the game. can’t beat levels without watching multiple ads or spending money. THIS IS NOT A GAME.

Too many ads. Also once you hit a certain level and you know you can win, the game takes over to rush and clear the board and it doesn't let you enjoy the moment for yourself. User enjoyment of these games is a huge part of why people play them. If I'm just watching ads all the time and not being able to enjoy a win then this game isn't worth it to me anymore.

Level 37 is absolutely impossible to pass without pending mo eh on boosters and stuff. Even after spending $20 would not pass I had to uninstalled. Very frustrating experience.

When you fail a level and you hit “free” to save you, it never works. This game is a huge money grab, if you can’t pass a level and can’t watch an ad to get help, then you have to pay. Also if you go to the website to contact them about the app not working, it won’t go through.

Used to be able to play unlimited games. Now you have to pay for lives. Really stupid addition to the game and will be uninstalling.

The levels are much too difficult to beat and they allowed zero free help to beat the level. You have to pay to get bonus to help you be at the levels. Really unfortunate.

Level 20 impossible (after I paid for Ads free $10 CAD）

The game chooses when to reset itself and takes all your coins and purchased items. Definitely not impressed with this game just lost $12 because the game reset on me while I was on a win for that level. Nowhere to contact to obtain a refund etc. very upsetting.

Extremely hard to advance without paying money. No option to watch ads to gain coin and have to pay to be able to watch the ads even.

The only way to win levels is by using power ups. No free way to get these things, no watch add options to continue on. The developers need to make some serious adjustments to this game, it’s fun but they definitely expect you to pay money just to advance. It was a very fun game until level 10. After that you have to pay to buy the coins. You absolutely cannot get passed without paying for counts to buy slots or vip. The slots you buy also disappear each level so you have to buy them again. I admittedly did purchase once, but then the levels seemed harder. Iv been stuck on the same level for days, and have played it at least 50 times….other games at least let you get passed eventually.

This is a pretty good game. Just like the ads but if you purchase the ad free and get stuck on a lvl the only way past is to buy more. It would be nice if there were daily log in rewards like other games that would help when you’re stuck.
