Development Team is incredibly responsive!!I purchased the app to help organize all my cards but was having challenges using the scanner for a number of them. Help Please!UPDATE: The developer contacted me immediately and was extremely courteous and helpful. The app still has a couple of minor issues, but all in all does what it promises and customer service like this is worth a lot!!!! I have no choice but to give this one star because I can’t start it. When I open the app, an annoying “Rate this App” window appears in the center of the screen, blocking my ability to enter a passcode and there is seemingly no way around it. Even if I try to rate the app I haven’t had a chance to use it just still sits there on the center of the screen. Nice Wallet App !I purchased “Wallet Pro” because the other apps I had called “Cardmate Pro” has been crashing since the latest IOS update. Wallet Pro is vey well organized with pleasing color scheme, auto credit card type detection, multi-tier information, intuitive to use, .... but it is missing the user preference card sorting, does not take alphabet in the Number field .... I contacted the developer and got immediate response indicating some exciting new features are coming . The developer is very professional, eager to help and quick to response,.... Good app with some issuesPurchased this app to organize my cards. Found a few annoying glitches and missing features that hopefully can be fixed soon with a developer’s update. 1 - When entering card’s name, the name does not add the ‘ (apostrophe) symbol, ex: for the Macy’s, name will appear as “Macàs” 2 - When adding the CVV number, if the three digits number begins with a 0 (zero), it will only show the last two digits (071 will only show 71). 3 - No capability to edit or crop pictures taken with the app. This app can easily get a 5 star review if not for this glitches and missing features. I will update my review if the developer fixes this problems. My device is an iPhone X, IOS 14.2 UPDATE: After developer latest app update, all glitches described above were fixed. App won’t open.Downloaded the application and entered password. Closed app and now it refuses to open. Loaded on 10s with IOS 12.1.2. Can’t email developer site. Just states servers are not responding. Looked like a nice app. UPDATE: I contacted developers regarding my issue. They replied immediately and began working on the problem. New to the app but looks goodThis is exactly what I needed. I have a minor complaint which reduced a star. After inputting the card, there is no way to distinguish which card you’re looking at until you click it. You should be able to put a label/title on the card like “Chase” or “Amazon Card”. I also am very apprehensive about security on third party apps like this with such sensitive information. Gets the job done, but charges for backupThe app gets the job done, but only scans the front of the card, however most of my new chip enabled cards have the credit card number on the back. You need to take a photo of the back, not scan it, so the app can’t automatically capture the credit card number and it has to be manually entered. The other big issue is that you have to buy passes to backup your data to your own device or your own cloud service. That’s outrageous. I can understand a charge to backup to the app’s cloud service, but not to your own. Wasted my money..Sun VikingVersion: 2.0.5

Not polished and not worth the priceI was hoping to scan all my cards using this app and do a iCloud backup. But here are my initial thoughts 1. The app doesn’t look polished. 2. There is no way to backup this to iCloud and dev is asking for more money to back up something locally on the phone. 3. The passes (or devs way of making more money) expire if you reset the phone. 4. Scanning the front works but there is nothing for the back. You have to take a picture of the back.
