Overall it’s a decent app. I have over 5 different story apps that I read from so I have a lot to compare from many different aspects of app functionality and availability. Great stories and variety of content. Account featured are easy to use. A wide variety of ways to earn points, many of them quite fun and unique as I’ve not seen some of them on other apps. Those points can be converted to coins, but it takes a good amount to do so and time. Those points can also expire. As others have mentioned the ability to watch ads to unlock the next chapter is nice, however the amount of ads you have to watch to unlock chapters increases (2, 3, and 4) before eventually it cuts off to no ad options to unlock within one day. The cost of the weekly subscription options are also quite high, along with the one time purchases. Other apps I use that have just as good story content have monthly one time fees that are more reasonable and opens up full access to content, another app has a VIP option which unlocks additional stories only available to VIP members as an encouragement to have others pay more but still gain something extra for paying more. Another app I use only requires the watching of one ad per chapter to unlock and there is no daily limit. Some ideas for examples of an alternative approach on how to be make the app even more accessible.

Me gusta mucho las novelas que tiene son interesantes y cuando empiesas a leer no puedes terminar hasta que terminas la novela I love MoboReader app because this app has wonderful books to read over and over if I choose to it has different options of different genres that I want to explore and enjoying myself while I want to escape to a different worlds. Every time I read a story that is what makes me relax for my hard day and not think of problems, or that I had during that day Reading gives me the ability to escape reality for at least 2 to 3 hours and enter a different world anytime I find a different world when I'm reading a story I become a part of the story as I read along with the characters sometimes I think the endings of some of the stories that I read are different outcomes that I expect them to be, which is a good thing because the story has a different ending and the Story a different outlook for the reader, to be shocked or surprise, and that will want myself as an avid reader to keep wanting to come back to this platform and read a different story and not put the book down. As for the new platform that is something I have to get used to. I will get used to it slowly, but hopefully the new outlook on this platform. Will help me to understand. I want to come back to read more novels. Thank you so much.

This is actually a very good reading app, and I’ve been really impressed with how easy it is to use overall. One thing I especially like is how simple it is to earn coins compared to a lot of other apps that make it feel almost impossible or super time-consuming. On here, it doesn’t feel like you’re constantly struggling just to unlock new chapters, which makes the reading experience a lot more enjoyable and less frustrating. I also think this app is great because it gives you flexible payment options depending on what works best for you. Whether you prefer paying weekly, monthly, or even yearly, there’s something that fits different budgets and reading habits. That kind of flexibility makes it more accessible, especially if you’re someone who reads often and wants consistent access without having to think about it too much. Another thing worth mentioning is that the pricing is actually pretty reasonable for what you get. Compared to other similar apps, it doesn’t feel overpriced, and you can tell they try to balance quality with affordability. Overall, it’s a solid app if you enjoy reading regularly and want something that’s convenient, fairly priced, and not overly complicated to navigate.

There are some really good book on this app, but unfortunately some of them are over shadowed by not only the spelling, grammar. And name mix ups, but also there price!! Let’s face it these authors are no James Patterson, Stephen King, J.R.R. Tolkien, Leo Tolstoy, etc.. That’s just to name a few of Best Sellers that cost less that a quarter of what some of these so call “novels” want and half of them aren’t even finished yet!! Some you have to wait weeks to get new chapters when your all caught to where they are constantly updating!! I love to read and I read fairly quickly and so if I get interested in a book I don’t want to turn the page only to find is says updating!! You shouldn’t be allowed to publish on ANY SITE unless they are completed, edited and can be bought as a whole not 2-3 page chapters at a time it is a waste of good people’s money who enjoy these books and it’s a disgrace that the author get to charge per word count because I literally just read a chapter that the last sentence was “ lavish unequivocal eloquence” that what they wrote to meet the word count utter nonsense and as the app service really instead of a robot telling everyone “dears, the author sets the price per chapter” bullsh!y do t let them publish on the site without a complete book. Your are ripping off your customers and giving you app a very bad name across the board!! That is if you even care most of your content is robotic and only give preprogrammed content and information, instead of actual human interaction we get robots that know a few phrases. Its actually pathetic the way you are using your platform to defraud people of their money!!!! You should be ashamed of yourself you know if you where a human with a conscience..

I haven’t been using this particular app for too too long, but from what I can tell, it’s a really good one. You can earn free coins everyday, and you can also unlock chapters with ads, which I really like. It doesn’t force you to buy coin packs (it’s completely optional), so if you’re like me and can’t afford to buy them, there is still a way to continue reading the stories you love. And the stories I’ve checked out so far have had me captivated. If you’re into these kinds of stories, I highly recommend checking out this app! It really is one of the better ones. And I’m generally a picky reader when it comes to these novel apps, so that really speaks volumes. You should definitely at least check it out. There’s nothing to lose. No subscription (which was a big selling point for me), no fees, and a large selection of stories to choose from. I like to curl up before bed and just read until I fall asleep. Although there are times where I find myself staying awake to keep reading. But I don’t mind, I just fall asleep with my phone in my hand. Lol

It’s a very nice story about love in a very different way and it’s very interesting and very good for the reader to know about the love of love If you want to read a book and just enjoy it this can help you. It's great to track the amount of time it takes you to read a book and breaks it down into sessions and time per page and what not. But this App REALLY shines by being able to do the above while also adding in quotations or thoughts (each is a different section which is nice) as you are reading. You can add them in by typing, you can add them in by dictating via voice to text or you can take a picture of the page with your phone and then crop the shot down to what you want the app to convert from pic to text. The voice dictation works great and the text from pic works pretty well too. I use both the dictation and the voice to text as well as typing in some quotes or thoughts. But that isn't even where it ends. It ALSO lets you export your thoughts, quotes and reading times into a PDF file after you have completed the book.

I’ve been reading e-books for a while but I am really enjoying this book. Yes it has options for you to pay but if you tap on all the other choices in order to gain points, you can manage to get several,chapters worth of free reading. So I appreciate that because other e-book providers make it so that you have to pay money in order to continue reading further. They give you no option to,gather coins to read, other providers give you an option to pay but it’s a subscription. I detest subscriptions because let me decide if I want yo pay monthly. And this particular hook I’m reading soesnt have the violence as the unbearable anguish the Mai character goes through in many of the books I read. There isn’t much sex but the way this book is written,there’s no need for it. The author develops the characters and I like how the woman,yhrmainnchqrqvter is so strong. But,ost of all ilovetgefunnybqnter between the characters. I love humor, but I also like romance and this has both.

Mobo Reader is seriously awesome! As a high school student, I’m always looking for ways to fit reading into my busy schedule, and this app makes it super easy. There are tons of eBooks available in all kinds of genres, so I can always find something cool to read, whether it’s fiction, fantasy, or even some non-fiction for school. The app is really easy to use, which is a huge plus. I love how I can change the font and background color to make it easier on my eyes, especially when I’m reading late at night. Plus, the night mode is a lifesaver! I can read without straining my eyes, which is great for those long study sessions. One of my favorite features is that I can download books and read them offline. This means I can take my reading anywhere—on the bus, at school, or even while waiting for practice to start. I also like that I can see what other readers think about the books and get recommendations from them. Overall, Mobo Reader is a must-have for any student who loves to read!

Every time I read a story that is what makes me relax for my hard day and not think of problems, or that I had during that day Reading gives me the ability to escape reality for at least 2 to 3 hours and enter a different world anytime I find a different world when I'm reading a story I become a part of the story as I read along with the characters sometimes I think the endings of some of the stories that I read are different outcomes that I expect them to be, which is a good thing because the story has a different ending and the Story a different outlook for the reader, to be shocked or surprise, and that will want myself as an avid reader to keep wanting to come back to this platform and read a different story and not put the book down. As for the new platform that is something I have to get used to. I will get used to it slowly, but hopefully the new outlook on this platform. Will help me to understand. Love the novel, but it’s taking forever to finish. It has been up to almost a year now that I have been reading the book. A novel is best enjoyed when you start and finish it at once, then pick another one to read. It flows and there wouldn’t be anyway of forgetting what you have. This is the common trend in all of your novels in the app. It appears like a rip off of funds from us, your subscribers. The Kindle App subscribers pay less $10 monthly and have the luxury of 10 free novels to read and replace for free. You need to improve on this on your App. Subscription of a certain amount of money monthly will encourage more subscribers. Also, discourage having incomplete novels on your app. If a novel cannot be completed within a month, then don’t feature them at all. Above novel is not the only one in question. Other activities in the App like watching videos to be rewarded with coins and points are good innovations. Keep on improving and implementing other innovations. Bolanle

I am not liking the revised formatted look and the color scheme. The previous layout was perfect in my opinion…it was very easy to read and icons, etc. were nicely placed with a clean appearance…easy on the eyes. The recently reformatted layout (interface) is “busy”, printed letters are not easy to read, the look is “hazy” in appearance, and my eyes are getting strained just trying to read or see the icons (heck, the “pointing” finger is very faint and barely visible). In my opinion, this new reformat is geared more towards a young child instead of a grown adult. Not trying to disparage someone, but was it a young person who created this new layout…because it looks too much like other childesh apps. The crestor did not take into account that there a lot of older adults who are reading on this app and not all of us have the perfect eyesight to try to even squint to try to decipher what’s on that particular section nor do we want to jump back and forth. I loved this app a lot…before the recent reformatted revision. Definitely not as much of a fan now since it has been revised in sections! If my eyes continue to be strained trying to read on this app, I may decide to quit altogether, because my eyesight is more important to me. Please take into consideration of those who pay a lot to read on your app…there are a lot of us who are not liking the new change…it is definitely “not user friendly”.

Great app for casual reading with alot of selection

This a good novel. A story of a woman who doesn’t want to be bullied. A very strong, sophisticated woman. I love how she take avenge and give the greedy Mark and Crista lesson! Not done reading yet but as soon as I start I can’t stop.

Have had this app for a week or 2 & I am enjoying the stories. Patience is needed to wait in order to get enough coins to read for free. I have not subscribed.

I like the story and also the character development but I agree with others that the app needs work. Watching lengthy ads and reading endless articles to read a minute worth of material is a lot of time wasted and the frustration of making little progress in the story. Buying reading time is only offered in U.S. dollars, that’s a lot more than Canadian dollars!

The stories are good and enjoyable

Points are easy to collect but don’t functionally do anything with reading. The coins are almost impossible to collect without spending money. Stories are decent.

I downloaded this app to read one particular story, “From a Broken Omega to a Northern Queen”, but after finishing it I have no desire to read another. For one, the story I read had inconsistencies where details from one chapter didn’t match proceeding chapters. Secondly, it seemed that chapters had been scrapped in this story without altering the text to make it more cohesive. Although it was overall a decent story, the quality control seems to be lacking. Also the platform seems to have issues with remembering what chapters you have unlocked via ad watching. I unlocked up to Ch. 18 for the aforementioned story, yet when I used a promotion that gave 30 mins of ad-free reading the chapters i had already unlocked had a pop up for unlocking them again after the 30 mins were up. Lastly, I have a complaint about the UI. When I downloaded the app I received 50 coins. However, after I found a story I wanted to read I could not find how to navigate to the first chapter of the story. When you search up a story it places you at the last chapter versus the first. Despite fiddling around with the UI to get to the beginning, I never could so I had to spend my free coins to unlock the final chapter and then press the “back” icon to travel backwards to the beginning of the story. Also, in order to read for free you have to either watch ads or read articles, but I would not recommend the latter because the article websites are always flagged as unsafe. All in all, this app is just okay.

First let’s address the difficulty of navigating this app, once you are reading a book I have not yet figured out how to get out of it and back to the main menu without closing out the app completely and coming back. I’ve accidentally clicked on one of the pop up books several times and to my great dismay it’s almost impossible to back out of it. Also, I’ve spent $100 in ONE DAY to read 89 chapters of one book that has almost 300 chapters so far; this is ridiculous. These stories are riddled with spelling errors and so many misuses of words that it’s is wild, and the author completely forgets what had even happened, forgetting how the character got to where is was going and incorrectly citing out how they got there, but the storyline is pretty good so I’ve corrected these things in my head and moved on, but to make the reader have to start paying huge portions of money just to read a handful of chapters that seem to have been written with the help of AI is disgusting. Why not make the reader pay for the newer chapters? Not once they’ve started on chapter 20. This will not be my last review and I will probably publish an article with many screenshots of HUNDREDS of spelling errors and characters forgetting what they JUST finished doing. I’m only disappointed that I follow through or I would stop reading the book, but for sure once I read it I will be deleting this app.

A lot of other books you have to pay so much money with this book app. You can watch a lot of ads and there’s a bunch of ways to earn coins, the points and coins system confuses me, but other than that I like that app so far. Edit: After using the app for a couple of days, I hate the points. I don’t understand why I can’t just go into the shop and exchange my points automatically for coins you sit here and watch all these ads and do all these games for points and they don’t even do anything for you they have a “conversion” that’s supposed to happen at a certain time every day, but then they put that it depends on your ad revenue, which is ridiculous. I really like the app at first I thought that there was a lot of ways to earn coins, but you only get 10 free coins a day for checking in and then you get to watch ads for free chapters. the odds take so long to load then you have to wait for it to load up again to watch another video and then the video takes forever to load. I just don’t get it if I’m already watching all these ads why is it taken so long loading up all these times? I feel like they should add more ways to earn coins daily and they should make it where you can convert your own coins and you don’t have to wait and it shouldn’t have to depend on ad revenue when you’re already watching so many ads.

I genuinely like these stories. They have tons of mistakes through them so if that bothers you then this is not the app for you. But you also have to realize that you aren’t going to find a book app that has books that have actually been edited by a real person. If you want a book like that then you are going to actually buy a book not the pay by chapter kind. That being said when you’re reading a book after you first get the app. The first like 20 or so chapters you can just watch a couple ads to continue reading but after you get really hooked on a book. The stop offering ads and want you to pay for the following chapter. So either you only read like a chapter a day because that’s the only way to get enough free coins or you have to use real money. Of all the apps I’ve tried this is not the worst one. Galatea has a year long subscription which is not bad because you can read all you want from their app. However moboreader has a larger variety maybe. Now the Readict app is really the only free app for an avid reader simply because you don’t have to spend money at all unless you want to not watch ads. Also I don’t recommend getting a subscription with moboreader unless you are fully committed because trying to cancel it, is pretty much impossible

I was curious about one of the books advertised on my Facebook feed. I started reading and decided to give it a go. The book itself has extremely short chapters that is clearly done in an effort to earn more money since you have to purchase the book by chapters. It’s insane. I think the book I’m reading is over 1000 chapters. After doing as much of the free reading that was offered, I decided to buy what I thought would be enough for the rest of the book. Nope. I ended up only getting 10 chapters! Also, there’s no option to just buy an entire book unless you’re willing to spend $100 or more on all the chapters in the book. Not that I will spend any more money on it. The writing is full of grammatical errors; at one point the author even gets the character’s names mixed up. It skips around following too many mini stories. It should just stick with the main character and save the other stories for their own books. It’s full of medical inaccuracies among others and I feel that the author just straight up hates men. They are all written as cold ruthless monsters that will hurt women as they please with absolutely no repercussion. The wealthy are all represented and heartless, scheming, vindictive, selfish people whose only concern is maintaining their wealth and status. I thought I was going to read a cheesy love story, but this is something else.

The stories I’ve read so far are good. However, I am disappointed in the app’s point system. (1) I’ve spent quite a bit on coins and you really have to watch and confirm that the coins were credited properly. The app will use your purchased coins before using the free coins and if you do not use the free coins by a certain day, they expire. (2) I earned quite a stash of points watching ads with no way to convert them to coins. The instructions clearly state that coins will auto convert to coins when you reach 250. The system converts once per day and the max conversion is 20 coins which means you have a greater risk of points expiring. Some of my points have expired and I have no way to redeem them. (3) The cost of the chapters increase in cost and you don’t know how much each chapter costs before you spend. I’ve spent over 100 coins for some of the chapters and the chapters can be extremely short. I really hope the app creators read the reviews and make adjustments to the app. This could be a great experience for all of us. Keep the good stories coming and IMPROVE the app user experience so we can enjoy more stories. I really want to be a fan and will gladly write another review when improvements are made.

I finally got to the last 20 chapters. I have to buy a subscription and y’all want 600 coins for EACH CHAPTER. To finish reading it!! That’s bull. Y’all are nothing but a huge scam! Don’t waste the time guys. There are cheaper reads out there. Actual books for less than this. Actual series for less than this!!! Still on the same book. Been over a week since my last review. There’s no way to earn extra coins. Nothing. No game. No specials nothing. It’s all about money. You can get bout 55 extra a day watching ads. If you’re going to convert points to coins, it should happen at least twice a day. What is anyone going to do with 20 coins? Added with the 55. That’s nothing. One chapter. Even worse, my partner gave me a surprise and bought me some coins, the reading I enjoyed was lovely. Now tell me why I can’t enjoy reading it today? So bought coins = no chapters with ads? Wow. I stand by my last comment. Idk how I feel about this. Why do we have points Instead of just making them coins? I enjoy the book I am reading and I can only for so long. I have to stop constantly for adds and then it halts. Have to wait for the next day. Every “chapter” is 4 pages long? I just wanna be able to enjoy a comfortable read. I thought I found a app I could enjoy. I’ll finish with my book and the delete this. Just don’t think it’s worth the time I’m giving it

I paid $5.99 for the weekly fee that gave me some gold and some points. You have to use gold to pay, per chapter. Which would be fine if there were like 50 or less chapters. However, either the author or the company broke each page into a chapter. The book I wanted to read has 300 chapters. They try to “help” by letting you watch ads to unlock chapters but some of them are 4 ads for one chapter. Then they put a limit on how many times you can do that per day. You can watch ads on your account (not inside the book). However, those only give you points. I have no idea what to do with these points, I’m guessing there are games somewhere you can use points to play. Every chapter gives me different amounts of coins to “unlock” them. Some were as low as 15, but some were as high as 43. You get very little daily coins with your subscription. So having a book that has 300 chapters and being limited to about 10 chapters per day, I’d be here for a month waiting to read this book. I did notice the last 5 -10 chapters are marked with a “VIP” label. I’m assuming that means they want even more money for those, which isn’t happening! Also, I watched ads for every chapter I could unlock, in a row so I didn’t have to take breaks between each page to watch ads. When I went back to the chapter I left off from, they gave me every other one WITH MORE ADS!! I’m sure the story will be online soon enough, I’ll just wait to find it there. I feel bad for these authors because I would have gladly paid for their story, but now I’m fed up with trying to read it and might not ever finish, unless it’s free now. I’ve wasted enough of my time only to be at chapter 59.

This app is incredibly frustrating. A book on any other platform costs anywhere between $10-$20 at the most. This freaking app has “chapters” broken up into 3-5 pages and makes you have “coins” for each chapter. The book I’m trying to read has over 600 chapters. You can watch ads that take approximately 5 minutes to access a chapter that takes 3ish minutes to read. So essentially you’re just watching 5 mins of ads for 3 minutes of reading. If you’d like you can purchase coins, and there are various “deals” available for purchase, one I’d considered purchasing is 7.99 for what seems to equate to 20 chapters. Using the math from that “coin” purchase I would have to spend $239 to read one freaking book! TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY NINE DOLLARS!!!!!!! For the actual literature, the author (probably AI) just takes you around in circles prolonging the story, repeating similar story lines, my guess is to generate more ad revenue or make people impatient enough to make a purchase. Anyway, I’m curious how the story ends, but once I make it through, IF I make it through, I will absolutely be deleting this app and never downloading it again. It’s a poor use of my time and CERTAINLY not something I will be spending $239 on!

It doesn’t matter how good their books are! If you subscribe, they charge money and the next thing you know even though you paid for a subscription they tell you that you need to pay even more money to keep reading!!!! And unlike the ethical places, they don’t let you subscribe through the App Store where you can just cancel your subscription! They do their subscriptions through outside payment methods so it’s hard to stop the subscription! And on the credit card bill they list a bogus phone number so they can’t be reached to stop the subscription, while all efforts to stop a subscription on their site don’t work. Fortunately after several months of fighting with them while being charged but not being able to read, I did figure out how to shut down the subscription, which could have been shut down sooner if I had known how to do it! It shouldn’t take a bunch of research to get out of a subscription. An ethical company would simply stop the subscription when the customer says stop, and an ethical company would let a customer keep reading as long as they are paying, and an ethical company would not list a bogus phone number!!!!!

I decided to try it for one book. The idea that you could watch ads instead of just paying coins was a real boon, compared to apps that require you to pay 20x the worth of a book to read. But don’t be fooled. You need to watch increasingly more and more and more ads to read each chapter. And these are very long ads with multiple stages that require you to click something to move to the next stage. And the chapters themselves get shorter and shorter and shorter. Pretty soon you are practically watching a feature length film worth of ads to read 1-2 pages. This still might have been worth it if the book was not so terribly edited. Characters who had been killed showed up a few chapters later. Scenes were referenced that never happened. Or the references back to events were so different from what had actually occurred that you could only conclude that the writer had meant to go back and rewrite the scene and somehow forgot. And a few times I was pretty sure that chapters had been skipped altogether. Just missing. I have heard that these apps do not pay the writers very well. Maybe that’s why they’re getting such terrible writers. I am done with this app. Libby is free.

The stories are good but you will spend as much time watching ads as you will reading. And there are times when I’m 10 coins short of opening a chapter at say 25 coins. So I watch or read ads and when I return to open the chapter it cost 55 coins. Another gripe is as you read the chapters require more coins to open. You may start your reading time at 22 but end up at 73. Usually I can read a novel in a few days, just reading in my spare time. Without purchasing any coin packages, truly reading for free, it’ll take a year to finish a story. If a story has 300 episodes, 2000 coins ($6) might get me through 10 chapters. I would need to spend $180 to finish one story!!! I think of reading on this app like watching a soap opera; each week you’ll get an episode. It waste a lot of time with ads. But I just read a few free chapters a day and limit the ads watched. I’ve been on this app for 6 months and have yet to finish one full story. I’ve got about 5 in my library I actually check in on but I get bored with not moving on through the story so I alternate reading time.

So far it’s not been too bad. I like that I can read most of the books for free - meaning watching ads or reading articles to earn the “free” chapters. What I don’t like is that each chapter is usually roughly 1-3 short pages long and it takes me more time to watch the ads than it does to read the chapter. And when you have to watch 4 ads or read 3 articles after every single chapter it gets extremely annoying. I’ve waisted so much time (weeks!) trying to get through a book that should really only take a few hours to finish. I did get to a point in the book I’m currently reading where I didn’t have access to anymore “free” coins and I had to purchase coins to continue reading. If you’re not careful you could spend hundreds of dollars on a single book. To leave on a positive note, I’m truly enjoying the story I’m reading now. Some seem to be drawn out too much or there are grammatical errors, sometimes the sentences don’t make any sense, but for the most part I’ve enjoyed using this app.

Used to be my favorite. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on this app and like to re-read some of the same books. No matter how many times I’ve paid for a book, eventually it blocks out some of the chapters. I’m not talking five chapters, but twenty or thirty, “saying, chapters bought with free coins need to be re-bought” or something along those lines. There’s NO way I bought twenty or more chapters of a book with only free coins. I’ve paid TONS of my money on this app and it ALWAYS closes out many chapters in the book. I was stupid before and would pay again, thinking this time it would stay open, but no, you continually close so many chapters that I bought. I’m so done with this app. You’d think you’d want to keep those that have been with your app for a long time and that spend money on your books, happy, but apparently not. Since there are TONS of these apps and tons that have the same books…..I won’t be spending my money on your app anymore. Good luck with finding other people that will stay loyal to your app, when you keep screwing those that have been loyal to you.

Can’t say the books aren’t great, so far I have been reading two books which are amazing but the chapters are 4-5 pages long and paying for coins per chapter makes you spend over $50 on a book and it’s not even finished! Way too expensive to read books on this app. Both books I was reading have over 300 chapters and the chapters get more expensive the more you read ! Extremely un pleased with this app. The obsession with the books has made me spend over $80 on coins and I am not even half way through either book !! An average novel costs MUCH less than this ! They purposely make the chapters short and the book long so that you are constantly buying coins to unlock the chapters. And if the book is “ongoing” (which most of them are) it’s likely you’re going to catch up and end up waiting for the author to upload more chapters. If you have money to blow, by all means, the stories are great. If you have bills like myself and can’t afford to spend over $100 on a book, I suggest you find another alternative. I draw the line at $100 for half read books!! Ridiculous !

They get my Apple Pay information and keep took my money without permission. You can’t contact them to get the money back, in a week and I got steal money 3 times from this App. $56 CAD in a week??? And can’t contact them at all.

Warning: This app is a scam. It hides subscriptions so you cannot find or cancel them in iPhone settings or inside the app. It keeps charging your card without permission, and there is no way to reach customer service. Do not download this app. Apple should remove it immediately.

Do not subscribe to their VIP. It is impossible to unsubscribe and there is no live agent to respond to your questions.

I am trying to cancel a subscription that was mistakenly purchased. The subscription does not show in my Apple account so I cannot cancel it there. The receipt says it was purchased with Apple Pay via stripe. I have tried to use the chat bot in the app and it provides no solutions or support. I have email the customer service addresses I can find and I either get an auto-answer or a bounce back. I have also tried emailing the contact address given on the receipt, there has been no response. I have resorted to removing my card from Apple Pay and putting a hold on it. Don’t subscribe to this app!

I signed up for Quarterly VIP subscription how come I couldn’t access to all chapters? It still ask me to top up coins...

Unsubscribe since jan, but still taking money from my card. Tried to contact mobo reader but Nobody to talk to. I have not been using my card , and when i used it i saw all this transactions from feb till now . Can anybody help me to cancel this

The idea for the app is great and you can get lots of points but you can’t always use them.

They don’t give you an option to cancel your subscription. The only way is to contact your banking and get a new card. There is no way to cancel your subscription and will continue taking money from your account.

I enjoy the books on this app, but sad now I have to wait before I can continue the book if trying to read for free. Most books are more than 500 chapters, so I don’t know if I will finish it, because of the wait.

La lecture est fantastique, mais si au moins on saurait combien de chapitre il y a , cela orienterait nos décisions d’achats. A moins que je ne sache pas comment faire ? Je trouve juste dommage que les prix soient aussi élevés par rapport à un livre en librairie.. quel déception de ne pas pouvoir lire les histoires qui nous tente sans payer une fortune .

I found the story engaging and kept wanting to read more but I find the cost is high in comparison to purchasing an e-book. I don’t mind watching one ad to read a bit more but having to progressively watch more ads to read one chapter is also frustrating. I would prefer to just be able to purchase the whole book to read. A previous story I read was very frustrating - it went on forever, the plot twists kept repeating themselves and there were continuity errors like the names of significant characters changed from one chapter to the next.

Unless you’re willing to pay, they have ad(s) after each chapter (and chapters are extremely short). Overall hard to really get into a story when you’re constantly stopping to watch or read ads.

I bought different products through Apple on this app but didn’t realize I was being charged through iCloud. Received ridiculous amount of charges through Moboreader and they told me to go to this app to cancel subscriptions and yet there is nothing here on cancellations!

It’s so annoying to watch videos, half the time you don’t get videos at all. Very frustrating! I’m about to end this charade! Not worth the story!

Super Application de lecture , très bon roman . Je déplore quand même le fais de devoir toujours regarder des pubs pour lires les chapitres suivants pour que ce soit gratuit. Mais si non cela m’a redonner le goût de lire

Great stories but you mostly have to pay for all the chapters.
