DisappointedI had gone out and bought the new iPad after talking to the bank staff, that my lap top was not up to date. What they forgot to tell us is that Samsung’s are not comparable to there new system. No apologies were given. There response was “Just that we are working on this issue ”!! I do all my banking on line and I do need it in a larger print. The lusby office said bring it in maybe Theycould take a look Thank you for trying. Your IT dept needs help VERY DISAPPOINTED ! Regularly locks out with password errorsRegularly unable to access App using fingerprint, then asks for default password but does not accept that password. Message pops up saying "Unable to access your account. Please check your online credentials & try again. If problems persist call 1-888-745-2265." Not a 24-hour helpdesk, so asks you to leave a message. Never get a call back. Have to call again during business hours.
