This game is amazing! but..I truly think this game is fantastic, it is the beautiful development of a free game that should be a role model for others. Yet, once you reach the last guy you have nothing to do. So, I have some ideas for the developers and I would highly appreciate if you are on the development team, read this, and please take it into consideration. First - Once you get to level 100 or so i think you should make it to where you can earn like 5,000 coins or something and buy another boat. This boat will take you to another map with no characters to play and unlock! This would be a exciting development and might even make it to where this game should cost money! Second - The second archer you get (the one with the crossbow) I think should be last. All the others have arrows that drop but the crossbow does not making it the most efficient one to kill the monsters. Making this archer even better than the hulk sized guy you get last that throws boulders. Thank you if you read this! I truly think this is one of the best mobile games i've ever played and it is the role model of a free game. I love it and it is so addicting! Please keep updating this game and bring on new challenges! (Add more enemies, archers, and things to buy with the in-game currency you earn. Absolutely worth the priceI don't know why, but for some reason people often have hang-ups about paying more than 99¢ for a phone game. To me, games like this are proof that it can be 100% worth it. First off, I've payed $60+ for console games that I've spent less time on than I have on this game (I've only had this two days), and I've enjoyed every minute of play time with this game. Second, the quality of the game is insane. It looks amazing, it feels amazing, and I am a huge advocate of supporting independent or small companies, and doing my part to make sure that it's the people who put in the hard work that get paid. Great game!Update: it works now but jeez it took a bit. I think a total of around 10 plays for it to finally realize I already had paid for the app before. Anyhoo, great game, worth the price, I’ve already played for hours. I paid $3.99 for this game a few months back and the latest update has ads to which the developers noted that those who paid for the game originally shouldn’t have ads. Why then am I getting ads every time I play? And I have to pay extra money to get rid of them for only 2 rounds? New updateI initially had issues with the new update and the ads. I bought the previous version and with the update I was getting ads. After a few emails to support the issue corrected itself, but only after completing the tutorial. The support was very helpful and made sure that everything was taken care of. Good Game Some FlawsThe game is an all around good game. Aesthetically it is nice. It has a calm tune. The movement of the characters is ok. It’s entertaining. When first released there were bugs, like when using the female, her arm could get stuck in the position of pulling back the bow, without being able to fire. Besides that and the fact that it doesn’t seem there is a set way to tell when you should be allowed to level up after battle, there wasn’t much else. I’ve leveled up a great amount after short battles and then not at all after reaching like 20 thousand points. Also after this recent update the females bow no longer has the tension it once had. Would be 5 stars but...I have this game on my phone and iPad with Game Center active on each. They don't sync since the last update, and the high score on my phone doesn't register. Plus, even though music and sound fx are turned off on the phone app, they are audible every time I play. So I die, and then I have to go to menu and turn off music and sound fx. And if I forget and select menu once I'm playing, it starts me over at the beginning. All it needs to be.A fun game that's all it really needs to be. You can play offline of you want, there aren't adds unless you want to watch them to revive or for a few coins. A Great Game but...I’ve just gotten this game and it’s very addicting. I’m at level 78 and I’m not sure what the power(s) of the second to last guy is (the one with the purplish beard). I like the crossbow Viking because of the no arrow drop but Purple Beard just seems like the first lady Viking that you get. I’d appreciate it if anyone could tell what purple beard does, maybe my game is glitching and not letting me use his ability or I just don’t see it. Nothing SpectacularI am glad I didn’t purchase this game, since I’ve seen other free games with much more to them. That being said this plays quite well as with the f2p model and is really quite fun. Almost greatThis would be a great game if there was save points. It doesn’t matter how incredibly far you make it every time you die you have to start from the vary begging which is pretty ridiculous. Really fun, addictive gameI downloaded this game when it was the “free app of the day”. I would definitely pay to have/play this game if needed. It’s a runner with a twist being archery, makes it a lot more fun than just mindlessly running the whole time. The mechanics of the gameplay are fun and simple but addicting. RepetitiveThere really isn’t much depth to this game. There are about 6 unique enemies in the game that are repeated to a point of boredom. There are only 2 powers to upgrade. I “beat” the game before upgrading either beyond 1 additional level. The production quality is excellent and the only reason I kept playing until I unlocked the final character. Fun shooting game!Very fun running/shooting/jumping game. I love that it's randomized (not pre-made levels) so I'll never run out of game to play. I also love that there are mini quests (X number of jump shots, for example). I like that the initial character is female (with cool pink hair), and that the next character has slightly different physics, but I'm disappointed that it looks like all five unlockables are male. Disappointed...I don’t think it wouldn’t be fair to give it less than 2 stars, it is what it is, but I expected much more. It should have been free, I think, with ads or coins to purchase as the way for the devs to make money (& the option to buy out of the ads). But since most people cry about free games w/in app purchases & refuse to make any small purchases to support the good free games this is what happens . . . a wasted $3 giving games a try. There’s zero depth to this game, not even a simple option to switch the shoot & jump controls. Again, it is what it is, and apparently some like it, but I wouldn’t buy it for even 99 cents it’s so shallow. I gave it a try, though, b/c the games have gotten so lame on phablets over the last couple years it seemed worth a try. Ok. It's tedious, nowThis game is really looks quite great, for a few reasons. First, the very well illustrated setting and creatures are very well designed and illustrated. Also, it's very simple game design is very simple to use, but at the same time I find that it is deceptively simple. Don't expect to be thru every level in an hour. This game is pretty tough. When I first began, I struggled to get thru. The thing that brought me back to try again was the great graphic illustration and simple controls making me think that I should be able to succeed. Since the last update some improvements have helped a few small issues, but I have found lately that some of my well placed arrows have failed to kill the larger ground targets. I hope the designers will fix this one soon. Great game? Well, it's just too hard to advance. If I said I was at level 37, it sounds like I'm up there. I'm not. I don't think that I have actually been able unlock a character yet. So why do they have 37 plus- steps of nothing? No Gain? That's what sucks about this game. So to sum it up... great idea.
