Grab: Taxi Ride, Food Delivery Kundenservice

Der Titel sagt eigentlich alles: die Fahrzeuge, welche mit der App sehr einfach bestellt werden können, sind nahezu ausnahmslos sauber und häufig auch in neuem oder neuwertigen Zustand (während manche Taxis -insbesondere im Ausland- häufig doch ziemlich abgenutzt, teilweise sogar speckig sind. Die Fahrzeuge sind in aller Regel klimatisiert, für mein Gefühl, manchmal zu kalt, auf gezielte bitte an den Fahrer/Fahrerin wir dies jedoch angepasst. Durch die hinterlegte Kreditkarte kann bargeldlos abgerechnet werden, d.h., ich muss mich nicht darum kümmern, ob ich genügend Bargeld habe und muss auch nicht -wie sonst nicht selten der Fall- mich ärgern, weil der Fahrer mangels entsprechendem Wechselgeld nicht herausgeben kann. Der Support bei Problemen (Kreditkarte war abgelaufen und ließ aufgrund eines Eingabefehler ist meinerseits nicht hinzufügen) war sehr hilfreich. Ich kann die App und das Unternehmen gerne weiter empfehlen. Die Verbreitung könnte in weiteren Städten durchaus noch zunehmen, damit der Service noch häufiger in Anspruch genommen werden kann.

Für Malaysia eine „Must Have“ App. Der Service der Fahrer ist hervorragend: Innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist in der Regel ein Grab-Fahrer da, sie sind professionell und fahren anständig. Nicht zu vergessen: Es ist auch sehr günstig. Innerhalb der App gibt es noch weitaus mehr Angebote bzw. Services. Ich habe sie allerdings nicht ausprobiert.

Toll und super - jetzt werden auch deutsche Mobilfunknummern für die Registrierung akzeptiert. Außerdem ist es problemlos möglich deutsche Kreditkarten für die Zahlung zu hinterlegen. Die App ist ein Muss für alle die Thailand besuchen - egal ob Kurztrip oder Langzeitaufenthalt.

Eine Mischung aus Uber und Lieferando, funktioniert super, auch in der Provinz. Man braucht zur Verifizierung rine thailändische SIM Karze, aber die bietet sich eh an.

Grab Food und Grab Transport für meinen Urlaub genutzt. Anfangs konnte ich meine Kreditkarte nicht hinzufügen und musste bar bezahlen. Aber der Angebotene Service wurde stets erfüllt. Alle Fahrer und Lieferanten waren sehr freundlich. Übersetzung von Thai in Engl. klappte ganz gut in der App. Wenn die Übersetzung für Grab Food nach kommt,dann gerne 5 Sterne. Für meine nächste Reise unverzichtbar!

Absolute Super-App und europäischen Pendants weit voraus. Dynamic Island und live activities sind integriert, zahlen per Kreditkarte auch. Live Chat mit dem Fahrer und Geschäft sind möglich, und man bekommt von Taxi über Supermarkt bis Restaurant alle Bedarfe gedeckt. Top!

Macht es so einfach ein tuk tuk zu ordern und man muss nicht wegen dem Preis feilschen 😁 volle Punktzahl

Fahrer sind anscheinend von der Polizei geprüft und ich habe mich immer sehr sicher gefühlt. Sehr gepflegte Autos und faire Preise. Große Empfehlung 😊

Diese App ist absolute essentiell, wenn man auf einer Reise durch Asien ist. Sie ist in Prinzip Uber, nur für Asien.

Really the best App for Food and everything i know… in Europe we have several Apps Where you Cant Chat with the Driver and that causes Problems…. I also like that i Can Order at drugstore, pharmacy and muji:)

This app is really perfect when you don't have a taxi or restaurant nearby you really can't complain because it's always very quick but there's one thing: me and my father ordered pizza, but for whatever reason they always gave the wrong address was standing.I then pressed delete order but then a message came saying that I could no longer delete the order because the driver had already left (I pressed the button 10 seconds later. it just doesn't make sense that you can't delete the order ) I then wrote to grab, who then connected me to a specialist. In the meantime I have already written to my driver that he should please drive to our address. He then said that he knows the place and will come. I then wrote to the specialist who then wanted to know how far the distance between my address and the other address was and that each km would cost 0.50 ringgit more. I don't know why she/he wrote me that even though the driver knew where to go. But it's still a very good app :)

A nice and intuitive app but I am missing the possibility to schedule a ride. I hope the developers will implement this in the future. It's an essential function for a well organized traveler.

What happens to dynamic island and always on info? Since latest update its gone. Its back :)

Ich habe in Thailand die Grab App auf mein Handy geladen und eine Transportmöglichkeiten angefragt. Der Preis war gut, doch jeder Fahrer teilte uns mit dass er mehr Geld für die Fahrt möchte. Ansonsten ist die App übersichtlich und nachvollziehbar.

Komplett unseriös, Mit Grab kann man alles erleben was man nicht wirklich braucht im Urlaub, Fahrer nehmen Fahrten an, lassen einen warten und canceln das ganze wieder „car not ready“ und so geht das mehrfach hintereinander, auch reservierte Fahrten werden ohne Begründung über Nacht storniert, in der App ist um danach einfach nichts mehr zu finden. Das ganze ist ein einziger Nepp und reine Zeitverschwendung. Wenn man sehr viel Zeit hat kann das ja funktionieren, allerdings sollte man auch damit rechnen dass die Fahrt plötzlich teurer wird und Sie einen in der Walachei absetzen wenn man nicht bereit ist mehr zu bezahlen.

War drei Wochen auf Bali und habe die Zeit genossen! Abgesehen davon, dass die Insel wunderschön ist, ist man aufgrund der Straßen, der fehlenden Gehwege und der Hitze auf einen Fahrer angewiesen. Alternativ kann man mit dem selbstgemieteten Roller selber fahren, wovon ich unerfahrenen Fahrern allerdings dringt abrate! Die eigentlich „perfekte“ Lösung wäre Grab. Leider kann man sich mit einer deutschen Telefonnummer nicht registrieren, was die App total unbrauchbar und den Urlaub unnötig stressig macht!!!! Please fix your bugs (especially creating an account with a German telephone number) for future users, thanks!!!

Wir nutzten die App erstmals im Indonesien-Urlaub. Als „Taksi“-Alternative um sich bargeldlos zu Sehenswürdigkeiten bringen zu lassen ist die App absolut praktisch. Als wir jedoch zuverlässig zum Flughafen eine (etwas längere) Fahrt benötigten, sprangen die Fahrer kurz vor dem gebuchten Zeitpunkt ab, sodass wir uns gezwungen sahen die bestellte Fahrt zu stornieren und eine zwar teurere, aber dafür zuverlässige Alternative zu wählen.

Leider kann man im Restaurant oder Cafes nicht mit diesem App bezahlen, wie beim WeChat, obwohl ein Kreditkarte hinterlegt ist.

Angeblich wäre was mit meiner Telefonnummer nicht in Ordnung! Sehr ärgerlich das ich mich nicht anmelden kann.

Diese App ist das Grauen auf Erden. Grab schickte mich durch den längsten Bestellprozess den ich in meinem jemals erleiden musste. Von 5 Kreditkarten akzeptierte die App 0. Cash Zahlung ist unmöglich. Die App erzeugt in einem selbst selbstmordgedanken. Durch das rechtzeitige deinstallieren der Grab App habe ich knapp überlebt. PS: AIDS auf klick.

IPhone 12 mini 15min App im Vordergrund im Betrieb über 15% der Energie gefressen. Außerdem wird das iPhone richtig warm, um nicht zu heiß. Fortschritt und Nachhaltigkeit sieht anders aus. Und wieso muss mein Browserverlsuf erfasst werden?

Ständig wird die Kreditkartenzahlung trotz vorhandener Deckung nicht akzeptiert. Im schlimmsten Fall kommt ihr zwar zu euerem Ziel hin aber nicht mehr zurück.

Ich möchte die App nutzen, bekomme aber eine Version mit Schriftzeichen, die ich nicht verstehe. No Option to change the language. Sorry, but I don’t unterstand Japanese or Korean…

Kein Fahrer und man kann nicht cancellen. Wir warten seit einer Stunde und wissen nicht ob wir irgendwann essen bekommen. Letztes Mal hatten wir’s dann nach 3h und waren bereits essen 😂🤡🤡🤡🤡 1 stern

Auf Phuket nutzlos. Trotz langen Wartens sind weder Taxi noch Driver zu finden. Bei der Konkurrenz App dagegen sofort Fahrer verfügbar, für 50 Prozent billiger.

Zahlungsmodalitäten für Fahrten gehen aus der App nicht hervor. Hinterlegung von Kreditkarte hat nicht funktioniert.

Invoice amounts partially don’t match the credit card charges which leads to problems when used for business. Is sometimes only corrected days later. Very annoying. Overall UI feels a bit dated and not really super smooth. The exact pickup location selector is super useful though. Customer service partially a bit unfriendly, with an attitude, little helpful. Business customer service even worse and doesn’t reply at all at times.

I have a Mastercard from Germany and when I added into the Payment section, it didn’t work. What a hassle! When I added my sister-in-law’s Visa card, the Payment Setup wizard asked her id. I filled it and the app threw an error saying the ID wasn’t matched. What? When we set up with Gojek and be app, they all worked seamlessly and never asked for such IDs. What went wrong with Grab? It used to just work few years ago. Grab should fire the entire current Payment team for this very important feature!!!

App and idea are great. Everything is transparent. We tried to use Grab for getting around on Bali. But no chance: For long distances drivers are not accepting, in areas that are highly frequented by tourists the taxi mafia uses the app to allocate people and offer them rides for inflated rates. Drivers accept requests and then do not show up for ridiculous reasons. I really expect Grab tho fight this. It’s criminal activity.

For me the app is 0 stars. When using it and really needing it in urge of time multiple drivers cancel the ride just seconds before arriving, saying they don’t have enough gas or they don’t go where you wanted to go etc. Then you cancel and Grab still charges you 20$us… people don’t speak any English no no communication possible. Outcome - app deleted and a bad review here. Just use regular taxi service, it just works better that this “wanna be” Asia Uber.

Super app but there is room for improvement. 1. App often picks the wrong spot as current location. As a result the driver goes to the wrong location and claims I specified the wrong location. I didn’t specify any pickup location because I trusted the app would take my current lo location. 2. Another not so super point is that the app would take my German credit cards in Singapore but refused them in Malaysia. I tried Mastercard, VISA and American Express. None of them worked unless Grab wanted to charge me for a cancellation. Then suddenly all cards were good. Rides in Malaysia Cash only. What a pain! Grab six seaters are just nominally six seaters cars but their not suitable for people taller than 160cm.

The app and the offered services are great. BUT if you have a problem with an order (no delivery, wrong delivery…) your are stuck with the problem and won’t see it resolved. Grab support takes about 6-8 weeks to answer a support claim. They have one of the worst customers service out there… don’t even reach out them they are not here to help you. Us there services with caution.

In the Philippines Grab is systematically understating driver‘s arrival time. Unfortunately the app doesn’t give the customer a choice to accept an offered trip. The only way is to cancel it and repeat again. Although the Grab app shows your pickup location correctly the driver sometimes doesn’t find you instantly if he uses a different GPS app to approach you.

Trying to order food abroad I often difficult, as the app only translates part of the menu. Extra options are often not translated. I gave up on a few restaurants because of this. Poor QA on t he translate menu feature

The big problem of food deliveries via Grab is that they wait up to 30 min to find a driver before they even pass the order to the kitchen. This is annoying as you wait and then get your order cancelled repeatedly - absolutely no reliable service. Also be aware that the restaurants put a markup of 10-30% on the normal prices!

We booked two transfers with grab. Say they: In the unfortunate event that where we are unable able to get you a ride, we will inform you in advance… but we never got informed. Second time were are not able to book in advance. It always says booked out (tried 5days different days;)

Driver is good, but grab app is crap . Cannot initiate message to driver. Error occurs all the time. Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later. Also when driver calls me I cannot hear anything. My Wi-Fi and network both perfect. I use iOS 15.4. IPhone 12 pro. Please fix bug. Super annoying. Thanks Florian

You aren’t Maxis, but your service is terrible. No customer service at all!!! No contact, no reply. Have to wait for the drivers 30mins, to go to next shopping mall what is 7 min far away from me. And the app shows me that the driver will be in 5 min at my place :D but I know that he might need another 30 mins more to drive
