Daily use pays offI second everything the top review says about this app. I've used this app on and off over the last few years. The periods where I was using it consistently definitely yielded noticeable results. After about a month of daily use, and around level 10, I noticed a difference in my ability to keep things under control. Not as much as I wanted, but better than my natural ability from before doing the exercises. I also recommend buying the "God mode" for two reasons. One, it's nice to not lose levels if you skip a few days (those points are real though, they are representative of your ability when it comes time to put it into action). The second is that if you don't think the exercises are doing anything, jump back to level one and see how easy they are (the long hold reps are now the medium ones) and then jump to a higher level (like +10 from your current) and see if you can do those. This will give you a sense of how much more control will be possible once you reach that level and should encourage you to keep going. The only change I would ask for is that it would be nice to see the table for points needed to get to each level. That way, you have an idea if you should increase or decrease the level. Otherwise, this app is definitely helping and I highly recommend it..Version: 1.4.1

A small daily time investment; Big ResultsStamena, while cheap, is probably the best investments I’ve made as a 20 year old. There isn’t another app that does a better job than this one. It’s interface is clean, simple, and straightforward. You could argue that more could be added, but it’s just not necessary. I’ve only reached level 9 as of this past week, but with 25 levels, and an increasing difficulty, it will take you a while to make it to that point. At level 9 I can already tell a significant difference in my kegal muscle’s strength. It a more prominent feeling both internally, and if i press against it. Small muscles grow faster so don’t get discouraged before you reach level 8 (when I first starting noticing a difference). I highly recommend researching more into seman retention as a way to last longer in bed. It will change your life. It’s definitely changed mine lol..Version: 1.4.1

One tip for reverse kegelsIf you’re having trouble figuring out how to do a reverse kegel, pay attention to what happens down there when you see an extremely hot woman in public. Especially if you’ve been practicing NoFap and/or semen retention for more than a few days, you’ll feel your pelvic floor do an involuntary reverse kegel when you get aroused. And the reverse kegels are even more important than the regular one in my opinion, as I’ve noticed that those are what I use during sex to make sure I don’t pushed over the edge to orgasm. The reverse kegels took me a while to figure out, so I wish they had included that tip in the app. But this app is overall amazing! Highly recommend. I thought practicing NoFap would lead to premature ejaculation, but after using Stamena I can last for longer than ever!.Version: 1.4.1

People, you can only access the rest of the levels (beyond level 1) after you get enough points from practice to unlock them. After level 5 you'll have to buy the in-app upgrade; but still, you'll need to unlock those levels with practice points; it doesn't matter if you paid or not, you need the practice points. This is something that is not clear in the app itself and the developer should've included an explanation. Right know the in-app purchase is disabled. Nate and Alex, please fix this!! Feedback for the developer 👋Great app! Two pieces of feedback: 1) The countdown would be more accurate and intuitive if you decremented the number of reps remaining after each hold rather than after each rest. Let’s say I’m doing a round with 5 holds, after the first hold I now have 4 reps left, after the 4th hold I now have 3 reps left. This is particularly important for the last round where I’ve finished my holds, but when I’m relaxing and I glance at the screen it says there’s still 1 rep left instead of 0. It may seem like a small thing, and you’ve had it the other way for so long that this may seem less intuitive, but new users might appreciate it… you could always keep it the way it is and add an option to “decrement reps on relax” for people like me. 2) Set up a method for providing feedback within the app such that anyone who has ideas for improvements won’t need to leave you a review, which inherently might be lower than ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ as they’re reaching out to let you know they’d like something to be changed. Text within the menu (e.g. Feedback? Let me know!) that opens up a new email would be ideal. Otherwise it’s quite brilliant, well done 👏👏.Version: 1.4.1

Great app, I had a small bug w mine thoughSet up, process etc is simple clear and following the simple protocol had already giving great results. I’m had an issue, not sure if it’s my phone or the app... at level 12 the needed points for the next level stopped showing up, and then shortly after that the count down rep numbers stopped showing. So I erased the app and downloaded again. Now it seems I have to work through all the levels I already went through. I had paid the extra amount to unlock ‘god level’ when I first downloaded but didn’t seem to transfer to the current situation. That’s a bummer... it’s only a small mental game but i was enjoying seeing my progress and starting over isn’t fun. As long as this download doesn’t glitch on me I’ll say this app is awesome..Version: 1.2

Amazing app!I love this app I have been doing it for a week and already can tell a difference. I love the progression and how you feel yourself getting stronger! Only down side it I went ahead and bought God Mode and I don’t know if it will allow me to progress like I have or if I will have to bump up my levels myself. Good app, but not without rough edgesThe good: The concept and app work well. It’s well designed and has great visual and haptic cues. It truly does make a difference. The bad: The app still is not updated for iOS X screen dimensions. Some issue surfaced to where I was no longer receiving alerts from this particular app. Support contact info is non-existent on the support page listed in the App Store. After guessing at an email address I heard back from the developer a few times before communication fell off. Ultimately the reinstall resolved the issue however I’m not paying to restore what levels I had access to having also paid for the app itself. Resolve the bugs/support issues or allow cloud based storage of level data and this would be 5 stars all day long..Version: 1.2

Keeps you on track and to focusFor 2.99 i think the app could be fancier. I have had to research and read layers of info and deal with medical in my joirney. The app is very minimal and i think it needs more detsil into what the goal is. The exercises are very minimal. Could have way more to it than just flexing ur pelvic floor. If it helps you keep focus on the task then its good for you. I got it to keep me on better track. But ive added yoga from mens videos on restoring pelvic floor. Its more complex than just flexing ur groin. Pelvic pain is separate and always seek medical advise and be open witb your doctor about sexual issues, urine issues, even rectal pain can just be a large nerve over acting..Version: 1.4.1

Easy, useful, good encouragementThis app is great. I especially like the way it encourages me to continue through a reward system. Ignore the app reminders for too long and it reduces you a level. Great motivator! Only think that keeps it from 5 stars is that the timing between exercise sets is odd. Starts out with ready, set, go and you have no idea what you're doing. The has relax cycle at end of each set followed by another pause explaining what's coming next. Seems more intuitive that the beginning of every set introduces set (especially first set) then drop the relax at end of set and just intro next set. The current timing just throws off a rhythm rather than flow. It's awkward but minor. I think this app is very useful..Version: 1.2

Great App - Minor Feature Requests.This is a great app pretty much exactly what I was looking for... there are two features I would like to request: 1. Be able to customize the notification reminders more. I would like to change what it says when it notifies me and also be able to modify the days of the week it alerts me. For example I want it to remind me at a certain time only on M-F, and not on the weekends. 2. We are always given a point for "doing" the exercises... but the program doesn't know if we were successful or not. I wish it would ask me at the end of every session if I was able to complete all reps successfully. If I was, I would like the point. If I could not, I would like to not be awarded the point to stay at the same number of points till I can complete that session. Unless I can think of more, those are about the 2 easy fixes that are preventing me from rating this a 5 star app and I've been using it for over a week. Routine?Good app for practicing kegels, and setting reminders. I’ve only just started using it. But I’m not seeing any instructions on how frequently we should be practicing. If this is something guys are new to, it would be nice to lay out some sort of a schedule they should follow. I’m only seeing the option to set 3 reminders myself. It would be so easy to add in daily challenges to complete. Like “Day 1 Complete” after doing your exercise for the day. Great appI just wish the rests were longer, because I heard it’s not good to tighten too much more than you rest. Some Taoist even recommend that they should always be balanced equally - so if you tighten for 10 secs, you rest for 10. The cool thing about this app is there’s a pause button. So I usually pause for a few seconds after each rep. Still Stamena is a very nice app for your PC muscles. You just need to do it like twice a day to stay toned..Version: 1.4

Nice app, but needs some lovePlease add dark mode. Some of us would like to do our workout at night without scalding our retinas. Please add more recommendations about how often to train. Multiple times a day? How much rest time? Should I take a day off after some hard kegeling? Of course I can google for all this, but it would be nice to have more info in the app. Lastly, when the timer shows one more rep, when that last rep is rest, it seems confusing. Maybe it should say zero more are that point. Just a thought. Or give an option for this. A vibration-based mode that works in the background would be nice as well, or a voice prompt based mode, either of which could be done when you can’t easily look at the screen. Facilitated dedication and easeI’ve been doing Kegels on an off for about 10 years. I’ve always struggled with 2 things, gradual increase and timing my reps. The point system in the app increase your reps and hold times for you so that you don’t have to try to track your progression manually and the timer with the vibration/sound bell gives me the ability to do the kegels while driving..Version: 1.4.1

It’s ok but needs some improvements that will not be madeThe app is ok. It gets the job done by giving you reminders to do your kegels and facilitating the workouts. Issues: Reminder is not discrete and there is no option to make it discrete. The audio cue does not work unless your ringer is turned on. For me, this is a problem because I typically keep my ringer off because, if I don’t, I’ll forgot to turn it off when I need to. So I have no way of following the workouts unless I’m looking at my phone the whole time. Also, I can’t use the vibration cue because my phone vibrates function is faulty. There isn’t much to the app other than the most basic of features you might expect. No problems or bugs will be fixed by the developer as there has been no update to the app in over 3 years now..Version: 1.4.1

Good app | Needs better instructionsI like this app and it does push you to do a good workout. But I still have no idea if I am doing the reverse kegel correctly. The instructions say just keep pushing and you will figure it out. I’m sorry but that’s not good enough. I understand that this is one of those exercises that seems hard to explain but maybe some sort of chart that shows the muscles that the reverse kegel targets would help. Reverse KegelsI’m pretty sure reverse kegels don’t actually strengthen your pelvic floor. According to many studies and Michelle Kenway they are only used for relaxing the muscle, not strengthening it. I appreciate them being in each workout however I feel like there are to many. It’s half and half instead of something more reasonable like 5 to 1 or 4 to 1. To make up for a shorter workout add in some more normal Kegel squeezes. If there were less reverse kegels it would definitely bump my rating up to a 5..Version: 1.4.1

Great appI use this app just before I go to the gym and I've noticed it helps me keep my core fully activated, because the pelvic floor has been warmed up. It allows for a lot more exercise while still feeling grounded. The way the workouts are organized is also amazing, it keeps you motivated and doesn't let you have those long periods where you forget to do kegel exercises. Easy 5/5.Version: 1.2

Helpful routine organizer.Just started using this app but I love it so far. It makes it so much easier to be consistent in training. ExcellentApp works perfectly, made it a part of my daily routine for about a year now, stamena level is maxed out at 25! Only thing is I wish there was a way you can reset your points and start fresh and work your way back up. Stamena level 25 is crazy difficult and if you stop doing it for even a few days it’s hard to go straight back into level 25, you can change your level but still wish there was a way you can reset your points and level and start back at the start!.Version: 1.4.1
