Has potential but currently crippledI purchased this for my Mac and iPhone. But for some reason on my iPhone it insists I watch a video first. When I click the link it says there’s no video and gets caught in a loop. So that’s a major bug. But on my Mac it’s a beautiful recreation, one of the most realistic pinball simulations on the market. I’m hoping their three other tables get similar treatment. NostalgicAh pro-pinball you guys use to be the legendary computer pinball game co. I remember way back in the day when I first played Timeshock. When my grandfather bought this pinball compilation called Pinball Madness 3 it had a lot of pinball games but one stood out from the rest, Timeshock. This pinball game blew my mind back then. Then when I saw it was coming back I was speechless. After playing your other pinball tables, (Mainly The Web and Big Race USA) I wanted to go back to Timeshock, but I had lost the disc it was on. Thank you Pro-Pinball for coming back! Now how does this port fair? It's incredible! The look, music, sound effects, and most importantly the physics it's all there. But the only gripe I have about this port is the feel, it doesn't feel right on an iPhone or a small device. Other then that this is a solid remake of a classic. The other pro Pinnball tablesIf you really love Pinnball then you know that this is the best Pinnball game available! The physics are outstanding! This is the closest you will get to playing a real Pinnball machine! I played it back in the day on my computer and they really nailed it! You basically have to pay to even use the appThe game is good, but after one game, it prompts you to watch a ad. The issue is it says “there are no available videos” and then it offers you to buy the table without ads. Incredible, despite a few launch issuesThis game is absolutely incredible, from the graphics to the physics and all the way down the rule set! It's also incredibly challenging, but it doesn't ever feel cheap either, and I'll be striving to reach the wizard mode for a long, long time to come. That said, there are a few issues right now that need ironed out. (I am using an iPod Touch 5th Gen running iOS 8.1.2) The main issue is that, when I hit play and the game starts loading, it usually crashes, and the only way to fix it is to restart my iPod. Restarting my iPod every time I play is definitely impractical. (Though it's still worth it! :P) Also, the DMD looks very strange and is hard to see (especially during video mode) on my device, so improvements to that and an option to simply overlay it on the top of the screen, rather than having it actually in the back box, would be great. One other nice tweak would be putting an "Are you sure?" screen when trying to activate the operator's menu during a game, because once I accidentally ended a game by accidentally tapping that, when I meant to change the ambient brightness. Anyways, thank you for such an amazing game guys! Glad I backed this on Kickstarter, despite the long wait! Edit: Well, now, no matter what I try, I can't get the game to load at all... Timeshock returns from back in time!This is, with very little lost detail, the exact same Pro Pinball: Timeshock that was available for PCs years ago. The sounds, the physics, the graphics, the board itself… everything is the same. If you're willing to pay the full $6.99 for it, you can even get the simulated operator's menu, same as in the original. The only detail I think has been omitted is with the plunger. I seem to remember that the PC version would allow pulling back the plunger with any amount of tension, like classic pinball. In the iOS app, it's a push-button affair. I will admit that my memor could be wrong about this. The game is kind of tough on a small screen like the iPhone 5s's, because important game features are hard to pick out when shrunk. But it's still a blast to play. Here's hoping Barnstorm ports the other Pro Pinball titles to iOS!.DiscHeadVersion: 1.1.0

Best pinball game for iOS hands downI've been a fan of the pro pinball series for years. I have timeshock, Big Race USA and my favorite Fantastic Journey. All 3 are easily the best pinball simulations ever brought to video games. No other pinball game can touch their physics engine. So realistic it really feels like real pinball. This iOS version continues that trend. After just a few minutes playing Timeshock I could tell they hit this one out of the park. I have several other iOS pinball games but I've never found one that truly feels like Pro Pinball. So glad they ported this game over. My only wishes would be to put more table controls such as table tilt to slow down or speed up the ball speed. The PC version had that and it was a great tweak. Also I wish you could change the table angles like the PC version but that might be too much to ask for a mobile version. All in all I couldn't be happier. Pro-Pinball the best since early 90’sI have every Pro-Pinball game and play them on old computers and emulate them on the new computers. I played BRUSA about an hour last night on a 2003 Mac. I am maybe more excited than anyone that this series is out for the iPhone and iPad. My iPhone is a 4s and I just downloaded it and it works great. I can’t wait till I can afford to upgrade to the 6plus as I use my bifocals for my 4s. My favorite in the series is Big Race USA (BRUSA) but I love all of them. Not sure when this came out but I saw it on FaceBook today since I liked the Pro_Pinball site. I had to buy it today and I am so glad their project is going forward. I hope iTunes ranks it better on their site. It may be that they rank based on sales, I don’t know but though there are many good pinball games on iTunes and I own all of the best ones, this one deserves to be at the top of the list. The king of pinball sims is BACK, baybee!Timeshock set the standard for how a computer-based pinball sim should look and feel nearly 2 decades ago. To date, no one, and I mean NO ONE, has met the challenge to meet, much less beat this game for how incredibly accurate the physics are and just how much it feels and plays like a real machine. No one, that is, until now. These guys have topped themselves with this updated version of Timeshock that sets a whole new benchmark and makes every other pinball sim for iOS (or any other platform, really) look like amateur work. Pinball Arcade step aside, new #1 in town!Step aside Farsight, this machine and programmer schooled you and your crew. This sim is absolutely incredible and while it took a while to release, there are no bugs! I own every pinball out there and this is the best hands down. Ball movement is spot on. Tilt functionality is perfect. There are a million customizable things you can do. The music soundtrack is really cool. The camera angle is perfect. Nice to see pride in craftsmanship and I hope there are more to come! The game is awesome... But 4 star awesome5 stars is for a game that is basically perfect... This game is good... But it's not perfect. I haven't played it extensively.... And I make my comments with having an actual pinball machine in my home to compare it to. The first thing I did notice... Is that the ball doesn't make noise when it rolls... That's a big issue if you call your game "Pro Pinball".... It could easily be called "Ninja Pinball" because it bounces from here to there so silently you could a church mouse and a pin drop with ease.... I will make more comments on this game later... Best original virtual pinballNo wonder that that Silver Castle Pinball choose this table to be build as first into a real physical machine which is a copy of a virtual one. This iOS one is a good upgrade from the 1997 windows one. Same game, just better graphics although the matrix display on an iPad 2 does not look real. Forgot to add the raster? AmazingJust as perfect as the original. Game plays so realistic to real life, lighting is perfect and love the setting to adjust ambient light. This. This is pinball.The Pro Pinball games got me into real pinball. The original PC Timeshock broke my keyboard. Twice. And this is so much better -- honestly photo-real lighting and an improvement on what were already unbeaten physics (I'm pretty sure they changed the rubber, waxed it and hand-polished the balls in the intervening years). My expectations surpassed !!!I was a huge fan of the pro pinball series so I had high hopes for this IOS release and to my surprise the port really looks fantastic, better than I expected.
