Über die App Santander Cycles (Tfl)
The official Santander Cycles app from Transport for London is the only app to send bike release codes straight to your smartphone. So you can skip past the docking station terminal and get on your bike quicker.
You can also:
• See up-to-the-minute information about which docking stations have bikes and spaces available
• Plan a journey with an easy to follow map
• Receive notifications – for example, summarising the cost at the end of your hire
• View your recent journeys and charges
• Save your favourite docking stations
• Become a London Rider - complete challenges and hire cycles to earn entries into a weekly prize draw!
Each bike release code is valid for 10 minutes at your chosen docking station.
Please note the app doesn’t reserve bikes. If there are no bikes available at the docking station, don’t worry. Use the app to find a nearby docking station with bikes, and get another bike release code to use there. You won’t be charged until you use the release code.

Wie kündige ich das Abo von Santander Cycles?
Öffne die Einstellungen auf deinem iPhone oder iPad, tippe oben auf deine Apple-ID (deinen Namen), gehe zu Abonnements, wähle Santander Cycles aus der Liste und tippe auf Abo kündigen. Die Kündigung wird zum Ende des laufenden Abrechnungszeitraums wirksam; du kannst die App bis dahin weiter nutzen. Wie lösche ich die App Santander Cycles?
Halte das Symbol von Santander Cycles auf dem Home-Bildschirm gedrückt, wähle App entfernen und anschließend App löschen. Wichtig: Wenn du ein aktives Abo hast, wird es beim Löschen der App nicht automatisch gekündigt; kündige zuerst das Abo mit den Schritten oben.
Käufe, Rückerstattungen und Abrechnungsprobleme bei Santander Cycles
Abrechnungs- oder Rückerstattungsfälle bei Santander Cycles meldest du über Ein Problem melden von Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). Für technischen Support und den Kontakt zur App selbst kannst du die offizielle Website des Entwicklers oder die Santander Cycles-Seite im App Store nutzen.

Sehr schlechte App Ständig Abbrüche Erkennt Visa Karte erst beim dritten Versuch Nur ein Bike gleichzeitig möglich. An der Säule sind mehrere möglich.
Mann kann seine Mitgliedschaft nicht online wieder kündigen. Geht gar nicht!!!
I'm in London every 6 or 8 weeks and use the Santander Cycle service which is good in general . But the app is extremely poor. Have to renew my payment details every time (but use the same credit card since years). Can't finish the renewal because of technical problems in the app. It's the same issue every time.
Complicated, bad usability. Tried to sign in with 2 different mastercards and it didn’t work in the end. With other bike apps the sign process is much faster and more user friendly.
Tried to sign up, didn’t work - all CCs got rejected. However the cards were charged!
This must be the only app that is not adjusted for the iPhone x screen in 2019.

I tried to register from Germany. It always failed. Hope to get a bike manually in London... This App is useless for me.
Very often you have to wait a few minutes until it takes the code. And 2pounds for 30 min is very expensive.
