Joined in Dec 2022What a great company. I am new to young living and really wish I had known about this when my granddaughters were here during the crazy of 2020. I have read so many negative reviews an I think they are just mad at something else. I have had a great interaction with customer service. I called I was taken care of within the first 2 minutes of the call. So customer service for me has 10 stars The product is to die for. I love everything I have received so far. I have been amazed at how much better I feel just putting the oil on 3 times a day. It is actually helping my PTSD. Love this and wish others would not bash a company so bad. I will turn these reviews around if I have to post positive on a daily basis No I did not get paid to write this. Trouble loading and keeps crashingI imagine this app is very informative. Last week I able to see some info, but would crash and shut down. Now I can’t open any of the links without getting the perpetual loading cycle. If this problem is not fixed I would like to get my money back.Young livinv DCSVersion: 1.1

Repetitive text and hard to contactI downloaded this app to supplement a couple other apps and the Desk Reference I have. The pictures are very nice. However the text is directly quoted from the desk reference book. In addition, I’m finding increasing numbers of passages that are repeats, as if “copy-paste” was ongoing without being monitored. I tried to contact support and finally gave up being able to access the vendor through the app description or directly through a browser to their website. The same page appeared each time that was unresponsive. There should be information in the app description that alerts readers to the association between the app and the Desk Reference so that customers can knowingly choose whether to get the mobile version of a book they might already have or not. Love this appMy go to app for Young Living oils. There’s so many great recipes that I love in here. Personally tried the peppermint compress and it’s changed my life! Lots of glitchesGenerally it’s a good app. Informative and whatnot. But there are a lot of oils listed that have little or no description, a lot of things in the usage guide give you no info at all that could actually be helpful. If I could give this 0 stars I wouldI spent $7 on this app a few years ago and yes did the app have some glitches, 100%, but it was still usable. Today I finally updated the app to see if they resolved the glitches. Come to find out you have to now upgrade to a premium version to get any information. They removed a whole bunch of usage guide options that the old version used to have. This app used be decent, now it has become a complete waste of money. Decent app if you like everything pre loadedThe app works alright, the problem is that you cannot add your own recipes, you get whatever recipes are already loaded into the app. I suppose you could put them into the notes section but then your recipes aren’t all together. Cuts texts offI downloaded this app thinking it was the one I should get for an all around reference and I was excited about it but when looking at some of the directions for somethings like the cooking recipes, it cuts out almost all of the directions so you don’t know how to make that lavender pound cake with lemon glaze or the the blueberry cardamom scones.
