Nighty Night Circus Customer Service

My kids just love the app and they play it every night before bed. The reason I gave it 4 stars is that I also downloaded the app on my AppleTV, but unfortunately the voice/narrator is not working. Please fix the bug in the AppleTV app and I will give it 5 stars.

Rarely has any sort of app or video entranced my daughter (currently 19 months) as much as this does. The art style is gorgeous, the atmosphere is lovely and cozy, and while the overall amount of interactions in each scene is fairly light, it more than makes up for it in the results — this app can soothe my daughter in 10 seconds flat, and she’s been enjoying this on a multiple times per week basis for about a month now. The developers and artists behind this app have done a wonderful job tapping into what would entrance and delight a youngster, and it’s a pleasant enough experience for parents as well. I also recommend the other Nighty Night apps (currently 3 in total).

We purchased this app a few years ago. I noticed another review complaining about the cost of adding more animals. We’ve gladly paid for and added each new animal group as they’ve become available. My son is now 7 and this is still one of his favorites. Beautiful colors and graphics. Easy enough for a toddler to use but fun enough for everyone to enjoy. Lots of animals doing fun things before they go to sleep. Thanks!

I have fond memories of using this app. I’ve used it countless times when my two young sons were very young, and I always enjoyed the soothing sound design, animations, and simplicity of the activity before bedtime. Reminiscing about this ritual brings tears to my eyes. I would give anything to relive those days when this app played a small but significant role in my sons’ lives.

High quality illustrations and narration. My four-year-old loves to put all the animals to sleep especially the shoe house with the little bugs. Even my six year old likes it and doesn't think it is too little for him.

We love this app, however one could live without the bear blowing up a balloon and it exploding. Nothing like an exploding balloon to get you in the mood for slumber.

My 14month old has been playing this and the original one before bedtime. She likes the ipad so much and its very hard for her to put down. But after putting all the animals to sleep, I only need to say, they're all asleep so do not disturb them, she will not get the ipad anymore and will try to lie down too (even if she's not that sleepy). My biggest mistake that I hope you wont make is buying all the animals. Now we have 23 animals to put to sleep (yup) and really that's a lot. When she's so sleepy we just turn off the lights on all of them as fast as we can.

My child, adores this and loves every piece of this. Maybe add some new animals to make it even better!

Use this app in my work with young children with speech-language delays/disorders, and I love it. Moreover, so do my kids!

And I have been in to this game for years.

My toddler loves to put the animals to bed at night. She enjoys this app a lot.

To the person who wrote the "Horrible" review: How about reviewing the quality of the app itself instead of pushing your personal agenda. What you may think about the circus or other animal rights issues has no bearing on the quality of the app and its creator that you are damaging with your 1 star rating. If you don't like the circus, don't go, and don't get the app just to do a negative review. Do you not realize how much people detest being lectured on what they should and shouldn't do? Maybe you should ask yourself why you are incapable of keeping your personal opinion to yourself and letting people make up their own minds. How about going out to enjoy the sunshine or volunteering at an animal shelter instead? That would be a much better use of your time and a greater value to needy animals than you will ever accomplish here. As for the app itself, I think it is great and young children will find it very entertaining. In fact, I think it will help them to love the animals and may even spark interest in finding out more about the animals as they grow up.

My three-year-old son on the autism spectrum has fallen in love with this game. It's the first time I've ever given him something interactive that he totally delved into. Usually he gets bored or frustrated pretty quickly. He has played it over and over again. It's got just the right amount of problem solving for a young child like him, and he really has fun with it! I have fun watching him too. He's never been able to be this focused on something, and he will play it over and over again. Finally, we can take him out, and as long as we have this game, he won't terrorize the place! It's a wonderful game, cute concept, and is beautifully designed. It's also really handy with getting children to go to sleep at night. This has been a life saver. Thank you Fox and Sheep!

First of all I find this app adorable! I bought this one and their other one. For the people with negative reviews.... I think your reviews were nothing but rude and you didn't deserve to download this app! I completely find it hard to give this app a bad review. It's nothing but neurotic to compare this app to a real live circus like seriously? I don't care for circuses however I would say that anyone that does must be brain dead..... Like the other person stated... Why don't you go and volunteer your time at your local shelters instead of taking advantage of this devs hard work only to leave negative reviews? Get a life! This is a great little bedtime story for your own tiny rabbits at home. My two year old twins love to say goodnight to the animals and are always excited to see them every evening. They bound into the living room and yell, "ni-ni amnials!" (That's how they say it. Not a typo.) It was worth the two bucks for a few extra animals and to support the development of a free app. If you read a negative review on here for political or ideological reasons, I wouldn't pay it much mind. The little open minds that love this stuff will enjoy it because it's fun and cute.

My toddler enjoys this. It is absolutely beautiful and you can tell much attention was given to the details. The animals even do a little more activity than in the original Nighty Night. While still magical-feeling, this circus edition does lack the warmth and charm of the original and has a quirky, off-beat vibe, which I can appreciate but not sure it's for their audience (very young children). It's a touch/tap app - no dragging involved, which is great because my child hasn't mastered dragging just yet. My little one likes this but does prefer the other version which makes you feel warm and cozy, and this one is somehow lacking that feeling. Also the lion and the bear roar and show teeth. I do recommend this, though. They make some of the best apps for young children out there. Top-notch.

I run a hotel / vacation babysitting service in the Napa Valley and really try to stay away from screen time. However, at bedtime kids need something soothing and this fits the bill! I have had boys and girls ages 3-8 yrs love this app. The only challenge is keeping some of them patient enough to click on the animal up to 3 times to see what cute stuff they do before 'lights out'. However, this being my first App purchase had convinced me to try a few others by this maker and another. Love it!

I first downloaded the original Nighty Night app when my grandson was two, he is now five and my granddaughters are three and four. I can't even guess how many times we have used it to "wind down" for bedtime. I have now downloaded this app and can't wait for the babies to see it. Both are very simple but once the lights are out for the animals its lights out for the babies. They absolutely love touching the animals to see what they do then tuning the lights out for them.

I love this app. It's even better than the first. I use it every week to put my 2 year old to bed. But why charge $2 for only 3 animals? Didn't the first one charge the same for like 7 animals? I know it's me being petty but can't dish it out for only 3 animals.

In addition to reading books, this is a very sweet way for my grandchildren to get ready to sleep. They love the characters and the interaction as they shut out lights. The auto-play feature is perfect for bedtime and we all say "goodnight" along with the narrator. When the little owl goes to sleep the children know it's their turn to go to sleep too. The added monkey and pig are their favorites.

Have only used it twice since I've purchased it and it works sooooo well. By the end of the story my 2 year old is out like a light. We have only the night light on while playing this on the iPad. Works best when they're sleepy, but fighting it. Best $2.99 I've spent on an app. I gave more than 3 animals too, there are about 5 or 6 if not more.

I've used it since my baby was 3 months old, as a part of his bedtime routine on the days when he just wouldn't settle. Now he's 15 months old and he still loves it when I turn it on for him before bed. I use it at least once a week.

My 23 month old loves this app and will go lay down in bed when asked if he can do this app as his bedtime story. Great parent/child interaction with laughs and childhood joy. The narrator has an awesome voice and the artwork is great. Even my 5 and 9 year old have fun with it, but the 2 year old absolutely loves it.

If your kids liked the first version of this game, then they'll love this sequel. Similar fun characters and intuitive play for young kids. My 21 month old daughter can't get enough of the first version and now this. Easy and fun for young kids!

My kids love playing this over and over again. My 2 year old is always asking to play with the elephant. I love that it keeps my kids entertained and is easy for them to do by themselves.

My 15 month old loves this app, we "watch/play with it" all the time. Very calming and soothing for her. She likes to touch animals for their reaction and mimic their sounds. As s huge fan of animation, I have to say this app is beautiful and fun for me as well. Exceptional!

Every night before bed my 4 year old daughter and I put all the circus animals to bed. My only complaint would be that we would like more animals and maybe a good suggestion would be to have more interaction with the ones we do have. Cheers Melissa & Aleyna⭐️💕🎈

My 2yo absolutely loves this apps. We have the first one and I was so happy to see that a second one was released. The game is very sweet, excellent interface and graphics! Love all the language options too! A must have!

Our two year old loves this app and so do I! The illustrations are gorgeous. The story is sweet and we never tire of hearing it. We also have their other nighty night app. Please keep the new animals coming.

We've been using this app since my son was born. Regardless of what is going on, our now 1 yo will stop everything for this app. If you want sleep, get this app! :0)

This app is absolutely adorable and makes a flawless "interactive storybook" for young children. The animals are friendly and funny and wonderfully designed, and the music and narration is as soothing as can be.

My son loves this game very much even he is not 2 years old. He ask for playing this game before going to sleep every night. This app brings lots of fun to us. Thanks

My 18 month old daughter loves this app. I do feel that $1.99 for three animals is a little too much but my daughter loves it so $1.99 it is. I would definitely recommend this app.

We initially purchased this app when our daughter was 2. A year later it’s still a favorite. She knows exactly what each animal does and enjoys saying goodnight to all of the animals.

The kid still asks for it after all the years. Many a late night has been been tempered by the soothing sounds of the circus…half the time I fall asleep before the end! We would love more animals…will pay! Highly recommend!

The kids love Nighty Night, and this is a better follow up. My 3 year old daughter needs to say goodnight to the "animals" or the "circus" before bed as part of her bedtime routine.

Wow what a sweet app. almost like a wonderful before bed time app for kids to get them ready for bed. I love the animation and music and that it is an interactive touch kinda of app. Very unique app I gotta say. I also love the option of many languages to choose from. So very well done. And very affordable. I hope they add more animals characters in the near future:)

We love nighty night so were excited about this new version. I'm sure it will be fantastic but so far we can't get past the opening menu as it crashes once we hit 'start' I'm looking forward to a 5 star rating once this is fixed.

Although you might think you are purchasing all of the animals in this app when you buy it or when you purchase the bundle beware! There are many animals that you will not have access to unless you make additional purchases. For this price for a silly little app that you will spend about three minutes using you really should have access to all of the animals. Requiring someone to spend another dollar 99 to purchase three animals and then another dollar 99 to purchase three more animals is ridiculous. These should all be included when you purchase the app.

When my 6 year old daughter bought this app she played with the auto play and it did not work. She still had to tap to switch off the light. All the auto play did was go into the house and out when I turned off the switch. Please fix this bug.

My 3 year old wants to know where the monkey and the fish went. She’s not happy she cant put them to bed anymore as those were her two favorites. Please bring them back!

Great app if it actually worked on all the platforms it’s supposed to. But it’s been forever and a bit and the developer still hasn’t fixed the narrator bug on the AppleTV version...

Great app...until my purchases disappeared and the app lost narration on auto play. Pretty poorly maintained. You could at least give me my money back if you’re planning on removing the purchased material.

The app is beautiful and simple. The TV app however does not include voice narration or any of the extras that I paid for. Please fix soon. 3/3/20

I got this for my kid and we put it on the Apple TV and there is no narration on it and no way to turn it on it seems.

I remembered clearly I bought this app but it was “Nighty Night” 5 years ago. Now it’s something being renamed else and I have to buy “Nighty Night” all over again?!

Why is the monkey no longer in the tree house?? We miss it!

Great animation but not a great bedtime app. The preview is nothing like the APP

I had to delete it, as it made my 3-year old so unhappy. Just as a warning to others with a little one of that age! It wasn’t the dilapidated, sad animal, circus theme that did it (that did it for me, but she didn’t seem to notice). What really did it in for her was that the seal loses his ball (it goes through the window leaving a great big crashing hole). The seal can never get the ball back unless you put all the other animals to sleep as well and restart the game. Several times I found her in terrible tears (and she’s usually so happy!) over the irretrievably lost ball. Now the game’s deleted we don’t have that problem, and I really don’t miss those sad-looking animals either, no matter how well they were drawn quality-wise (comparable to the original Nighty Night, a far better app!)

Please, please give us an option to choose which animals to have. I have been using this app as intended for a while now and it has been great. I decided to purchase the additional animal pack which is great except it added three more animals to the existing ones which can take it FOREVER to get through. At a minimum it would let us turn the additional pack off but it would be great to surprise my lil one with a different set of animals every couple of nights. So again I ask that you add this option to an already excellent app. I'll update to five stars if the option is added.

Absolutely love this app for my 2 year old. He plays this app (or Nighty Night) every night before bed. He would love to get the new animals, but I am not paying $1.99 for three animals. I saw it for $.99, but when I went to order the price up. $.99 I would pay, not $1.99. I appreciate the work that goes into this app, but $1.99 seems excessive.
