Fetch: America’s Rewards App Positive Reviews
How I feel about FetchI absolutely 100% LOVE Fetch. Fetch is the only reward program that does what they say they are going to do. Rather scanning a receipt or playing a game, I know I will always receive points and I know I am able to turn those points into whatever I choose. I have had one issue with receiving points from a game and all I had to do was call them and they fixed the issue in minutes. Not only did they fix it and give me my points, they gave me a lot of extra points for my inconvenience. To be honest, I was extremely surprised and impressed with what Fetch offers, how they work, how easy Fetch is and how quick and simple they are. I have tried other point earning apps and not one of them do or offer what Fetch does. If you do not have Fetch and you’re reading reviews to see what other people think, you absolutely need to get Fetch because I can promise you that you will not be disappointed. Last year I saved all my points and waited till the beginning of December, I cashed them in all at once and I was able to give my family an extremely nice Christmas. I was able to get my guys what they wanted from where they wanted it and it didn’t cost me a dime. To be honest, I could go on and on about how amazing Fetch truly is but I won’t. Only because I would be writing this review for hours. But please, don’t take my word for it, give it a try. After all, what could trying it hurt ? Hope everyone is having a fabulous day and that my review helps someone out..Version: 4.28.0
It’s amazing!I like it but the only thing I don’t like is that you only get 14 days to enter your receipt if you try to submit a receipt that you just found within the month of a purchase it’s sad that you don’t get Nothing. I had an original accountWith a lot more points that for some odd reason I was unable to log back in and when you request a password reset it neverGave me a email reset confirmation although the page said it did. So I started a new account with hopes thatI can merge both accounts into one so I Started from scratch.I was never able to merge the accounts so I lost a lot of points turn almost a whole year of them. I haven’t heard back from any staff regarding the matter. Overall it’s fun …but there has not been no benefits for me personally. feels like they just want to know what I’m buying but they give very little to nothing back for the information that I’m taking the time and effort and saving the receipts thing for submission with hopes that it’s honored words point system most of the things that I buy are not on the list or it’s so underground thatI get no more than 25 points a receipt that is almost 3 feet long filled with product. I think that they should try to give you a bigger points system on the number of items that you’re reporting or submitting Because nevertheless you’re still giving information on the products that you are buying it shows where you’re spending your money. Just because the product is not in contract with them it should not be excluded at its bare minimum..Version: 2.83.0
GlitchyWhen the app works the way it’s supposed to it’s awesome. You just snap pics of your receipts and it scans email/amazon/Walmart for your e-receipts and your on your ways to gathering points. You don’t have to select things ahead of time and pan thru alot of scrolling to find deals if you don’t want to. If you want to optimize your rewards you can look and see what’s going to give you points that week and buy accordingly but you don’t have to select it like some apps. What I absolutely hate and I been using this app for a couple years and have dealt with it the whole time is its glitchiness! It’s maddening. It sometimes will not gather my receipts even tho my accounts are linked and they are being scan. For over 6 months it stopped recognizing my email receipts even tho it would scan my email. I got sick of it and stoped using this app all together as 90% of my shopping is e-receipts. Came back months later and it was working again and been using it for a few months now happy again and it started acting up again. This time it’s doing it with all the linked accounts. Sometimes it does recognize and credit me for some however it’s super delayed and will autogenerate them later but only some not all of them. I take all the steps to unlink/link the accounts, update the app and clear cookies and it’s continuously glitchy and frustrating. Esp when I purposely purchased something online to get the pts and it won’t find the receipt! I am in fb groups for fetch customers and this is a ongoing issue with many people..Version: 3.75.1
So Happy I Found Fetch! They Definitely Deserve More Than 5 Stars👏🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👏🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👏🏼I didn’t know nothing about Fetch until My sister told me about it. She said all I gotta do is snap any/all of my receipts showing the items I purchased and I’ll earn points for each receipt I snap. And after I’ve earned a certain amount of points I can then redeem them for a gift card of my choice. I’ve heard of other apps like that, but it takes so long just to earn anything. But she told me Fetch isn’t like those other apps. So she showed me her Fetch account and the gift cards she earned from redeeming her points. I was shocked after I seen that. Especially since she hadn’t even had her account that long and she already redeemed her points for 3 Ulta Beauty supply gift cards and 2 Walmart gift cards. So after I seen that I immediately signed up. And what was even cooler was because my sister referred me, we both earned 4,000 points. Just from me signing up with the link she sent me, all I had to do was snap my first receipt and Boom!..Just like that we both got 4,000 points added to our account. Since I signed up last year in November 2023, I’ve already earned enough points that I’ve redeemed for like 4-5 Walmart gift cards. I’m So Happy my sister showed me this app. You Seriously can’t go wrong with Fetch. You’re basically earning Free Money and All you gotta do is snap a picture of your receipts and earn points for things you were gonna purchase anyways. It’s Definitely A Win Win!.Version: 3.40.1

EASIEST Rewards App Ever!!I am not one to normally write a review, like EVER, so me actually taking my time to write this one should show you just how amazing I feel this app is!! It is by far the EASIEST rewards app ever! All you have to do is keep your receipts long enough (but not too long—I'll get to that in a second 😉) to take a picture and upload them to earn points. Once you’ve accumulated enough points, you can decide which gift card you’d like to redeem. How simple is that!? The only downfall (if you can really even call it that) that I have found is that the receipt can’t be more than 14 days old. I’ve only had a handful of times where that’s happened to me. BUT that is totally my own fault for not taking the 5-10 seconds to pull up the app and take a picture of my receipt right away and/or waiting longer than 2 weeks to try and upload it. I feel that 2 weeks is a pretty generous timeframe to get your receipts scanned. I will also add that you are only able to scan 35 receipts in a 7-day period. Which again, I can totally understand as most of us really don’t shop at more than 5 stores per day every day. I feel like that limit is to help cut down on the “cheating” aspect by someone using other people’s receipts and uploading like 100 a week per say. Which is only fair for a free rewards app! So it can take quite awhile to build up your points, but I didn’t expect anything less when I signed up for this free app that gives away free gift cards for simply scanning your receipts. It’s so Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy 😁 Thank you, Fetch!!.Version: 3.70.1
Edited: not so great anymore.Shop and get money back. What’s not to love? Update: while I still like the app, it appears that all of the awesome point earning options are fewer and farther between. The offers used to be ‘buy one thing and get a lot of points’. Now it’s buy a ridiculous amount of items from the same brand and and get mediocre points. And the offers are pretty much all the same now. General Mills, Pillsbury, candy and alcohol. There’s only so much cereal and taco shells I can eat. There used to be a daily bonus that you’d spin a wheel to get but that has been replaced with playing games to win points, and the points you earn are not worth the time and effort. Lastly I’ve shopped thru Fetch 4 times at Temu which should have given me a ton of points and only one of the orders is showing up as pending. The other three are gone. I’ve tried contacting them about it and all I get is an answer they cut and paste to everyone explaining what the program is. I know what it is. I also know that it takes 90 days for the points to show up in my account. What I don’t know is where the other three orders are that are supposed to be pending on my account. I’ve sent them a list of the missing orders, dates, amounts etc. 3 times now and each time they want me to give them even more information. Pretty soon they are going to ask me for a kidney before they actually resolve the issue. Here’s an idea…don’t advertise 250 points per dollar spent on Temu if you don’t plan on awarding them. This is all very disappointing because the app used to really be awesome..Version: 3.57.0
Trying My PatienceThis app should be simple, but it has some major issues. The scanning program lacks "intelligence" and misinterprets words to the point I think I am reading a lost language. There is no way to verify accuracy BEFORE the scanned receipt is submitted creating the cumbersome task of addressing items "not accepted" days after the submission. There is nothing like saving a bunch of packaging with barcodes for days after the product has been used to be on the safe side of being able to adequately challenge Fetch Rewards "denials". Today, I had a receipt denied because I had reached the maximum of 7 receipts in 14 days without having any reason to know that is FR policy. Where is it written? Why??? Some people shop often because they cannot store a lot at one time. I would think the food manufacturers would love people shopping for their brands several days a week. There is no clear way to know which inventory within a given brand is acceptable before purchase. I have somehow managed to accumulate 3,000+ points pretty fast, but I spent a ridiculous amount of time to earn points equal to $3. I chalked up the low earnings vs time spent to improving my learning curve. Would someone please explain how point distribution is determined. Does it vary by brand, price, item or according to whether or not the planets are in proper alignment. I am trying to be patient because I WANT to like this app..Version: 1.9.0
Best & Easiest User Friendly Easy Navigation Scan AppIt’s been 2 years using this app. It’s helped me earn gift cards for essentials I need for my home. Highly recommended. Best scan receipt app by far. I only have one suggestion. Can you make more regular beverages and/or food with high points like you do alcohol and otc medications? I feel like you promote alcohol and otc meds more. I don’t drink but inorder to get the highest points I need to become a drinker. I’m a recovering alcoholic. I’d rather see more points on food. Such as Produce I have sweet tooth. Sweet stuff is good. Otherwise I pick and recommend fetch to everyone I can!! So not a complicated app and fetch allows you to fix errors. Some Item codes on receipt are unrecognized by Fetch. It depends on where you live. Fetch allows the consumer to make th proper correction by manually adding the item. Same for date correction store name. Which saves the consumer and Fetch customer service the hassle. If a CSR is needed I can shoot them and email, depending the hour, CSR, replies immediately up to 24hours. My point is they always reply. I love this app. Fetch is constantly improving. Adding new products and extra bonus points regularly. One more thing: can you please add more products conducive to customers demographics. I rarely shop at Walmart petsmart and Costco. They are no where near my house. I walk everywhere. Those stores seem to catch the most items and points It makes it difficult for me to earn worthwhile points when I don’t shop at those retailers..Version: 3.23.1
My bestie for the restieI LOVE THIS APP!! I have been a user for a few years now I found out about this before it started getting really popular and now that it’s gotten more popular they’ve upgraded it so much. I remember when you used to only scan receipts and that was it now they have features where you can earn points that get you gift cards, real gift cards by playing games on your phone. I understand how fake this sounds, and I still do this day, Will not openly download or use an app that incentivizes me to make money by playing a game. This is the only app that I fall so vulnerable to because it really works. I have gotten a multitude of gift cards and they really do work. They really work. I promise on everything. They are real gift cards. I have gotten hot topic, gift cards, Dunkin’ Donuts gift cards, AMC gift cards. I’ve even gotten Visa cards. The reason that this app works so well for me is because I am an Instacart shopper, I shop for other peoples groceries and I am required to keep the receipts now when I do that I can scan them here and get lots of points. my part-time job on the side is a large contributor to why I have so many points but you can get gift cards in increments of five dollars and up so you don’t have to wait to gather 20,000 points. You can still get a gift card in about maybe two months of regular shopping. it takes a while to get there, but it’s worth it because without this app you wouldn’t have a surprise here and there to spoil yourself. it’s so easy to take five seconds after every shopping trip to scan a receipt because it pays out in the end..Version: 3.61.1
I don’t know why you wouldn’t use it.I love your app. I buy both brand name and store brand products. Sometimes I like the feel or smell of a brand better, sometimes I like the value of the the generic brand. I have run across running out of submissions because I have more than 14. It’s a bit worse lately because now you accept fast food and restaurant receipts. I just leave them until the end because they are only 5 points. I do tell people to look over your points because sometimes you don’t get them like you should. Walmart is notorious for giving things odd abbreviations or hard to see receipts. Gatorade always gets points but they call it GZ 32 sometimes. (Gatorade Zero 32ounce). So I just fix it. So be sure you look and get all of your points. Fetch even lets you scan the product if that’s easier for you to show what you really bought. Thank you so much for your APP. It helps my budget go further when I get money back for buying what I was going to buy anyway. Sometimes I do make a choice between 2 items because one gets points. But usually I just do my shopping and scan my receipts. Oh, the best time to scan your receipts is just after you put them in the car and before you leave the parking lot. I put a little notch on one corner so I know I’ve scanned it. That way it’s done but if I need to return something that doesn’t fit, etc, I still have an intact receipt..Version: 2.39.1
Limited SubmissionsOverall I’ve had no issues with this app! It’s simple to get around, but I do have one chief complaint! This app has a weekly limit of scans to submit for rewards. The limit is 14 that’s average out to two shopping trips daily per 7 days. I don’t think that there should even be a limit on the number of times to submit a receipt for rewards. I don’t even get the same items each shopping trip. I take care of a mind failing paraplegic who tends to forget more than she remembers. So sometimes I’m sent to the store two or more times daily. Or we shop at two different stores daily. When we shop there may be two separate orders to pay for in one trip per store. So in one week I may be sent to the store 16 times. Today is a prime example I shopped at Kroger then she remembered she wanted cash back, round two at Kroger was like this, because atm was down I had to buy something else. Then we get home and she needs something from Walmart. Oh then after I get her to bed she asked did ya get this or that. I reply it was not on the list so yep I was sent back for round two at Walmart. So see four separate shopping trips in one day is the norm for me and because each item is different there should not be a limit on anyone’s submission for rewards. Other than this app is wonderful, but ya only get 4 stars because ya limit my shopping trips..Version: 1.9.0
False Advertisement of pointsFetch doesn’t give you the points they advertise on the discover page if you have a long grocery receipt. I even add extra photos with close ups of the items that I should be getting extra points for, yet I still only get the initial 25 points. General Mills, Natures Own, Nature Valley, and the brand that makes the bagels, I can’t think of their name right now, all give you extra points when you purchase their products, But that’s only if you purchase them one at a time, otherwise you’re issued the standard 25 points. Yes I know I have three days to correct the receipt, but I shouldn’t have to when I’ve already given you extra photos that allow you to clearly see my purchases, not to mention the process is long and drawn out. I once submitted a corrected receipt for 12 items which I should’ve received extra points for and I never heard anything about that receipt again. I don’t have time to sit around calling and emailing customer service for something that shouldn’t even be an issue. I loved Fetch a year ago, but that’s because I didn’t realize I wasn’t actually receiving my points. Also, the cash card reward is false advertisement as well. They do not allow you to turn it into cash by adding it to your cash app or paypal. You just have to use it as a gift card. So why are they called cash cards:-/ I give three stars instead of just the one star that they’ve earned from me, because I’m a nice person..Version: 3.9.0
Fetch could be batter IMOThe app is a great idea but the unrelenting request to know where i am at all times is a weakness by your management to take someone who claims to be an expert in their field and probably have convinced Fetch leaders that just have to have my location. And THEY want, not need my precise location. Not even in the same county unless in the case that i am redeeming a prize. Then a well guarded share of my personal position at all times isn’t even this apps motive i’d bet, but DYOR Fetch team. You don’t have be their victim in turn making your users highly venerable to who ever wants to stalk us if they have half the information you’ve provided to the dozens of companies(?). In the conglomerate of which Fetch has become. I’m starting to think fetch isn’t preforming up to standard. So you’ve started a game room to keep the people that believe in you still satiated and somewhat medicated on hopes they’ve traded their internet behaviors for a few measly more Fetch points. Just a distraction that leads me to my last point which is if i may lay the final blow now: no new features and the loss of points if you do partake in helping your business, - we get them torn from us. Revoked if we don’t comply and get busy by making Fetch look like its an app worth getting. And it is, if you don’t mind naked as your privacy. Just a preview. -tal.Version: 3.49.0
Customer service is questionableSo I recently just downloaded this app! I absolutely love this app because of how easy it is to get points when shopping and then getting gift cards. Recently I went shopping at Walgreens and I had no idea that they sent receipts via email so I tried to use the receipt scanner in the app to detect the email but it didn’t. I took screenshots and sent them to my husbands phone so that I could try to scan them and get the points! Well it thought I bought something completely different so I went to correct the items with the item barcode and sent it. Well it didn’t work so I contacted customer support and sent proof of everything for them to tell me that I was basically lying and so I looked to make sure that it was a store that they accepted and it was so I sent that and even verified my email and that everything is linked and I would even send proof from my bank statement that I did shop at Walgreens! I’ve already referred 5 people to this app and if I don’t get help I’m just going to tell them to delete the app and not even bother with it and I won’t recommend it to anyone. If it was only worth 25 points I wouldn’t care but the 2 items I bought are worth 2,000 each! All the other stores were out of the body wash so I went to Walgreens. This app needs to do better with detecting email receipts or get rid of that option all together because I’ve seen other people having issues with the same thing!.Version: 2.70.1
Don’t play the gamesI will give fetch three stars as they have been great with the awards that I have received on my receipts and even playing the games. However, I will never play another game please if you download this do not play any games I got cheated out of 13,000 points. I played a game all the way to the end and they gave me points but they won’t give me that last points that I’m owed and when I get a hold of customer service, they said we’ve already given you the points for it and I’ve shown him pictures and showed him how you know I have not received and I just got some guy from Mexico that I don’t know that just tells me that I’ve already got my point. Download some more game and playing there’s no way I’ve got a hold on here before customer service received on other things that I feel where I didn’t get points and sometimes they pointed out to me where I didn’t complete all that I needed to for the points and I understood completely went back over and thought yeah I see that. I just can’t get them to understand so great for receipts just not those games I’ve gotten other ones I’ve completed that they’ve given me all the points, but I’ll never try it again. hopefully you can understand what I’m saying as I’ve been pretty upset about this and I tend to go on, but when you worked as hard as I did to complete this game, it’s hard not to be disappointed when you don’t get the points you know that you earned..Version: 3.53.0
Can’t winWhen I first got the app, I was scanning lots of my receipts, but then it told me that I had reached my limit of receipts, and I couldn’t scan anymore for a certain amount of time. Pausing my scanning made me completely forget all about the app and then I wasn’t really using it. Then, I got an alert saying that my rewards were all going to expire if I didn’t scan any receipts because I hadn’t used it for a while. It’s like they were just trying to keep me from earning any points by using the app. I feel like if you are getting a receipt scanning app that you should be able to scan as many receipts as you have or want to. They barely give you any points for the receipts as is, so making you take a break or having it where you can’t scan for a long period because you’ve reached your limit seems a little ridiculous to me. It’s not even like I sops ton or anything. I just tend to shop all at once when I get my paychecks. So I have a bunch of receipts all at one time. If I don’t scan them all in right whenever I do my shopping then they’re going to expire because they also don’t take any receipts that are older than 14 days. It’s really hard to earn any points or to save them up with the way the app is designed. I feel like this app is bait and switch. They make it seem like you can get prizes and have a benefit from scanning in your receipts, but then they do everything they can to steal them all from you..Version: 3.65.0
Keeps My Family on Budget! The app is a great resource for setting a budget for the week, month etc. and then following it or knowing what you have or haven’t spent! Love that there are numerous products that you are made aware that are available for points. One if my favorite features are the Rewards...I have a few retailers that I frequent often and I can use my points. In addition, you can scan receipts from some restaurants, fast foods stores and even my dry cleaners store receipts are approved! So I wasn’t sure what was approved or allowed, although I suppose you could contact Fetch & they would advise you! I enjoy the surprise... My only misgiving at this point since the app was updated and changed a bit several months ago, is once your taking photos of your receipts the app just goes blank and this occurs often! Unfortunately you have to reshot the receipt and start over which is very frustrating..... Positive: I know what I spend, keeping to my Budget Negative: Screen goes Black or completely blank while taking photos of receipt As of today, I have been contacted regarding the issues I explained that I have experienced recently, to my surprise:)) I have been given instructions to assist in resolving these issues, I’ll try them and offer my opinion once they have been tried and hopefully resolved..Version: 3.15.0
I love everything about this app, except one major thing! This would be an Amazing app for saving $ & getting some back for what you’re going to spend in the first place. If it wasn’t for them or punishing or limiting the points, that people like myself that are overachievers and trying to get the maximum amount of points possible, can get! I’ve realized that once you get up to about 10,000 points every receipt you scan seems like you only get 25 points so basically once you get to 10,000 and above you’re not gonna get any points for anything. Also, I referred 2 people and got my 2000 bonus points for each. So I referred another friend and mind you it’s not easy, talking someone in to download an app and putting all their information in just because you tell them to! When I did they cut me down to 100 points for my referral which screwed me & the person I referred. I’m referring people to the app and getting them to sign up. The least you could do is give me my bonus points. Actually, my bonus points should go up as a referral more people because I’m getting more people on the app. This really ticks me off but other than that that’s great. Oh, and I put in 5000 points worth of entries to win an I phone (over a month scanning everyday to get that) which was a lot of entry’s and didn’t hear see anything so how do we even know that these giveaways are even real and not just design to take our points back away??.Version: 2.92.0
Bonus points mostly a 5I do really like this app but it has some drawbacks. Yes bonus points are generally only a 5. Usually a disappointment. When you see the wheel spin, it will show all these possible points all the way up to I believe 10k or 100k. I wonder if anyone ever got that. But all these years I’ve never gotten more than a couple of 250 points. Don’t get me wrong, 250 points are great, but way to far and few between those 5 bonus points. I do enjoy seeing those cute little animated guys do there funny routine which does change seasonally. Pretty cool! But, yes here comes the but, l’m not a fan of the 14 day limit to scan receipts. And I haven’t referred anyone to this app ever since they lowered the referral points. Originally it was 2k to receive and to give to whoever you referred, which is sometimes difficult to convince someone to download an app in which they have to frequently use. The 2k was a nice start to refer and to get as new user! But last month it was 750 points and this month 1k to the person referring and the person receiving is only getting 500 points. Very disappointing! Why in the world did you lower the points instead of raising them? If you kept it to 2k or even higher, it would be better incentives and much more likely get more referrals from new customers!.Version: 3.18.0
It’s worth itI shop a lot and I mean more then 20 receipts in less than five days not including what is online my kids benefit from the app because my son that’s 15 will scan all my receipts and he collects all the points and they get themselves Xbox cash and Microsoft so they can buy things they like on there games they play so for me it’s a win because I hear less of mom can I use your debit card and more if they want every receipt even the gas station my son loves to scan them and see how many points we get we are down to 11, now but we had over 43, a few weeks ago they build up fast you just have to be on top of doing your part an also when you book a room online are airline it counts as well. So I would say yes to this app I been using it since it first game out an i tell everybody about it. Even when they ask do you want your receipt? I say yes an tell them about fetch even out of town trips I scan my receipts I think it’s a good thing an for people with no kinds you can get gift cards for so many things. And it has offers you just have to pay attention one day I bought just best foods Mayo and got 1000 points so yes I’m very happy with this app. It’s every day stuff we buy and do it not going to kill you to scan your receipt you will be loving the after math trust me..Version: 3.15.0
Removing the daily spin was not cool you guysBefore the update I loved this app. Although it’s not much you get back, every penny counts to a college student. They used do have a daily spin for extra points, and I loved that because although most days it was 5-15 points you spun, it was the big amounts of points that kept me coming back and using the app every day. I would save my receipts if I had multiple in a day and make sure to scan one everyday for the points, thus coming back to the app and using it daily, making it a bigger part of my routine. However, they since removed the daily spin for another “play” feature, which uses tracking across your phone. I don’t care if they keep the play feature on, but give me back my daily points or I lose motivation to come back to the app everyday. This app used to be great, and it’s still okay but lost points in my book. 6/10 at best now. Also, whenever you go to claim some points for a receipt, they literally have 10+ ads you need to skip through to get back to the Home Screen. It’s actually crazy. So I updated to add on some critiques, and I love the way they only looked at the old criticism, not the new one. I’ve had the og part about the daily spin up for several years, I just hate the pop up promotions constantly, so when they only look at the first bit of a review and not the second it tells me they’re aren’t fully reading reviews..Version: 4.43.0

Great app overall but…..One of my favorite receipt scanning apps due to ease of use. I like that I can play games, get boosts on points for certain products, certain retailers, spending a certain dollar amount at select retailers, and getting products at certain retailers. I like that it tells you if the receipt will be approved before it is submitted (must have date, retailer and total spent completely visible, will show green check when ready to submit). Rewards are select retailers and restaurants and visa cash cards. Dollar amount of rewards is based on how many points you have. This is one of the higher point rewarding apps (25 vs 5-10 for other apps) but, as mentioned earlier, point boosts can happen if you plan right. There is a log of what products, retailers and dollar amount spent to check and how many points. Plus, with games, you download (through fetch) and reach levels to get points. The higher the level, the more points but it needs to be done in a certain timeframe. You have to be a new user to earn points with Fetch. You also can’t double up-meaning if you use another receipt app that allows you to earn points the same way with the same game, you can’t earn points off that game through that app. Only thing I can complain about is, with other receipt apps, you can “cash out” points via PayPal. That would be nice..Version: 3.87.0
Fetch Rewards is Fetch-tastic!!!Yes, you read that right. Fetch Rewards is Fetch-tastic and I love it so much! A friend of mine introduced to me back in 2020 but I was a little unsure about it because when I heard about the concept of free gift cards by simply scanning receipts, I kinda thought it was too good to be true. My friend insisted that I download it so I was like ok fine I’ll download it. Little did I know that I was actually in for a treat!! Oh my goodness where do I even begin?? After signing up and putting in my information, I immediately went hunting for receipts in my house and managed to find several! I scan the first one and it rewarded me points and I was like omg this actually works!! So after a couple of days, I managed to rack up enough points for a $5 Apple Gift Card and so I go ahead and redeem them and… I actually got the gift card!! Like wooaaahhhh!! At that point I was like, ok this is legit!! There are other apps that offer free stuff but there’s always kaveats to those. That’s not the case here!! I was pleasantly surprised!! So I decided to keep on going scanning receipts and redeeming points for free gift cards and man it just works!! Here we are now in 2023 and I still use it to this day! I’ve been a loyal user since 2020 and the journey has been lots of fun and very rewarding and of course I’m gonna stay! I am so glad to be part of the Fetch family! Fetch really is the best rewards app out there to date and it has saved me lots of money! I highly recommend downloading Fetch Rewards!! Fetch, you have one very happy user here, 5 stars! Thank you for making such an amazing rewards app! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.Version: 2.92.0
Used to think it was great. Now, getting disgruntled with Fetch.I’ve used Fetch for about 5 years. I like that you can submit receipts from almost any store, restaurant, etc. However, the program might not be as awesome as it was. For example: 1.) I have studiously bought products, accumulated points, and redeemed points for gift cards. However, it takes more points to earn a gift card. That’s probably not Fetch’s fault with inflation. However, I’ve experienced LOTS of trouble using Fetch-earned gift cards. 2.) I’ve presented card after card and had difficulty. For example, not all McAlister’s accept Fetch-awarded gift cards apparently. That’s what I was told by the manager of my local McAllister’s Deli. Makes no sense to me and my friends. They said tell Fetch. And some of my Olive Garden cards say $0 balance when I try to use them —6 different reward cards—even though I haven’t been to Olive Garden and used them. I chatted with Fetch Customer Service about this. Customer Service said the cards are valid. Olive Garden says they will not go through their system. Let’s pretend I used one or even two and forgot to “mark as used.” I used all of them without remembering? Fat chance. In summary, I’m considering if should I keep using the Fetch app. The spouse says it’s not worth it. Quit using Fetch. I’m weighing my options. Right now I’m on the fence. Hope this review is helpful if you are considering whether to start using Fetch or not..Version: 3.53.0
Cannot Connect AOL email account. Also affects Yahoo email.Around Christmas I discovered Fetch stopped scanning my AOL email account. I followed the instructions to reconnect without success. This includes: -logging out of the Fetch app -clearing Safari cookies and website data -deleting the app, then downloading it from the App Store and installing it -rebooting the phone after each above step Logging in and trying to connect to my AOL account always fails with the error “AOL eReceipt” connection is unavailable. “ During this process I found that the same problem occurs with trying to connect a Yahoo email account. However there doesn’t appear to be a problem connecting Outlook and Gmail accounts. I reported the issue to Fetch support, including the above steps and a screenshot of the error message. Their first response was to follow the trouble-shooting steps in their support page. This was later followed by a second message that they were aware of the issue and were working on it. I waited to hear from them about their progress and a fix. After 2 days Fetch support sent a message that “they hadn’t heard from me in a while so the issue must be resolved”. I immediately replied that it was not. A week has passed by and I have not heard from them since. I am very disappointed..Version: 2.84.0
It’s really gone downhillI joined Fetch in 2019. It used to be a lot of fun. But this year I’m not sure what has happened. It’s gotten really bad. They offer promos If you buy a certain brand or so many of a certain brand and you get extra points. Challenge accepted. At one time if you didn’t get your correct points you send them a correct receipt message. You might have to send them a correct receipt twice. And they would correct the problem. But now, totally different story. They want you to do all the Fetching. I’ve had multiple issues this year. Recently I have submitted multiple receipts and every time I did. They would send me a canned response about what I needed to do. I would always respond back asking them to fix the issue. Never happened. After a month going round and round with no solution. I sent a message asking them to forward the email to a supervisor. They sent me the same canned message. I responded back with my dissatisfaction and someone higher up responded too late and offered me 100 points for my trouble. I cashed in my 106,000 points. My recommendation is that you not waste your time with this app. Unless you are interested in double checking every entry and are good with having to fight for the few points they give you!!!.Version: 3.37.0
FetchI have been a member of Fetch for at least 6 years. The first 4 years were great. But since all of the changes made has made it very difficult to earn points! Unless you want to clutter up your phone with games! I don’t play games! And if you look at my account I did try. But Wes has changed too much on this app for the older generation. It’s more complicated for one thing. And again, having to clutter up our phones with games is ridiculous! With all the hacking going on nowadays nothing is secure! So this fan of Fetch will no longer jump through hoops for just a few points anymore. I’m closing my account. There are more older people in this world than there is younger people. To cater to just a select few is not good for business. [Update to this review:] I wrote this review about 1 and a half years ago. I didn’t close my account but came really close. I have continued to use this app in hopes that Wes would compromise on having to play games to get the most points. Again Wes let me say that there are more older people using this app than younger people. This younger generation doesn’t have time to participate in or even save their receipts for this app. I’m sure the ones that do, play mostly games rather than scan receipts. So, in the time between writing the first review and now I have only managed to score enough points for 1 $50 gift card. 1 1/2 years for that. Come on Wes..Version: 3.92.0
Great app; some enhancements could make it even betterOverall, I feel this is a great app. It is extremely easy to use and the reward options are great. However, I find myself forgetting to add receipts. With a few enhancements, I think this app could be even better: - Link accounts within a household; my husband and I generally shop for our household, rather than as individuals. It would be nice if we had the option to scan receipts for our household and share Rewards points. - More customized Offers: this could be accomplished by either predicting Offers that may appeal most based on prior purchases, or by allowing the user to provide feedback on Offers, such: as a rating scale, like/dislike option, ability to favorite or hide Offers, or a survey to let users describe the kinds of Offers they want to see or do not want to see. - Allow users to grant permission to proactively get eReceipts/Amazon receipts. I am able to do this with other apps, and like that I don’t have to manually prompt the app to get this information. Would love if Fetch automatically grabbed this, and then notified me and advised that I earned points based on my recent purchases. - Give users the ability to provide suggestions for enhancements outside of rating the app :).Version: 2.54.0
Beware of games on fetch you don’t always get your pointsI was very excited about this app when I could earn points for my receipts. I would’ve given this app a 5 star before but I recently learned about earning points when playing games.I downloaded a few games to play and started to earn extra points without issues. But after the last update for this app I wasn’t receiving my points when I completed my tasks I submitted a ticket . I received my points 24 hrs after that. I then continued to play my games again, it happened again I didn’t receive my points and submitted my ticket for not receiving points. After I found out that you are only able to submit a ticket one time to get your points added and you couldn’t submit a ticket a second time for the same issue. I’m very disappointed that I wasn’t told this before because I had spent weeks on my games in order to complete the next task to find out I won’t get anything for it. So for those who play games and submit tickets when you’re missing points beware that you might not earn any more points for that specific game afterwards. If you love the game feel free to continue playing but as for me it was a way to earn more points in the app. If you’re like me then delete the game afterwards so that you don’t get disappointed when you complete a task and you don’t get the points for it..Version: 4.18.0
Took 30,000 points away from meI am leaving a 3 star review because I still use this app for earning gift cards, however recently when I went to redeem a gift card that I was planning to buy people Christmas presents with on Black Friday, fetch declined my gift card and took away over 30,000 points for apparently breaking the rules which I didn’t. Even if I did they let the points go through which should be on them. They took away my points and declined my gift card so now it completely ruined my black Friday because I had no money. When I questioned fetch customer service about this they insisted that I broke the rules and said once we take away points there is no way to give them back, which is a complete lie because they are always doing giveaways giving people points. Another time recently my mother redeemed points for a gift card on her account and they did the same thing. They took away half her points and declined her gift card. I am very upset that I had this experience but I will continue to use the app because the free gift cards always helps out being that I am broke and never have any money. I also am disappointed that they took away the wheel and replaced it with fetch play. I am not a gamer and don't spend large amounts of time on my phone. The wheel was convenient and much easier. I also got more points using the wheel..Version: 3.78.0
Fetch app is great - Fetch play, needs work.I have had fetch for awhile and have used fetch play a bunch. However, there is always some issue! At first it was missing points, and this kept happening over and over and I would have to contact support. So I quit playing them altogether. Last night I decided to download a new game to play (I have never downloaded the game; Monopoly Bingo) once downloaded, I opened it, selected allow on all the things and started playing. I got off the game last night and got back on this morning trying to earn the fetch points. When I checked in the app to see why I hadn’t received them (figured it was the missing points issue again) it tells me “We can’t reward you for this app” and the reasonings include: • you’ve installed this app previously (actually, no I’ve never had this app before 🤷♀️) • This app is no longer available for you (How? I JUST downloaded it????) & • You have not opened the app. (EXCUSE ME? I literally opened it IMMEDIATELY & began to play.) Then it tells me to try a new app. No thanks. This has happened two or three times to me now, then you add up all the times it DOESN’T reward you the points… This is absolutely ridiculous. If you can’t get fetch play to work, you should give members at least 35-45 points per receipt instead of a measly 25 points. 🙄.Version: 4.14.0
RemovedThey took over 40,000 of my rewards away saying that I had done something wrong. The only thing that happened was I ordered some Yankee candles. I got 3000 points each one and two of them were totally shattered. Walmart refused to take them back they just gave a refund and I wish I should have 6000 points taken off. I have not made it to the Walmart supercenter in Ormond Beach Florida to purchase the two that I want that were destroyed so that’s all I should have taken off of my thing is 6000 until I can get out there being 71 years old is kind of hard, but I will go out and purchase them. they accuse me of snapping Walmart receipts I’m 71 years old. You know I don’t have time to do that. Send my children to the store to shop for me when they bring me back the receipt. Sometimes I wait days to put them in and they’re always going to pick me up a can of this six pack of that or something like that but I’ve been accused falsely by them just so they don’t have to pay out so you need not to bother with them and I know somebody else I’ve come in contact since this this says the same thing they’re trying to keep her something so they don’t have to pay out so you need to quit using them just like my granddaughter did.Version: 3.29.1
Has potential but has flawsIt’s a good app and I would’ve given it 5 stars but the issue I’m having is with the rewards from the game downloads. Recently, I downloaded 3 games that have not registered as being downloaded on the app. Played the games and no activity is showing. This also happened to me before when gaming downloads initially started as a new feature and when I reached out to support about it not only did they not seemed concerned to fix the issue, they were short with me and stated I would not be credited for those games. They automatically assumed that I had previously downloaded the games in the past. Which was not true. So this time with the 3 games I decided to not reach out to them because why reach out if they have no intentions of assisting me? So, basically I wasted time, energy and space. The point of this review is to let whomever is reading to know that when you download the games it will be a hit or miss and at your own risk. You might not receive credit and be wasting your time on that part of the app. Other than that the other features work pretty good. Sometimes Walmart might have a habit of disconnecting and you might have to reauthenticate the app. That’s because of Walmart’s two factor authentication. Sometimes they don’t mesh well with the rewards and cash back apps. Again the app has potential but I think customer service could use some improvements as well as the developer needing to test out the gaming portion of the app to find out where the disconnect between the downloading and the record keeping is happening at. Not too pleased with that portion of the app at all..Version: 3.97.0
Changing for the worseI think fetch rewards is a great idea and I've always liked it; recent changes have just left a not-as-pleasant taste in my mouth. Four years after I started using it, 5000 points was worth five dollars. 10,000 points was worth $10. 25,000 points was worth $25, and so on. This was intuitive. Then they made an improvement in that every receipt you snapped would be worth at least 25 points. no more five- and 10-point receipts. Nice!(Actually, I don't remember whether there were ever five-point receipts, but I'm pretty sure there were 10-point and 15-point ones.) Still more recently, however, another less positive change was made: points are now worth worth less money than they used to be. To get to $25, you now need to amass just over 28,000 points. This works against the user in at least two ways: 1) figuring out how much money your points are worth is no longer intuitive, and 2) your points are no longer worth as much money as they used to be. Verily, this is the way of pretty much all things in this world, but that doesn't make it any less of a disappointment. Fetch Rewards is still a good system – it does basically give you something for basically nothing; it's just rough when you used to get more and now you get less. It has also been the case, for as long as I've been using the app, that the app says Fetch won't accept receipts "more than 14 days old," while in fact it won't accept receipts more than *13* days old. If you receipt is exactly 14 days old, it will be rejected as being "more than 14 days old." I suspect this – like their periodic sweepstakes – is just another of the little ways in which Fetch strives to not have to pay out rewards..Version: 3.42.0
One Of THE best apps to get cash back!!I have a TON of apps downloaded to get cash back for the things you purchase. Out of 10, I use 3 faithfully and this is my favorite one. Hands down. Bottom line! It’s so much easier than some of the other physical receipt apps. You don’t have to scan a barcode which I can’t stand! If I just spent 3 hours at the grocery store making sure I have everything I need on my list for the month plus make sure I have my ducks in a row on my savings apps and then drive 50 minutes home because my small town only has 1 grocery store and it’s not the most price point friendly hence why I shop monthly, and then after all that you still want me to scan a barcode? You aren’t giving back so much money that I enjoy or barely even think it’s worth all that. I use those apps when it’s easier to scan and upload with a handful of items. Fetch Rewards doesn’t make you jump through hoops and their rewards are super fair! Not to mention the bonuses on items they offer every week. I’m not getting rich but I feel like they appreciate the fact that you are buying the products that they are offering points on because they make it worthwhile and it does save you money. They also have a helpful grocery list that is EASY to do and recipes! Yes, recipes ideas that don’t take a gourmet kitchen to fix. We get in a rut quite often in this house with food. We like what we like but with Fetch they offer great recipes that you can incorporate with your savings with just a push of button to add it all into your grocery list! Thank you Fetch Rewards for making this frugal mom feel like more than a number and more like a savvy, money saving, smart shoppin, bonus reward gettin’ mama!.Version: 2.16.0
Not really worth itIt’s free to use and I would’ve bought most of what i bought anyway, but that’s the only good thing about this app. I have been dedicated to scanning every receipt i get/find since I began in August, constantly hitting the receipt scanning limit, but I’ve only accumulated $60. $60 in ten months. With so little in return I doubt anyone would want to consistently use this app. The only reason I still use this app is because I would’ve gotten and thrown all those receipts out anyway, so I might as well get some cash-back, right? Well, every receipt is 2.5 cents, decent I guess, and they do have offers that can net you a few more cents, albeit not always much more. But they took away the feature where the automatic 2.5 cents from a receipt would be added to any offers you got. For example, before, if a brand offer gave me 3 cents, I’d get 5.5 cents for the accumulated receipt and offer points. Now, if you complete an offer, you only get the points from the offer, not the receipt. I’d only get 3 now, not 5.5. Which looks minuscule when looking at the numbers, but that scenario, in my case, ended up cutting the money I received in half. I’m a pretty frugal shopper for one (myself) and because of that I hardly ever meet any of the offers because I simply don’t buy/buy enough of a particular product in order to complete an offer. And when I do, to basically make just a tiny fraction more instead of double, severely hurt the amount of points i got. I effectively get half the points I used to get before. Maybe I would’ve been able to make $60 in less than 10 months if they didn’t cut that out..Version: 3.1.1
Email receipt issuesI will keep this short and simple! I wanted other users who experience this problem to know they are not alone. I have had this app for a while now. I actually do love the app, however, the inability for this app to pick up email receipts is ridiculous! The first time this happened I reached out to customer service and didn’t receive any real assistance. The solution was turn your phone off and back on and try again….Then when that didn’t work I was told to delete the app and redownload it. That also did not work! I was then told log out of fetch, delete it again, and turn off my phone…. This again did not work! I decided to let it go, but continue using the app and trying to use the feature anyway and maybe it would pick up and maybe not. Eventually it did begin picking up my receipts again, magically and with no explanation. Then it stopped again. I tried the steps I had previously been given, this time it did work! My issue is that this continues to be an issue. Here I sit again with fetch logged out and deleted, phone restarted, about to download it YET AGAIN. This is a good app, you can build points, but this feature never working…. The one feature that actually sold me on fetch because of the pandemic and the online shopping…. This is gonna lose me in the end. Please fix it!.Version: 2.62.0
Fetch Your RewardsHello, My name is Lia. I have had this App for over 3 years but really starting to use it for now 2 years. It’s super easy to create an account and easy to guide your way around the app. Pay close attention to your list of different items that are listed in your account. Those items are where the bigger points are. This App excepts every receipt ranging from Walmart to your Dentist visit. I even have gotten points for purchasing fish. All you have to do is open your App, Click on the camera. Make sure your receipt is lying straight down on a hard surface or you can hold it, Up to you. Then make sure your receipt is in frame and then take a picture. When all 3 buttons light up at the bottom of your screen that means your receipt was accepted. Those three buttons look for Store, Date, and Ending Purchase. You can also link your email to your App and it will scan any receipts that you have bought online. I actually have enjoyed using the App, There was a game that you could play to get extra points but for some reason Fetch got rid of the game which I feel wasn’t necessary. Also you’re only allowed to scan around 30 receipts every 3-4 days something like that which I don’t understand that rule..Version: 3.79.0
Points missingDoes anyone know how or when it changed that your daily running total does not “ continue “ to add and show increasing amounts? Customer service is telling me it never did. October 1 started new.. I had a few random receipts.. and a 500 point daily bonus .. a few more and today I received 1000 for some sort of promotion I completely at Dollar General on maybe Mars General Mills products.. so I should have about 1700 or so.. I have 1233 ish.. I have went around and around and around. They like I said are telling me it never was added to what you were “ running” for the month and then the next receipt, the next, the next and so on. I’m not stupid. I know it always was. If you have a certain number, scan it’s added. Perhaps that day you are lucky and get 75 extra points on the daily amount, that then adds and brings your running total up. It always, always has. My points went somewhere. Even if you only take the 500 I received a few days ago and add the 1000 I received today… that’s at least 1500 not including all of the other receipts. I don’t want to look like a crazy person .. but it kind of is pretty clear something is missing. Rant. Does or has anyone else had this happen? Thanks.Version: 3.17.0
Horrible! This review is my opinion, and my experience. This company is so corrupt! We’ve had multiple problems. My friend let me have her receipt one day to upload to Fetch but did not want the last four #’s of her credit card to show so I crossed out the last four numbers to respect her privacy. When I uploaded it to Fetch, it took it just fine. Once I had enough points, I went to cash out and they deleted all of my points because they said I “altered a receipt”. Why did they accept that receipt at all if it had problems? I can’t even call anybody to ask them about it ahead of time or else I never would have uploaded it. They screw you right before you cash out!! if I can give anyone any advice, don’t hold onto your points, cash out as soon as possible because they will ban you for anything because they don’t want to pay out. My son also advertised his fetch account on TikTok and instructed people how to become a member. Fetch even endorsed his video! But his account got banned. How do you ban account that fetch endorses??? My advice,— don’t waste your time with this madness. All customer support is through email and they never provide proof but just a robotic automated response back!!! Use any other app: Ibotta, Upside, Rakitin..Version: 2.89.0
Great app-with suggestionsI’ve been a fetch member for a few years now and it’s been a great app thus far. In comparison to other similar apps, I feel that Fetch offers a great value of points with receipts. As a single person household, I’ve found other apps to be way more difficult to build enough points to redeem any rewards. With fetch, you can get gift cards for as low as 3,500 points. My one big suggestion that I would love to see implemented in the Fetch app is to offer special rewards for vegetarian and vegan brands. I would love to see Fetch partner with brands such as MorningStar, Daiya, SweetEarth, Amy’s, Alpha Foods, to name a few. Or even to offer special bonuses when you purchase a plant-based version of something that typically is not (hidden valley ranch vs HVR plant-based). I believe this could encourage more people to try these brands or to try a plant-based version of something they normally wouldn’t. These foods are often times a great deal more expensive than your typical dairy or meat containing foods as well (Daiya non-dairy Pizza [~$9] vs any Red Baron pizza [$4-5], for example). So, perhaps knowing that they can receive redemption rewards points in exchange for paying the extra cost for specialty items could take a little bit of the sting off the wallets..Version: 2.57.0
So handy & rewardingSo I initially downloaded Fetch to help someone get the bonus points offered for refer a friend and hadn’t considered it to be an app I’d really have a use for .. boy was I wrong.. they gave me points for joining as well as to my friend so I started looking at what it was all about and was I surprised… first off, it’s not one of those shady apps that promises money back if you buy from a short list of products or clip digital coupons or jump through any numbers of hoops and still never get the “money” .. you simply take a picture or upload a digital receipts and their top notch app takes care of the rest .. here’s the kicker .. if you’re like me and have needed to start tracking your spending for sometime and just constantly forget to take or hold on to receipts to do that .. this app will help .. it makes remembering to get receipts and scan/save them a habit (not a hassle) but it’s fun and they reward you doing it … check it out and you will see … you won’t get rich but you get rewarded, they get market information on market trends and such (without invading your privacy) and the App makes it all so easy .. it’s a win/win/win … Thanks Fetch .. you are doing a great job and you’re doing it the RIGHT way.. keep up the good work..Version: 2.48.1
Easiest Rebate App to use & so many fun options for ways to earn points!I’ve tried a ton of rebate apps over the years and Fetch has consistently been a tie for my #1/#2 favorite of all time, hands down. Even if a user did the bare minimum in regards to point earning activities-in my opinion that would be merely to take a photo of every single eligible receipt they possibly can, regardless of whether or not it even shows any current products from fetch promotions, points will be earned. Imagine putting just a little more effort than that into it and, for example, download and play a game through fetch play, the ways those earnings could potentially grow, likely proportionately to the amount of time and effort invested by the user, by doing a few simple things that you more than likely are already doing (snapping random pics) OR something that you actually enjoy (playing games, trivia, surveys, etc.). Anybody can use this app and I think that everybody SHOULD be. There’s no way not to earn the points that will quickly be able to be exchanged for any one of a bazillion gift cards and with the economy in its current state, there is not only no excuse to not be doing so…there’s a million reasons to try it for yourself..Version: 3.85.1
