Good, but can be betterThis app is very useful, this allows you to make/receive calls texts and voicemail from multiple devices, I’m using it on an iPad and it works fine most of the time, although there is hiccups here and there and sometimes and sign out of the app and sign in again is required to make it work again. With iPadOS 26 there is a bug that the text editor is being cutout and it’s very hard to see what it’s being typed, also the send button is partially covered. Also, with iPadOS 26 there is an option to set the default calling and messaging app, please make digits possible to be set as the default calling and messaging app. Thank you..SrulyWVersion: 2.8.6

GarbageThe point of Digits is to keep you connected and it can do that somewhat some of the time. But then you will have your first blackout and the phone number will stop taking incoming calls randomly and you won’t realize it until you log into the app and nothing is there: your call logs, your past text messages, your digits phone book; ALL GONE without any warning and without a backup on your phone. You then spend five hours over three days to get it all back, with someone in another country constantly apologizing, and “escalating” your case, but still no calls and no history so you can’t even call people from another line to warn them that your digits line is out of order. It’s garbage. Being disconnected randomly is not worth $10 a month or really any amount of savings when you consider that you probably make your living off of being connected. I wish I had never heard of Digits period. Ow I need to figure out how to back up all my data from their servers and move onto a new provider. I liked TMobile before this but now they can fall off a cliff for all I care. The text messages are also limited to old SMS standards (160 characters). They come in the wrong order so long messages come in jumbled, you can’t send a video attachment, the whole thing is glitchy even when it is “working” and it leaves you constantly wondering if messages sent right or may have been received. How can an app be this bad and this buggy after being around for so many years?I have used this app on my iPad, not as a second line, but as a mirror of my (one) phone line. Or at least I’ve tried to. Many text messages simply cannot come in. I’m given a “failed to download” balloon. Some messages do not arrive at all, not even a fail notification, and I discover them on my actual phone. Sometimes when I get a call, the iPad will ring; other times, it will not. I regularly get notified that the app is not working well and that I should log out and log back in, and let T-Mobile know if it still doesn’t work. I had on numerous occasions uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but I’ve now ceased to do this because it makes no difference. Significant Issues after last updateI have been using Digits for 4 years for my business line. There have been glitches here and there - I have to log out and back in or restart the app occasionally because it stops syncing, and the connection isn’t always reliable for phone calls - but it has been working well enough for the most part and I mostly use text. In the last few weeks, I have now had the app completely fail multiple times. I get a message that the app is having issues/not responding, and then when I try to log in or restart, I just get a screen that says ‘Fetching Data’ that never changes or loads, even after restarting my phone. I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app several times, and have lost all of my text messages and some of my contacts each time. FraudYou have allowed my number to be enrolled in this and yet I’ve never been able to successfully log in. I am reporting this as it seems it is a sneaky way of trying to allow you my number to do as you please. No matter how long I stay a good standing and faithful customer, T-mobile makes sure to make it impossible to ever upgrade or get decent service or protection and even has been scamming me for so long I can’t even imagine how much this company is taking from every single customer they sign on. They have said this is a service and I am enrolled. To get me enrolled in this I’d have to be able to ever log in and get access to Digigs. Never happened. Been years of not being able to log in to Digits. Somehow it says to unenroll in Digits I would have to block ALL incoming messages to my line. This needs to stop now. DO NOT USE AS A BUSINESS LINE!Got told by tmobile to use this instead of adding on an extra line for a business number because Digits is free….well anything thats free is too good to be true, I should have known. The app doesn’t work half the time so either I’m not seeing my clients messages or they’re not receiving mine at all. It has been such an inconvenience to my business. Because of it I respond late when I don’t mean to and the messages disappear sometimes and I cannot track back to the conversation that was being held. When it comes to photos being sent and received, they don’t send properly and look blurry or don’t sent at all. Just a mess, please don’t use for anything important. The app needs major work. Not goodI thought this app was free to use? But I’ve been charged $15 since the day I had it. I see ads that it’s free for T-Mobile users. So I’m confused. When I first got it service was great. Lately it’s been horrible. Constantly signs me out. Some notifications never come through so I’ve lost some business because of that. Pictures take forever to down load. My sent text messages take forever to go through. Then when they do my clients are receiving multiple messages if the same thing. Calls are horrible. Please Fix This AppI got a DIGITS talk and text line to keep home and work communications separate, and I suppose it’s serving its purpose in a strict sense. But — at the risk of seeming to exaggerate — the app itself is terrible. Just horrible. In every possible way. Texts don’t arrive in a timely manner. Texts don’t completely download. Don’t Count on ItI was looking for a dual SIM and a t mobile associate talked me into this app instead for my business line. WORST DECISION EVER. The app is unreliable, spotty, and never seems to work sending pics or vids. I get notifications half the time so I miss a lot of contacts. Additionally, I will see a notification sometimes that I received a message and when I open it, there are none. You also can’t route to addresses from a contact or copy paste. I have lost business using this and paid advertising with a phone number that’s useless. If you want to send cute messages to play pranks on your friends from an odd number it probably works for that but if you are tying to use it for actual work, don’t waste your time. Constantly crashes-uselessI wish there was an option to give zero stars. T-Mobile is a multi billion dollar company and they can’t make an app that doesn’t continuously crash? TerribleIs there a reason why you can’t receive text verification codes? I have to end up using my primary number anyway because you can’t receive it through a DIGITS number. Also, what’s up with the terrible caller ID display? It rolls the numbers across the screen and it does a terrible job at showing actual caller IDs. I can only see the caller’s phone number. And not to mention the numerous glitches you get throughout the day. They don’t put enough effort into making this app better. Driving me crazyVery erratic behavior. I had a period where I got no notifications at all (ring, banner, badge, etc) so I was missing calls and texts until I manually opened the app and saw a bunch of missed calls, voicemails and texts. All my notifications are active. I deleted and reinstalled a couple times. Now I get notifications, but the stupid badge won’t clear. The number just keeps increasing with every call. I cannot clear the badge. I want the badge there to tell me when I missed something, not a running total of every call ever received. This app used to work fine. Not reliable or timelyThe concept is great but the app has not worked correctly since I downloaded it a month ago. The alerts are set to ON but I don’t ever get notified of messages coming. Instead, when I go to open it and then close it, I’ll get a notification, reopen it and see the latest new messages with time stamps that they came in a while ago. I can’t sit here opening the app over and over waiting for messages to show up. I want to be alerted. Also, half the messages I send have to be resent after it gives me a failed to send error. Version 2.8.1 ruined this once perfect app.Prior to this version mentioned above this app. worked flawless and was my way to weed out those people or business I particularly didn’t care for much. Good idea – too bad it doesn’t workI have deleted and re-installed the app to my phone multiple times. Even when it does work, it’s not working correctly. I thought the purpose of this was to stop spam/scam calls from coming through so I’m not bothered by them. Crashes Constantly, Breaks Up Texts IndecipherablyThis app freezes up and crashes on a regular basis. Been doing it the entire time I've been using it (probably more than a year). As I type a text message, at some point it becomes unresponsive, then crashes a couple seconds later, losing all I've drafted. It also breaks up a message into multiples. So I'll send 1, but the receiver gets about 15 in no particular order, so we end up calling instead. Barely functional yet you have to pay for it!As a DIGITS subscriber, we pay for additional phone lines. This app should be avoided if at all possible. Like most, you don't have a choice and didn't know what you were getting into I switch to hardline to a DIGITS line instead of having two phones you can't switch them back, beyond that the app is extremely unreliable even for phone calls and voicemails. Sending, and receiving pictures is almost impossible or takes a very long time I have a business and personal line with three lines total with T-Mobile. Call overall service is spotty at best with missed phone calls, voicemails that take hours or days to come in. Clients complaining I don't call them back because I never get their caller Voicemail in the first place. Have spent countless hours for tech-support, doing net, work, resets and updates everything you can think of. It helps for a few days, maybe a few weeks and then back to the old issues. Tmobile uses every trick in the book to reduce your net work bandwidth. I regret switching from Verizon years ago. Yes, I have a new modern phone which was purchased through T-Mobile. It was supposed to be replaced under warranty, but these jokers sent me a used refurbished phone to replace my business account phone. Ridiculous! I denied it obviously. Not risking switching. Another phone over and losing important data like in the past. Which included RIP my fathers voicemails. What's worse is I specifically asked the Tmobile Tech in person at the store? It was assured the voicemails or transfer over. They did not. T-Mobile service is so bad that even technical support advises not using 5G. So I keep my phone on LTE. Well, Tmobile customer and tech-support sounds really good over the phone and they are nice. The end result is the same poor service. Are used to pay 150 a month now it's 100 for a single hard line. To minimize transfer issues I will likely get a new hard line with a another provider and slowly switch over. Sorry for the rant, but Tmobile needs to stop wasting so much advertising money and actually provide good cell service on the world's best 5G network that apparently even tech-support recommends not using. Terrible new update!What are you guys doing with new updates? Now the app gives new a notice “connecting to DIGITS” when I try to use it, and it never connects. Calls are only sparsely coming thru. Incoming text images take a good deal of time to download, and new contacts take more time to load and sync. Misleading site or tech supportCould never activate the digits line on this App or the website. Just said "Oops something went wrong, call Support". Well, I called and they said I can only activate it on a watch and can only use it on a watch, when their website says you can use it on any compatible device. 30 mins with support got nowhere other than frustration. Basic app! Better than nothing!This app is definitely better than nothing, but it leaves a lot to desire. I’m just surprised how basic and poorly functional it is, considering how advanced technology is now a ways. The app appearance is basic, and it’s annoying that it does not allow the user to change the background to black. The bright white background hurts my eyes at night. When I get a message notification, the app takes a minute to actually show the message because it’s trying to connect to a signal. It doesn’t allow users to react to comments in a text thread. It doesn’t allow to set “do not disturb schedules” so I don’t use it for fear I’ll forget to turn it off. This app is terribleI was talked into using digits for a business line to keep costs down and have my business line connected to 1 phone. Then when I do sign in the numbers and conversion are there but not the name of the person it gives me there number but not the name even though it is a saved contact. Significant Digits and no supportI have used T-Mobile for my business for over 4 years. The last 6 months Digits has been terrible. Lost one of my four phone lines on Digits last Thursday. Two different customer service reps said they would call back in 3 days. Well, today is Tuesday at 4:08 and I still have heard nothing, nada, zero, zilch. Digits is still not working properly. I know this is free, but….I know that this app is free, but nevertheless it is one of the worst I have ever used. The worst thing is that the messages and call history seem to not be stored in the cloud, so I loose everything when this app fails! Near total fail2FA texts do not get forwarded. Group MMS messages do not get forwarded. Calls, texts, and contacts must all be managed from this app, not your device’s native apps. Even with the upgraded Data with digits line, this does not give an iPhone a cellular data connection (still WiFi-only despite T-MO’s misleading FAQ). Do better t-mobile!I’m a realtor and use digits for my business line. Unfortunately, I don’t get all my calls or texts, or even voicemails. This is bad for business. Often times thr app will log me out.
