I finished reading the books I wanted and decided it was time to cancel. I’ve now been trying to cancel my subscription for over two weeks and they will not answer emails or feedback in the app, I have send 3 of each. There’s nowhere in the app or App Store to cancel as it does not show up as a subscription. I now have to call my bank to stop being charged weekly. Completely unprofessional.

It’s 1 free chapter a day.. I am loving a few of the books but honestly after I Finnish the current book I’m uninstalling the app (if there are several books I could see maybe paying for a week or possibly month membership once but not regularly imo there are better free options though my library’s online services. Overall I would give maybe a 3 star rating tops. I feel like I’ve came across better paid by chapter type book apps

Writing this to get coupon! I will be honest this app is not technically in a place to be as expensive as it is. You only get 1 free chapter a day and you can pay weekly or yearly ($100) for membership. They don’t even offer read aloud option. Offer more ways to read chapters from ads (you can run ads & make $) or reduce your pricing $1 a week is a lot when it will get you millions of readers

I downloaded for weekly subscriptions the initial book ended around chapter 8 it started a new chapter for a new story that is not named and felt like it started halfway through a story. No expirations , no options button for going to a main platform to choose a different story, and no options/setting button to delete app or end weekly inscriptions. Feels scamy and a rip off and a waiste of time. Only reason I rated it higher was for people to see the review. I now want to end subscription but don’t know how.

Loving the stories. Earning coupons is tragically difficult and the stories cost a lot comparatively so I can only read every now and again but the actual stories are awesome. You can buy the coupons or a subscription but that is not an option to all of us for financial reasons. If you have time, patience and perseverance, the books are worth it.

I like the stories a lot, but it’s difficult to only get one chapter a day. Having to earn coupons and points and redeeming them is tedious. It’s a requirement to rate 5 stars to get coupons so I can finish this darn book I’m reading. And of course it’s 118 chapters and I’m only into chapter 15. I’m really hoping it’s not going to take me 3 months to read it. Considering deleting the app.

I can’t even get 7 chapters into a story before I have to leave a review to get enough credit to “buy” a chapter. And you can’t just buy a package of them either, it’s either earn enough points for just one chapter or sign up for VIP which is expensive! I don’t even know if I want to continue reading, much less buy some endless expensive membership. Ugh.

Honestly, the 5 star is just to get the coupons. There are some great stories on the app, but there are also a lot of poorly written ones. Some are so hard to read because of the bad grammar and syntax, missing words, etc. Some even have unnecessary interjections by the author/poster. You have to dig for the good stories, but they are there.

After reading other reviews I whole heartedly agree; this app is not worth $100 a year but there are other who charge more. Either market to where we can earn coupons other ways, more ads for chapters or something otherwise you’re not keeping your readers

I absolutely love the books and the app isn’t bad or hard to navigate. But the way that it’s giving temu and I’m scared to put my card information in there lbvs. The stories are very addicting, and again, the app isn’t bad. But the prices are insane and to keep reading you gotta pay. So I’m not sure if I’ll continue on with having the app, since the 4 stars. But we’ll see 🤷🏽‍♀️

I’m only giving 5 stars because it is required to get coupons. I’m not to sure about this app. It won’t tell you how many coupons you need to open a chapter and it takes 200 coins just to get one coupon. In all reality I would probably only give it 3 stars.

Stories are good. Just wish you can read more than 1 chapter a day by watching ads. Need to have the option to watch more ads to continue reading. Having to wait to read makes me almost want to stop using the app.

Well we do what we can to open the next chapter. I think this may be a very new app or one of the greediest. VIP access or collect coupons daily then read maybe 1 more chapter. Well not sure if I like this app yet to new to it. Hope they get the see videos to open chapters

Books are very interesting the only thing that would make it better is if we didn’t have to pay to ready or watch ads to see the next chapter then wait the following day to do it again it’d be nice to have a good selection for free

An expensive app takes way too May points to get one coupon and takes 20 coupons at least to open a chapter. I am not in a place to buy the membership. The stories are fantastic though.

So we are all here for our coupons? Reads are good but to pay so much is a little wild. Looks like coming daily to read a chapter will take a while to read if you don’t pay the weekly or yearly cost. I’ll keep reading the book I’m reading now seems good.

Let’s be honest here. I’m writing this review for the extra bonus points. This app is just about like all the others. It has some good things and bad things about it. Just wish that they didn’t all make you jump through hoops just to finish reading a story. Oh well.

What more can you ask for than reading and see advertisements of fun games or whatever it may show you, in many ways it gives us the reading breaks it asks us to have, to avoid tiredness, it’s perfect water or loo break. And fun collecting coupons

Not bad. The stories are good. The points you earn daily are very small. It would take forever to get through a story without buying credits. Too many other apps out there also with good stories earning many more daily credits.

It’s been a good read so far. I’m reading you’re fired. It’s been keeping me on my toes. Wish you had more chances to keep reading without buying points or coins. I feel like you should give more chances to keep reading without buying anything.

However it cost more then kindle unlimited. Would rather pay per book or pay monthly. Paying weekly is obsessive. There stories are good but don’t give you enough to want to pay more. Great app needs some improvement.

I actually have just started using this app and I can’t complain I feel like there are many options to utilize the app for free which is rare to find only downside is you have to wait. I think I’ll enjoy using it in the foreseeable future.

You subscribe to the weekly subscription but then have to email them to cancel it and they NEVER cancel it. So then you have to dispute charges to bank and provide proof of emails requesting to cancel as well as getting a new card while waiting on the disputes to be investigated. There’s no way to buy coupons to be able to continue reading the books so you have to wait until the next day and earn more coupons to be able to read so it takes forever to get through a book. For those that don’t wanna subscribe because of the issue with canceling, you should be able to buy coupons. The stories are good so far the issue is being able to purchase coupon coupons or cancel current subscriptions.

They have stories and a free trial you can cancel before being billed. Except they make it super hard to figure out how to cancel. No button in the app. Have to send an email. When you send the email you get an auto response back asking for your id. Send your id you get the same automated email response back. Rinse repeat till the day you look at your bank acct and see they took your money. You have to cancel in the app under “feedback” but it only has one option for submitting a communication. I am waiting for a refund of the money that was stolen from me after I sent 4 emails trying to cancel before the trial period was up before finding out you need to submit the request in the feedback section under the wrong issue tag line. App is a scam.

I got the subscription, realized i didn’t like the content on the app. So i went to see if i could cancel my subscription, It didn’t come up on my subscription list in the all store, So i emailed them. Provided them with my ID and my email address that i used for the account. Received a email from them giving directions on how to cancel on the app store and ask for my ID and email address, i sent them an email letting them know my information was already in the original email and reiterating that i could not cancel on my app store. Did not hear back from them and this morning i received a text from my bank stating that i was charged for my subscription. unbelievable!!!! Terrible customer support service.

I downloaded this app and purchased a subscription directly through the app (not through an app store subscription). After reading just 2 stories I recognized how abysmal and amateur the writing quality was. I have requested help to cancel the subscription four times, as there is no option for me to do so myself in the application nor in the WordsFly website (which is essentially the parent company). I have yet to receive any actual reply about the status of my subscription. I am planning to report this company to a consumer rights board for failure to comply with my subscription cancellation request and will be disputing any further charges with my bank. Unprofessional and a complete waste of both time and money.

The outright theft that these apps do should just not be allowed I can’t understand why this isn’t regulated in some kind of way. That said this app forces you into a subscription you do not get the option of just buying the necessary coins, tickets, diamonds or whatever in order to read a story they force you to a subscription you can watch ads, but you can only watch two and then you’re forced to do it the next day if you don’t wanna pay for a subscription. Being fair to your consumer means that they consume more and you make more money instead of trying to get it all upfront cause you’re being greedy.

I knew the minute they wanted be to log into my PayPal it was going to be an issue. It also wanted me to add a debit card. I been through scam before. So I made sure I used a PayPal account i do not use. And added a prepaid card I also do not use. So I wouldn’t be stuck paying subscription to a company I had already email TWICE to cancel my subscription. They can try to bill that PayPal account all they want they won’t be able to get anymore money. I haven’t used that account in 2 years. This is my 3rd REQUEST to have you guys cancel my subscription. All in writing on the same day. I subscribe on 1/1/26 and I request to cancel my subscription on 1/1/26

Each “story” is about 8-10 chapters each despite the books being 100+ chapters long and they aren’t that good. I subscribed for the $3 3 day subscription promotional deal and could not find a way to cancel my subscription in app. I emailed customer support to cancel my subscription and gave them the account ID when they asked for it, lo and behold I was charged for $17 yesterday. I emailed customer support again to cancel my subscription and receive a refund because I had asked days before my subscription renewed and was told to provide my account ID, even though it was included in the email.

3 weeks trying to cancel the subscription. Multiple emails only get a generic auto reply and no resolution. This app does not show as a subscription on any of my accounts, yet I get another charge on my payment method. All I can do and keep doing is dispute the charges. I started this request 24 hours prior to my original renewal date. I’m about to enter into week 4 and since I’ve received no response other than yet another automated reply with the same form email, I expect I’m going to have to dispute another charge. This is unfair not only to customers, but also to the writers ( who should consider another app to share their stories)

This app is great for reading! All the ads you see are true. The only problem is when adding your card to pay for a membership or subscription, it does not show up in your Apple subscriptions. This makes it harder for you to cancel it and you have to reach out to the company. And this is where the next problem comes in. Their reply it automatically generated. They never reply. It’s best to solve the problem those the issue section within the app. They really helped me.

This app is a scam, I got the weekly subscription for a bit and then decided to cancel it, there is not a way to cancel it in the app, it is not on my subscription page on setting, isn’t either on my bank app, I send multiples emails about it and write a comment on the app, did everything they ask me to cancel the subscription and after that, they stopped replying at all, they haven’t cancel the subscription after weeks of asking for it, i had to turn my car of and IT STILL TRY TO CHARGE after the subscription has been canceled for not been able to process the payment.

Do not buy the subscription unless you plan on using this app for a long time. I couldn’t cancel my subscription, they told me to email them and I did, only to find out it’s an automated email that sends no matter what you say. Then it tells me if I can’t reach out go to feed back and they’ll respond in 24 hours or less, it’s been 4 DAYS…. Then I look at the refund policy to see if there was another email(there was) I tried to email them there however the email is not a valid email. So long story short. I had to contact my bank and fraud my account to get a whole new debit card. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The story preview was ok, I only downloaded the app because of what I read on fb. It was an easy read so I decided to finish it (I legitimately thought I could read the entire book in an hour). But then after chapter 9 of maybe 30 I needed a paid subscription…mind you the book wasn’t that good, I was just temporarily invested, and this is an unknown app. You just need users. Try to get profit from adds not your (few) users at this point. Would I have been able to at least read my first story for free maybe I would have subscribed but CHAPTER 9!? That’s laughable.

The stories are free and enjoyable, but if you want unlimited reading abilities you have to get a VIP subscription, however, once you get the subscription it will not let you cancel. It is supposed to appear in your subscription lists in your Apple account in your iOS device allowing you to cancel but it does not. The app states you can cancel by emailing the company directly and/or by submitting feedback through the app but they do not respond and will continue to charge you. I had to call my bank and put a stop payment on all charges from them to get the charges to stop.

This app is terrible. The book I read made no sense, it gave me the feeling like it was written by AI. The plot changed in the middle of the story without notice and all of a sudden all the events that had already happened made no sense in the new plot. Character a that have two names all of a sudden and use any of them indiscriminately. Poor writing, no edition. Super expensive subscription. The menu is hard to access and I can’t find where to cancel this subscription. I sent an email to their support team to cancel my subscription but it’s all so scammy that I’m afraid I won’t be allowed to cancel it. PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION!!!

0Stars!!! Thought this app would be great but it’s NOT!!! Can get the novel books on other apps, which those apps are way Better! Also, been literally fighting with support team to “cancel my subscription” and they refuse to help. Bc I signed up for the free trial thru the “web” and after trial automatically signs you up for the subscription but doing so thru the web … I’m now unable to cancel it bc it doesn’t show the subscription in my Apple Store/ ID-acct. This whole thing is a big mess and I’m unable to delete my account bc of the subscription as well. (ZeroStars&BigThumbsDown) !!!Definitely Stay Away!!!

I got click baited. Got teased with a story that hooked me in so of course I downloaded the app. It’s not easy to understand how to navigate at first. I guess it’s a newbie thing. I couldn’t figure out how to read the chapters without paying so I reached out to customer support and they responded quickly. Now the things I don’t have access to are now open in the app and I don’t have to pay to read but I do have to wait and build up in app coins and coupons in order to unlock chapters.

Seems like AI wrote the book I tried to read boyfriend is boysister in the book and a guy calls his self a good sister instead of a good friend. The book is very inconsistent the story changes things up to much first the father divorces and remarries the mother stays in Europe then the father didn’t get divorce he got remarried after the mother died. The sister and the ex didn’t originally get together till after the girl wanted nothing to do with the ex then she stole her ex while they was engaged to be married. Not to mention how munch money they want for you to read these books that are like this.

I got targeted with social media ads and made the mistake of opting into the paid “trial” of this app. Now I can’t seem to cancel it! I have tried to cancel via my app subscriptions, via Apple wallet, I emailed the customer service for the app, I even called my bank to see if they could block further transactions from this merchant (they could not). The payment just keeps being charged every week. And now I’m not sure how to proceed beyond continuing emails to the app customer service. Don’t make my mistake! Don’t do the paid subscription.

The price is ok but I’m afraid to subscribe because a lot of these no name apps don’t let you cancel and even if you do find a way to cancel, they’ll keep charging you and they don’t show up in my Apple subscriptions which will tell you you have to cancel through your subscriptions, but they don’t show up so you can’t cancel so if anybody’s out there that has any information on the subject please let me know

I subscribed and tried to cancel but wasn’t able too. I’ve contacted the customer support team and they don’t respond to my emails just send a pre written email showing me steps to cancel but no one truly answers or fixes the issue. They have charged me multiple times now and I just want my money back I have followed the steps they show me but they are still charging me!!!!!! DONT GET THIS APP IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET SCAMMED now I’ll have to contact my bank to see if I can dispute the charges. If I could give this app no star I would.

This app has been charging me $15 a week for the last two weeks and i am having the hardest time canceling the account. And to top it off it’s not even listed in my subscriptions. If i could give this company zero stars i would. I had to literally call my bank. And have them issue me a new card. And even go as far as removing the card from my Apple Pay on their end so they couldn’t continue to charge me. Completely a scam. Apple was made aware and did not help me one bit.

I did the $2.99 for 3 days and then went to cancel and there’s no way to cancel via the app. I paid through Apple Pay but it doesn’t show up under purchase or subscription. I tried emailing the email address the app says to for cancellation issues and all I get is an automated response saying to provide my account ID number- which I did. Save yourself the headache and don’t bother with this app. It’s nothing but a scam and I found several others online having the exact same problem as I am.

The books on this app really reel you in quickly and are great reads. However, it’s challenging to keep the motivation to read on, as you have to do small tasks to earn coupons and points to unlock the next chapters for free. Otherwise there’s a weekly or annual subscription option for unlimited access. I’d say if you have the time for this app and enjoy reading go for it!

Do not subscribe to this application. If you ever want to stop the subscription they will ignore you and continue to charge you over and over. Once they get your card information from Apple Wallet there is no stopping them. I’ve had to call my bank over and over to get this fixed. If you email them they send a canned response and continue to charge you. And the stories are not that great a lot of repeating to make the stories longer. RUN AWAY FROM APP AND DO NOT LOOK BACK!!!

I downloaded the app and did a 3 day trial. I have been trying to cancel for 3 weeks. The email provided to cancel never responds. You get an automatic reply asking you to provide your information and when you do they don’t respond or cancel it. I have emailed a total of 13 times and they have charged me close to 45$. My bank can’t do anything so it looks like I am going to have to get a new debit card just to stop getting charged for a “trial” that I decided I didn’t want. Do not recommend this app.

The app doesn’t show on your active Apple subscription to cancel per the instructions. You email to the address provide on the cancelation instruction with the correct ID and attach photo of the profile information and they reply in seconds with an automated email telling you that they cannot find the account. They don’t resolve the problem or send a confirmation of the cancelation, but they still charging you for the subscription.

The books are pretty decent, but the whole thing of earning points or tickets is a little ridiculous. There isn’t enough to earn if you want to keep reading more than like 30min. Then it’s either watch a couple videos to gain the chapter (which there aren’t too many chances for that) or you have to pay or wait another 24hours to continue.

Inside the app, you can read the story, but then there isn’t a way to go to a main page to select another story or be able to navigate back to a homepage. I sent an email to cancel the subscription. Hopefully I am able to. This is not the kind of app that shows in your subscriptions on your Apple Phone settings so it is not easy to cancel. Seems a little bit scamming. I do not recommend.

I have sent messages, you keep taking my money, there is no place to unsubscribe even when I tried to delete the app, it says unsubscribe but that was not provided. Give me my refund, I have been deducted over $30 American dollars

The app has a good selection of stories and is easy to use. However, some chapters are expensive, and the ads and payment system can be frustrating. Overall, it’s enjoyable, but there is room for improvement.

They will attract you with offers to read their books (that are great) and keep charging you even if you don’t have a subscription. Then they change to another name . They dont answer to attempt to contact them (emails and in-app) while still charging for something I never asked and that I don’t have access to. Very disappointing. It is the same with Novelix!!

Aucun service client pour l’application. Un message automatique est envoyé par mail et aucune réponse à partir de l’application. On doit canceller la carte utilisée pour payer afin de réussir à arrêter les paiements. ils disent qu’on peut se désabonner facilement mais il n’affiche pas comme un abonnement mais comme un achat individuel ( avec un différent nom de compagnie entre la période d’essai et l’ achat à la semaine.) impossible d’arrêter l’abonnement par nous-mêmes…il faut appeler notre banque et changer notre carte pour finir par se sortir de se scam.

I wish we didn’t have to pay or watch adds to be able to read. More apps should be free to read books. It’s part of learning new things and no one should have to pay for it.

For more than a month I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription and they just disappeared, won’t respond to any channel available and the option is not in the AppStore. This app is a scam.

Under no circumstances should you download this app. They are charging me $14.99 USD every week and there is zero option to cancel anywhere! I have contacted their support multiple times and they do not reply with anything other than asking for a username. DO NOT DOWNLOAD, DO NOT AUTHORIZE THEM! I have had to dispute $75 USD with my credit card company. There is no way to cancel, it doesn’t show up under your subscriptions. I don’t even know how they’re allowed to get away with this!

I usually don’t comment or give bad reviews but I have to warn you! Don’t get the app, don’t get a subscription. There is no way of cancelling. They will keep charging your card even if you delete your account. Now I will probably have to block my card and change card to fix the issue. It’s the same thing for Novelix. If I could put even no stars I would.

This app takes money on your credit card without you even knowing and without any possibility to cancel. No subscription and no purchase is indicated in your account, but they still take your money, do not get this app, it’s fraud.
