If computers are banned in a country you can’t use it please make a DETNCOMNEE - duolingo English test no computer needed Version or if your computer is made within ipad bad but still good if computer works well

It was terrible experience. I tried to login and connect app on the computer and phone - more then 10 times it was an error! Technical issues all the time.

That's some sort of scam. i've got several technical issues with infinite loading and now this "AI" bot are telling me this nonsense: "Unfortunately, appeals are not available for technical issues when all attempts are exhausted"

I can’t even enter the code. This is the stupidest app ever I cannot even enter the code. Do not buy this app. Please do not download this app ever. This is the stupidest app ever.

It was the worst test taking experience I’ve ever had ( and have take multiple exams all over my life

Terrible experience.

Does not matter how I set my keyboard, won’t let me move forward and do the test. Seems like thy haven’t optimized the “scanning” technology they use and is not compatible with a keyboard that is not direct attached to a computer making it impossible to take the test.

The AI used to determine your video will do everything to make you fail. I wonder if they just save the human behaviour and everything you say and then fail you so you keep coming back at it while giving them basically all your information, speech, biometrics, writing styles and so on. I don’t recommend this to anyone.

Just a scam. Not relevant reason to cancel my session and request to buy another session to get certified. Shame

App is genuine garbage. The setup is awful, I have to give access to 100 things in ny computer, the scanner sucks, and there is no way for someone with a keyboard and monitor to fit both in frame effectively. Delete this app off the app store and this test is an awful reflection of how good someone truly is in english. Wasted so much $ for no reason fix your app you idiots.

Very bad service from both Duolingo and this application. I lost 112 CAD. I have tried to take the exam three times, and it keeps saying that my test wasn’t saved because the process couldn’t be recorded properly. Today I tried again, and the application on my computer closed automatically.

Its a flaw full of application it wont let student to take the exam peacefully. No matter what it wont set the angle, the phone was placed in every possible angle. Under the pressure I made dual payment as it was not letting me to take the exam, it wont even return my money. I spoke to a customer care rep Shweta and was rude, did not want to understand the situation, I kept requesting for a supervisor she wont transfer and kept disconnecting my chat.

I lost my money with this application because the identity in this app is based on your email account. Your identity must be based on the government ID. I regret on Taking Duolingo family plan and Duolingo Test

This app doesn’t work properly. It kept repeatedly showing an error that cameras was not parallel when i was taking picture from keyboard to computer screen. I tried only REBOOTING to take a test so many times. The test is not even free to charge and should take care of AT LEAST this system works properly. Someone might spend tons of time to pass this stupid exam and get frustrated even before start. Good job

I simply wasn’t able to orient my phone to get my screen and keyboard in the camera. Just wasn’t physically possible. Nowhere to put my phone. Super frustrating experience. Wish I had been able to test the experience before purchasing a test.
