TripRank - Speed Tracker Customer Service

This app actually feels like it was built by someone who drives. The stats are clean and exactly what I was looking for, the top speed + corner speed tracking is good, and the leaderboard is pretty sick. No weird social feed either and have been using it every day when I drive. Still haven’t tried out the mod yet but maybe I’ll try soon. This one’s staying on my phone

Sick app I love the idea of it, please add a way to see your average G force not just peak I really want to know how much sustained g force I have.

Saved me from multiple speeding tickets

App is pretty cool it seems to be about 3 MPH under my speedometer and the 0-60 time always pretty far off hopefully that gets fixed soon!

Great for anyone that has any interest in going fast, very detailed with what it tracks, and the global leaderboard lowkey sweet

You can't do anything but record a trip unlesd you pay, and you can't even view the trip YOU recorded without paying. They say the paid features are "unlimited" which makes you believe the unpaid version is "limited" but really it's "nothing at all". Also they ask for a lot of information, I wouldn't be surprised if this was made by the feds. Don't tell them anything unless you have to, and keep it vague.

Normally id rate this a 5 because it genuinely does what it's supposed to but i don't know what it is but recently it's been poorly tracking my runs saying my average speed is higher than my top speed which just isn't true because i watch my speedometer, please fix this because i do love this app

It’s literally useless if you don’t buy the subscription. You have to sign up and make an account, then you get hit with the paywall. You can’t access any of the functions of the app unless you’re willing to pay… at least give us a free trial so we can see if it’s worth the money. It probably works with the subscription, although I’m not sure, nor will I be finding out.

Can’t use the app unless you pay. If you don’t pay it makes you spin a wheel and it always lands on 5% in the same spot, then has you spin again. You then get the present in the wheel. Big surprise you get the super deal or whatever. Disgusting brain dead activity trying to make you pay a subscription for something that could easily be free. Also ur fat.

Absolutely useless without paying. No skip button either. Press continue then cancel. A TEMU wheel appears and does the 75% off like you’re saving money. When cancelling that option by continuing and closing, the app has no other options and just exists. I am not paying for that.

Effectively useless app. Everything you click is immediately followed by them trying to get you to pay a weekly fee. If you click no they have you spin a wheel two times and the last time you’ll get 75% off. Rinse repeat

I’ve had no problems with the app at all, however after suggesting it to a few friends of mine they all had mixed results. They had problems with inaccurate speed tracking, leader board placement, altitude, and trips not ranking/registering. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS APP until it has had a major update and rework.

I paused it to continue the trip after a break and when i switched back to the app it simply tossed my trip in the trash and started at the main screen. Paid $30 for garbage. Dont waste your money

Don’t bother downloading unless you want to pay for a subscription. There is no free version here. They should maybe consider a free ad revenue passed setup. Just look at how well Letterboxd does. A good free app will end up with people willing to pay for very slight extra features. Very disappointing

Everything is hidden behind a paywall and forcing people to pay for something that isnt even that great, if you want the money you should implement a subscription in a different way rather than hiding everything behind a paywall. Sincerely -unsatisfied customer

If my top speed on my trip was 124 mph why would my top rank be 79km/h, that just doesnt add up whatsoever. Even if it was a glitch and is meant to be mph, its still wrong. Please fix

Every single thing in this app is behind a pay wall. Useless unless you want to pay 60 dollars per year to see what your slow car ranks against other slow cars

They should atleast give you a free trial right? Oh well no. You have to subscribe for their app. All you can do for free is make a profile. They might as well have you buy the app outright, like some video games

Won’t let me get past the fake prize wheel. If you don’t pay for the subscription you can’t finish setting up your account to use the app

At first i thought i can use it too track my speed for free and then i went too drive and it never worked all it tried too do is spin the wheel or press continue too pay for a subscription so i did and it wasn’t off by alot my miles my speed everything ts is horrible bro delete this app asap
