How do I cancel the Transformers Rescue Bots subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top, go to Subscriptions, select Transformers Rescue Bots from the list and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you can keep using the app until then. See Apple's official subscription management page for details.
How do I delete the Transformers Rescue Bots app?
Touch and hold the Transformers Rescue Bots icon on the Home Screen, choose Remove App and then Delete App. Important: if you have an active subscription, deleting the app does not cancel it automatically - you must first cancel your subscription using the steps above.

This was a big hit with my grandson who loves the Rescue Bots . He likes being able to do the activities with different Rescue Bots. He’s also showed me how to use Transformers Rescue Bots stickers with my text messages. That was a nice addition.

My 4yo loved this app until it stopped working. I’ve tried restarting the iPad and searching for updates or ‘restore purchase’ option. He played this morning. Suddenly, the story won’t open and none of the activities will load. Sister is home from school and it’s working perfectly on her iPad, the way it was on his initially.
The download doesn’t have audio...can you advise how to check to see if it a setting error?
Just bought this for my sons iPad and it’s keeps crashing.
It’s not even a game. The transformers tell their story. Deleted after 15 minutes. Save your money!!
I paid $3.99 for this app and it had no sound :(
App won't even start up! My 6 year old in very disappointed after spending money off of his iTunes card!!
