Text Editor does one thing and does it well: Edit plain text files.

It is fully integrated into iOS's file system. Create and edit files in iCloud and other services.

When editing on smaller screens, Text Editor maximizes the editing space by hiding the toolbar.

It also supports Dynamic Type: Adjust the text size in iOS's Settings App.

It was great, but needs updatingThe app needs some work! Developer seems to have abandoned the app. On newer iPhone models with rounded edges and the camera notch, the text form is cut off. So, if it’s not updated, it’s going to have to go :-(.IDan iKnightVersion: 1.0

Almost perfectIt’s surprising hard to find a free plain text editor that integrates with iPhone file system. This app lets you edit plain text files directly on your file system without copying the files into the app’s sandbox. This is huge in terms of workflow.
