Thanks to this application (and the other Widget apps from PacoLabs), you can now customize the Home screen and the Today view of your device, by adding custom widgets for some specific purposes.
From anywhere in your device, you'll have access to your own information and actions.

Each Audio Note widget allows to record and play an audio note.
This is the quickest way to record and play some voice recordings to remember the things that you might forget.
Where did you park? what was the code to open the door? what did you had to remember?
You can also have a recorded message of the person you like, always with you.
A title can be added, and look can be customized.
If necessary, you can hide the record button in the Today view (to avoid any unwanted change).

Those Widgets are compatible with the new iOS 14 Home Screen Widgets.

The application is really easy to use and is adapted to the fresh look of your device.
Dark mode of iOS13 is supported.

In Today view:
You can add as many widgets as you want and they will be displayed in up to 3 different lists. Those same lists will be available in the Today view and in the application (although it is possible, if you want, to hide some widgets in the Today view).
To avoid overloading the Today view, when too many widgets are displayed, an intuitive control will allow you to navigate from one widget to another.
Even if the main purpose of the app is to view the widgets in the Today view, it can also be very handy to view them directly in the application (a long press on a widget in the Today view will open it directly in the main application).

Should have read the reviewsThe point of me downloading the app was to use in the widget screen, the only thing it does in the widget area is to play what you already recorded. Once you try to record something it just open the app. Not what I need exactly, if the feature of recording in widget mode it's added I'll be de the first one to rate it 5 star. App pointless without sharing!I really like the idea of the app. I've been looking for an audio recording widget for the longest time. This provides an audio recording widget, so I thought I was golden. However, there is no way to get the audio recording out of the app that I have found. I have no intention of keeping this app as my primary storage device for important notes. That's what my cloud services are for. Once this app has integration with those services I would consider re-downloading. Refund for now!.Waiting. . .Version: 2.0

UselessOkay, it does record and play back. But it's useless as a real-world widget. To get a respectable 4-star rating, this app would need to record from the lock screen, not open the app (thus making me stop to enter my lock screen code), it would have a New or + button to create a new recording on the widget screen, and it would allow me to send or export the recordings somewhere.
