Amazing! But I have a few suggestions...Dear Abs Workout Team... Thank you so much for creating this wonderful app! I highly recommend it because I feel my abs burning down to the ground and there is a noticeable difference in my body. But there is space for improvement. Firstly, it would be great if you would add an option where you could also have a healthy diet with it or add an option where you could insert a food (For example: Pizza) and the app tells you how much calorie is in a pizza. Secondly, it would be really helpful if you would put the diet/exercise according to age, for example, I am doing these exercises with my 10 year old sister but some of the workouts just seem a little hard on her, so it would be great if she could download it for herself and do exercises proper for her age. Wonderful app but…I love this app because it has great exercise that makes me feel the burn and stay fit without to much effort. It’s easy to use, exersizes are comforting and relatively easy ( you can still feel the burn). I reccomend putting a feature that lets you decide if you want to loose/gain/or maintain a certain weight. And the exercise could be costomizeable to what you choose. Good workouts, confusing dataI enjoy the workouts and have seen improvements. Def keeps me motivated but my concern is that the Kcals being reported don’t make any sense. The app says I am burning on average 300+ calories per 7 min session. This is outrageous as it is expected to burn 5-7 calories per minute on and exercises. Therefore is should say at the most 49 calories per 7 minute workout. Besides the “reports” section this is a good app. Easy to navigate, lots of different workouts, and encourages you to make it a habit..Version: 1.1.7

Fave ab appI’ve been using this app for three months this time around. My first time I used it for almost a year straight, both times I have used this app as a warm up before doing full body work outs. I’m getting back to where I used to be! Doesn’t synch w/Apple HealthI love this app! I use it every time I work out. Only complaint I have is it does not synch w/Apple health. I’ve checked all my settings and made sure everything is on or authorized yet it will not synch. Hopefully, 🙏🏼 this will be corrected but it’s been like this for years.
