This app has grown so much!I tried Remixlive back in 2017 when it was all about looping. I kept it as an experimenter, but not a daily driver, since I preferred to make original music instead of using loops. But 6 years later I come back and it’s a whole different app. Not only is looping an option, but now you can also create original melodies, drum patterns, basslines, and chord sequences! It’s amazing! Now I use this app more frequently because I can now create something unique and original with it, and it’s been awesome to see your app grow. Remixlive is definitely much more of an option now, and your MacOS version has been converted perfectly as well. That being said, there could be a bit of a better way to change the pitch of melodic instruments’ notes; The current system is quite finicky. It’s usable, and it’s good, but could use some improvements. Maybe you should add individual grid lines for each semitone you transpose it, or use a slider on the left-hand menu or something like that. Also, it would be very convenient if you could record vocals inside Remixlive. Those two issues are the only turnoffs from this app; otherwise, this app is pretty high up on my list of iPad music making apps! DJ DessesseauLove it.. if you are songwriter like myself or producer and you still have other things that you’re doing during the day .. it could be a 9-5 full-time job but anytime you get free time or while you’re at work you have inspiration of songs to produce and or write. This is super perfect for you. I’m able to get the idea out and it helps me get the genre that I want right away, the samples are excellent quality very easy to navigate and operate it’s a must have! Why???So, I been using this for a while. Never should’ve updated it! Can’t run multiple sequences in same channel no more. Hold the line on a pitch change and it changes the whole row! Why?? That’s sabotage! Forget all that time I spent tryin to get it to sound good! Can’t export sequences. Can’t export midi sounds, only loops. Can’t run sequences across other packs, only their loops, again. This got me into making music tgl. But as a producer it’s gettin harder to take this app seriously as an assistant more so than it’s just for entertainment on the toilet. Don’t get me wrong you can make bangers on this app. But that’s a lotta money to lock us out! And why not let us access ALL the midi for every loop you show? Why not let the sound from one sequence import into another pack as was? It changes to a sound from the current pack. Making the move pointless. Lastly, don’t drops packs with no instruments on the drum pad bcuz then we can’t make a sequence with it. That’s not producer friendly. I throw those packs in the trash. I’m not getting my full value per dollar. After a couple years it’s just cheaper to buy FL Studio or even Pro Tools. Why make it harder for us to work if you’re tryin to help our workflow stay smooth? I’m prolly not gonna reup after this year is up. Just gonna stick with my laptop. It’s got all the stuff I need. Suggestion if applicableA bit of concerns when using app. As of recent I noticed that the packs and files were deleted upon activation of app when attempting to use, luckily I was able to export files and save my progression for future use. However I had to reset application various times in order to retrieve my subscription and redownload my packs, which apparently it’s becoming a continuous reoccurrence. I would like to see if there is a way to secure the application by using some type of account protocol or security function, since I caught either a bot attack or intruder whom bypassed into the device in the attempt of erasing its data and copying the application for their own use. Before you think this is ludicrous, Yes this is plausible. Just a suggestion to think about if anyone is having the same issues. Besides that this a helpful tool to innovate my creativity in beats or utilizing its packs to assist in mixing with other tracks. Love it’s functionalities for MIDI controllers in attachment with other applications and digital systems. The downside is that there is no offline access or play that would be of value when traveling when the user is unable to gain access to Wi-Fi capabilities..A. UziVersion: 7.3.3

Genuinely like it. However.Personally it’s great, it’s easy to make remixes, new beats from scratch, or even just filter your voice. However the monetization feels very very forced. Having a subscription is fine (despite it being better to just have a one time purchase and you’re done) however locking importing your own sounds behind the subscription itself feels incredibly predatory to me personally. You could keep the subscription style and simply allow people to import their own sounds (possibly with a data limit) or just make it one singular purchase and relegate a subscription to another purpose. PLEASE READ AND RESPOND!So I really, really like this app. I am an aspiring singer, and I love creating tracks on this app and singing along. It’s a wonderful app, but I have a few suggestions. One: lets say i record a track on the future beat pack, and then i record a different sounding track on the same pack, the tracks end up sounding exactly the same, which means that if i want to record a track using sounds from a pack I’ve already recorded in, i have to create a new pack and add those songs, which gets really annoying because i have to keep creating new packs with the same sounds in it. Please fix this!!! Another suggestion I have is maybe a couple times a week can we maybe watch a video to get a new pack? Perfect fertilizer for your tasty beet garden!Love this! I have my iPhone only and still works amazingly well alone or by savig my files to two different cloud storage apps (one for backup) and import those files to other musical apps to tweak a little more, smoothen or add sounds or change up the we (this is all simple done within Remixlive as well). I highly suggest this for everybody body. If you’ve never made a beat in your life start here. If you have been making beats for years. Go here. Yet something changed; I used to be able to hit record and start my loops up and (< 3 minutes without the special) jam out. Once I ended my tune I’d stop the recording and save. ———now I hit record and the recorder goes to one pad only and records my voice or drum pads or something. Remix is awesome. App and a great counter part to apples LogicFirst of all Logic from apple is my favorite Music recording and production software period . It’s has so many options to choose from , you import your logic track remix . And it has just as many options of how to record .wav. MP3, flacc. Immersive is the best . Someone finally got a GarageBand alternative right!Just downloaded this tonight and have played with it for the last few hours. I’ve been super impressed with the sounds, how easy it is and how well it works. I’ve always loved the sounds from GarageBand but the app has always been a mess, hard to save the files and always having tracks disappear. GB is also Mac only so I’ve had to use it solely on the iPhone which has been a bit of a pain. This app makes it really easy to create beats that work really well for a vlog. Excellent Self Contained Groove and Mixing EnvironmentRemixlive has become a complete self contained live groove machine and Dj mixing environment. It also can be a robust song creation tool. The updated drum sequencer is killer for creating on the fly midi loops that can play along with the audio loops. Audio stems and harmony pitch options are really nice. Just a fun and quick program to improvise dance tracks or create a complete live set for a gig without any other software. Upload and playI love this app ive definitely spent money here. I am having issues playing recently recorded song and uploading them to my artist page. I cant play back ANYTHING i have made. The only issue I have is if you also have the program on your MacBook, the sample packs on the app does not transfer to the MacBook. RarityIt’s rare to give 5 stars to begin with but must say this app is the best one I made music on. There are a few lesser melodies than other apps including with all the packs but, it is still a superior app nonetheless. I am still trying to figure out the sequence element of the whole process. I created a few samples and making an actual beat is more artist-like with the interaction with instruments. I get to play the bongos on my phone and incorporate them into the actual beat. Greatest Remix App On Google StoreI am self taught on Ableton Live. Been mixing for about five years or more now. You can look me up on Sounclod Joel Stolarski. Remix live is just great. I want to learn how to create drum and bass. I just can’t sit in front of a mix station all day long. I use it on my IPad and can load samples record audio clips and experiment with mixes, then upload them to cloud and fine tune them in Ableton. Good just one problem….Hi this app is good and all but this little thing is annoying me. Ok whenever I exit the app, the music still plays even when I exit it. There is no way to turn it off outside of the app. The only way to turn it off is by manually going to the app and deselecting everything so it stops. Keeps getting Better and BeterI got one of the earliest incarnations of Remix and from the get go there tones rite across the board the loops and tone immediately stuck out from tons of the other similar appearing apps promising the same thing at the exact same time. Remix stuck out ! With there growing collection of the best sounding loops you can get anywhere on the App Store, Remix came out with updates far faster than any of its competitors with huge updates offering more features all the time and at this point there is no comparison to Remix’s capabilities to do so much more than play loops by pressing buttons. It is a full Daw equipped to manipulate, record ,mix , add tons of FX on the fly on any channel at any moment. I have been using Remix over any other loop based programs I use it with logic X and I feel like there is nothing I can’t do my studio . I have waisted money on tons of programs like Remix Live but nothing compares to it . It’s very compatible with other programs and midi triggers boards . Not sure why there's so many 5 star reviews...I got this app after reading reviews that stated things like "this app is amazing you don't have to pay for anything and it's perfect for mixing!" I would really not recommend apps like these because of course you're going to hit a pay wall at some point. After messing around with the app for 5 minutes trying to figure it out, I found a tutorial that said to use the sequencer... why not? Well apparently to use like half the stuff in this app you have to pay.
