After all, how many times have you caught yourself saying or thinking “how long has it been” when you finally get in touch with someone who’s important to you, whatever the context may be? Before Covve, there were business-oriented CRM solutions (which are overkill for most people and expensive) or spreadsheets (which just aren’t up to the task). Covve is now a critical component of my daily routine, and I’m much more focused and up-to-date when it comes to keeping the relationships in my personal and work life strong. Wow where to startThis app makes keeping in touch with who matters most in your life. It's a very well thought out app. It creates reminders to make sure you remember to reach out to that contact. This app isn't just a great business networking app. But can also help with keeping in touch with your personal relationships also. Great concept, execution leaves a bit to be desiredI really really want to love this app. it seems to have most of what I am looking for in a contact management app, letting me keep notes and have reminders. even pulling relevant news updates about people for me. absolutely amazing. where it falls short for me tho is the contact syncing itself. I don’t know if it is because I bounce between my iphone and my ipad, or maybe it is just something with the app itself. but every time that the app syncs with my contacts it will create triplicates (or even 4-5 duplicates) of half the contacts. this wouldn’t be such an issue if it weren’t for the fact that it is also wiping nickname/relevant information from the contacts as well. been playing with the free version for a couple months and upgraded to pro recently. that isn’t going to stop me from happily walking away to find something else if I have to completely clean up my 300+ contacts again.Jesse MulattoVersion: 24.1.1

BrilliantThis app is brilliant. It’s so useful and intuitive! The focus on business cards doesn’t really matter to me and I never use it, but I love being able to store my professional contacts in one place AND keep a record of my contact with them. So much potential — not 5 stars yetThis app has potential to be a 5 star + but right now it’s a 2.5 or 3. Two things you can’t do in the app that are a MUST: [1] When you add a relationship, you can’t say you last talked to them “today”. The options are Never, One day ago, 1 weeks ago, 1 month ago. Weird. Of course you can manually adjust it, but this is cumbersome. Please make “Today” an option. [2] When you view and scroll your reminders (to see which contacts you set the app to remind you about), you cannot easily log activity with them. You should be able to swipe left or swipe right to log activity or at the very least be able to “Log activity” under “Other Actions” when viewing a contact’s reminder. Instead you have to click + to log activity, then type the name of the contact. Yes, seriously. I really liked this app at first, but now think I may have made a mistake purchasing a subscription. So much promise, but truly lacking in practical & efficient user interface. TL;DU - Slow to LaunchThe app is promising to be 5 Stars in that it seems handy as a CRM solution in your pocket. However, 1 Star rating off since the app takes so long to open - literally nearly 15 seconds that I end up moving on to another task. By the time I return, I’ve lost the momentum needed to check updates, leave a phone note, etc., The other loss of a Star is due to not being able to easily print or export notes for individual contacts. I need to log my client calls and so far I am not able to print a log. I hope this feature and the other issue with app launch speed is addressed soon. Love itAs a BD executive my whole career, I’ve used a lot of CRMs. I was looking for a personal contact manager to get better at maintaining all of my relationships, not just my business ones. Extraordinary AppThis is truly an extraordinary app—and I rarely write reviews. The ability to set a reminder “get-in-touch” cadence for each contact is what makes this app so special and useful. A very sound and useful applicationAlthough I am retired and no longer have use for business contacts, or at least very few. I have found very useful in an unexpected venue. Do not sync. Will wreck your contact list.After much researching, I chose this over other apps because it seemed less unsecure than a other companies. The problem was it completely scrambled my existing list of more than 8,000 contacts, wiping out all labels from these contracts. When I contacted Covve to ask for a fix, they never replied. It’s been 4 weeks since I made the request. When I contacted them about a UI bug in the iPadOS version, they responded within 2 days but never to this far more serious sync issue, suggesting they know this is an issue but have no fix. Besides ruining my contacts, this CRM app isn’t very useful. I can get much of the same functionality by using “lists” and “notes” and “related people” functions in Apple Contacts, which is free and much more stable..JuniorrazVersion: 24.1.1

This App Has SERIOUS design flawsI chose to use this app because I needed a way to scan all of the business cards my boss has collected networking, then export them into a spreed sheet. The app did this, but it also did something else. Something incredibly frustrating that I wouldn’t wish on anybody. I synced my contacts into it’s system because it was the only way it would let me continue using the app, but I didn’t need my contact, only the contacts from the business cards my boss collected. So, I painstakingly deleted all my contacts in the Covve app, then uploaded my bosses via business card. I just went to send a text to someone and all of my contacts from my phone have been deleted. Insanely low contact limitI just need an app where I can add notes to my contacts so I can remember personal details (the native iOS contacts app doesn’t work because when you share a contact, it also shares any notes you’ve added). This app was working fine until I realized the free version is limited to only 20 contacts, rendering it effectively useless. I want to use this app strictly for personal usage, not business, so I’m not going to shell out $13 per month. Great idea but terrible executionExcellent idea, and seemed like the perfect personal CRM for me. But the sync is terrible. Whenever I sync with my contacts, it creates so many duplicates that I cannot automatically delete or merge them with IOS Contacts. And if you don’t enable two-way sync when you first open the app, you cannot enable two-way sync (or add any contacts) without deleting the app and starting over. If you doubt that there are some issues, try doing a google search for basic questions — such as, how do I add contacts — and note that you will receive a redirect error. Doesn’t sync social media dataI saw Alex’s (CTO) response that the data is ours and how it is all synced, and I thought that was a cool concept, so I gave the app a try. It told me that my contact didn’t have a social media profile (that’s weird, I thought I had it?), so I add it. And realize it’s not syncing back to my contacts (like Alex said), so I contact support and they say the sync doesn’t include social media. Aside from reminders, isn’t that the main purpose of this app? Oh well, on to the next. The app is pretty clean, but since the CTO and website reiterate so many times that it is “our data” and then I find out the exact opposite, I can’t justify anymore than one star. For Contacts app, I did NOT proceedRead their terms and condition about how they handle data and it states that they will read or hand over user data if complaint is file. Meanwhile, they say that our data is safe with them and they won’t read into it. Your data might have other sensitive notes or password attached. NO THANKS. Potential to be awesome but...The app only works with contacts you have stored on your phone. For this to be remotely useful, it needs to integrate with LinkedIn.
