GreatI just used this app this year. I love how you can make a wishlist and you can exclude people from getting a person. I like that you can choose what kind of gifts you can get people right on the app. It makes it easier to shop for someone instead going inside a store to purchase. It’s great for people who can’t get together to draw names for secret Santa. I would recommend adding Target as a store you can get gifts from and adding a minimum option for gift. I like that it has a maximum gift amount. But if you’re wanting to gift someone more than one present there should be a minimum amount on there too for it can be fair..SEC-LVersion: 1.44.4

What a waste of my time.My boss at work wants to do a secret Santa this year so she went through this app. In order for us together the names we have to down load the app onto our phones. Well I’ve spent about two hours trying to get a password to work and still can’t get in. I’ve changed my password three times and every time I try to log in I get a password doesn’t match message. Unable to add clothing sizes to wishlistThis app is frustrating for the fact that you cannot adjust clothing sizes on your wishlist. if i want to add a t-shirt to my wishlist it will only let me add a size S to most of the items. My friend group used this website last year and my friends ended up wasting their money getting the wrong sizes for me, regardless of if i put my preferred size in my “hobbies and interests” section (which is not even on the app, you have to go to the website to add hobbies and interests.) i like the concept of this, but the impracticality has caused me and my friends to lose money and i don’t know how to avoid that happening this year while maintaining the anonymity that comes with Secret Santa..ItstobaVersion: 1.44.2

Suggestions!Love the app, but I think there need to be 2 improvements: 1). I should be able to write in suggestions for someone. Like if my husband doesn’t fill out his wish list, I should be allowed to go into his name and there should be a spot where whoever matched with him can see “suggestions from X for this recipient.” 2). In addition to “wish list” and “hobbies and interests” there should be a “don’t buy” list. Like for people who don’t drink alcohol… maybe the gift giver got matched with them but doesn’t remember they would no longer appreciate a bottle of wine. Okay that’s it! Good but not good enoughYou’ve guys had most this app figured out but for the notes Next to the item is not a way for them to know what size they are , not everyone would read the notes expecting to find a size note . You guys are getting lazy cutting corners where they shouldn’t be cut . As soon as someone wants to choose there size there should be a specific box for it . AMAZING😍Now I’m only 11 and I enjoy writing reviews so this was fun, this app is easy to use, someone just needs to make a plan,it’s free and my family is uses in for Christmas gift exchange and I’m so excited! It’s decent but still needs some things to be great.I know this will take a lot, but this should adapt to the landscape mode of iPads. My FamilyFor years my family was drawing names from a bowl. There were so many times that one of us would get their own name and have to put the pieces of paper back in the bowl. Once I think we had to do it four or five times to get it right. Drawnames is so easy because we are spread out in different states, and you never get your own name. Can’t use the app on more than one deviceI downloaded the app from an invitation I received from my niece. I use my tablet for just about everything since the screen is larger. I went to the store and needed to see what the persons name I drew but can’t access the app. I needed to see their wish list to make sure I was getting something they asked for. I don’t want to have to carry my big tablet into a store. I would rather use my phone which I carry everywhere. Really awesome specialized appWho would think some one would create a Secret Santa App??? This is an awesome app for managing a gift exchange. Massive Design FlawsI just need an app that will let me randomly generate name assignments (with stipulations about who can draw who) for a gift exchange. At no point should I have to enter the holiday being celebrated, the date of the celebration, enter anyone’s email address or wish list…and I should be able to create the entire list of generated names with one click. The fact that I have to jump thru any hoops to get what I want is ludicrous, and I won’t use this app again if these issues aren’t addressed. Here’s the response I got from the app’s developers: "We're sorry to hear that our app did not meet your expectations. At this moment we do not have an option to simply generate a list of drawn names. Our app has been designed in a way to bring everyone together for a festive celebration to make the gift-giving a magical experience.” Wow…the spin! The only thing y’all could’ve done worse than not responding to my review was to send me some disingenuous nonsense about “bringing people together.” Your app is designed the way it is so that you can mine data, and use said data in ways that your customers wouldn’t approve of. App and Website don’t work together at allHello, I joined a secret Santa with my friends through a website link. After I had joined I could not access the group through the app because I had “already joined” the group. This was infuriating because I had just made my wishlist on the app without it ever telling me that I had no access to my secret Santa group. Even logging in did not help because I had not logged in on the website when given the link because it had not offered. Can’t Log in to Already Created AccountI’ve been using Draw Names via browser for years. I keep losing the browser page and having to find the link in my email each time so I downloaded the app to have it all set in one spot. However, there’s no way to log in to my account an view my current already drawn name and my group’s lists. More annoying to install than it should beI got sent a link by text for this app. But the link was not clickable, so copy and paste. First strike. I could only copy the entire text. So paste to notes, then select copy paste to get to the site. Strike 2. Not working correctlyMade my event, added my members(7) , 5 of us got on and started no problem….3 hours later someone tries to accept their invite and they get an error saying they’ve already been accounted for…I as organizer go an select that name & see the wish list of another member is somehow attached to the other members name now..one wish list..2 different members with the unjoined member being denied access 🤔 SO, I delete the members name having issues, and it unselected a different members draw now, fair enough. I re-add the member who was being denied access, and bam, they get in (woohoo!) except no, no, the joy is short lived. Now I have my 7 members , only 1 hasn’t joined & dawn a name …YET only 5 of us are showing up as having drawn, and 2 are showing as having not drawn yet…only 1 of those 2 is valid…the other is NOT….the other is the group member who was made to REDRAW a name after I had to remove and re-add the first member that was having difficulty…and that member is back In the "hasn't drawn yet" portion of the list again despite having drawn and knowing who they're buying for ...and is unable to see their picks wish list....it's also showing on their end that only 2 members have drawn ...and that the 5 who HAVE drawn have not...so this app is extremely buggy and I can't figure out how to fix this without recreating the whole damn event , resending invites and creating our wish lists all over again...why would we want to do that!?
