Great app, easy to use and such handy information. Only issue is thatchers are a lot of spots (especially around Auckland) that are no longer active or never were. So app should ideally have an admin who checks this.

Teilweise besser als CamperMate, mehr up to date, besser um öffentliche Toiletten und kostenlose Dumpstations etc. zu finden.

We used for our camper trip several apps and this one showed often times the only free campsites which weren’t shown in other apps! This gave a many great wildcamping sports. Also great additional information and many filter options.

We used the app daily during our 5 weeks camping trip in NZ and it was really really helpful. Although not the prettiest in design, it's the content that makes this one better than the expensive CampingNZ app. User reviews helped finding cheaper places. The offline map was really helpful to navigate without using data. But always double check the free camping options, not all that are marked free are free for non-selfcontained. I wished there were also more walks, sights, petrol stations, etc. in Wikicamps, this would make it complete.

The best App to find all Campgrounds in New Zealand with all necessary information. You get used to the old-fashioned interface quiet quick. It was THE app for my holiday.

The App provides a thorough planning base for trips that can be modified during the trip itself. The overview is a great feature and with a screenshot in the end it can provide an overview of the whole journey. The function of getting directions is another very helpful feature. Please get us something like this for Europe. Thanks for this great App!

Professional. Even has length marker in map. A feature nobody else has (including google maps)

Es muss dringend an den Bugs gearbeitet werden. Bereits das zweite Mal kann ich einen erstellten Trip mit allen eingetragenen Daten, wie bisherige Campingplätze oder Sightseeingpoints, nicht mehr öffnen. Angeblich ein Synchroniesierungsfehler. Beim ersten Mal hatte ich bereits den Support kontaktiert, aber deren Hilfeversuch den Trip zu redownloaden bringt leider gar nichts. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, weil ich Stunden verbracht habe alles einzutragen und nun nichts gespeichert ist und ich keinen Zugriff mehr auf meinen Trip habe. Sowas darf nicht passieren, vor allem nicht, wenn man dafür zahlt! Der einzige Grund für den zweiten Stern ist, dass WikiCamps mehr Freedom Plätze beinhaltet als Camper Mate. Ansonsten totale Niete. Auch, dass sich Duschen und Dumpingstationen nicht unabhängig von Campingplätzen anzeigen lassen ist verbesserungswürdig.

The apps data is really good. There is a good community to keep everything up to date. But the app itself has a very poor interface. It works very slow and does not give you the feeling of a native ios app.

The App is very good for looking for campsites! Just look at the reviews what they are telling and you save a lot of time drving around. Sadly the App is freezing all the time and that is very annoying.

Keeps asking me the first Stepps all over again and doesn’t show details of camps anymore! Bring back the old version asap!!!

Last major update made this app buggy and complete crap. The most valuable information overview by icons has vanished. Why???

Many freedom camping spots aren’t visible in the app since the latest update although they are still available in reality. This need to get fixed pretty soon.

Many features like doc or rating no longer accessible. Very bad job.
