Seemed alright but issuesYou are able to unlock a lot of episodes by watching ads, but annoyingly it’s two ads per episode and some episodes are shorter than the ads used to unlock them. You can do multiple logins which makes unlocking episodes easier. I found a lot of shows I haven’t found on other apps. I have 2 issues, maybe 3. First off, to get these “bonus” (some kind of app currency) they want you to give a 5 star rating, hence why I am here. So I would check what people actually say to know what they really think. Second, what is this “bonus”??? The app doesn’t explain it and it doesn’t unlock episodes, yet it is the only thing you get from the rewards page unless you do a week of check-ins and finally get “coins”. The “coins” are able to unlock episode but the “bonus” seems to have no use and a waste of time. Lastly, the final 5 episodes are NOT unlock able. It doesn’t even look like you can’t use “coins” to unlock them. Poor Opportunities To Earn & Zero Customer Service: Total DisappointmentI love the short film apps. I have 15 of them. I try to support them by watching ads and buying coins/vouchers. This app, however, does not seem to appreciate their customer. I was able to watch ads at first but the closer I came to the end of the short film the less options it gave me to watch ads. Eventually, it stopped working all together - watching ads and it hasn’t worked for weeks. I bought coins - 1000 for 10$ and got in 2 episodes with all the coins being used up. I replied to a post on instagram with zero response. I keep checking in daily hoping to get to the end of this short film but found that the vouchers I’d earned by checking in were missing by 1/2 - I had 2 episodes left so I bought another 1000 coins thinking I could get them in, use up all the coins to finish the show but it only gave me 1 episode and used up 620 coins. Still no ads to earn episodes. I clicked on contact us and typed in my upset with zero response. MoboReelsIt's the only reading app I currently have because all of the others have either time limits where you are forced to wait days to continue reading, or they force you to pay. Decent storiesThe stories are decent it keeps you entertained but they cost way too much and it’s a hassle to get the free bonus ones. There’s other apps that allow you to watch up to 10 free clips per day unlocked by watching an ad of course but it’s still better than having to sit there watching who knows how many ads to collect enough bonus points for half of the amount you need for a clip and they added the feature for you to read articles to get more bonus points but again you have to read/stay for 20 secs 5 articles for 15 bonus points when it takes about 150 to watch a clip even after you complete everything you often don’t even get to watch a clip until you completed all of those steps to get free bonuses the next day. In my opinion when you earn the things for free, it would be nice to a little bit more so you get more than only one episode the day but it’s better for it to be free and you get one a day then to pay and you only get two episodes a day even after you paid! I thought 1950coins is enough for 10 episodes, but it only unlock 4 episodes. their customer service told me its 180coins per episode depending on length. a 41 second episode is 340 coins?! and 1:21 is 600+coins. Those sneak peak episodes are intentionally locked so viewers can pay more. I already watched that Young master who likes to dance in other app all the way at the end. They have it too but they locked the last few episodes. Trust me you can find better apps than this when you pay the vip and watch all the episodes until the end. From a app developer perspectiveYou will in your customers with great episodes that was lengthy.. after a few episodes, knowing that we caught into the show, you asked us to pay and even even if we don’t pay you access to watch videos and sign ups rate your app all kinds of things but even doing so and building the coins up to watch another episode you make the episodes get shorter and shorter and shorter not even equivalent to the amount of ads we had to watch just to watch a short clip episode. It seemed very rigged and feel scammed and it’s really sad because I was expecting a lot more from an app like this that shows you guys have one. Here is great. I would’ve definitely gave you all five stars if I didn’t feel so scammed I had signed up with my email. Then when I came back to watch the episode, it didn’t allow me to watch the episode. Customer ServiceI would like to start this review by saying I have used many apps similar to this and haven’t had any issues with getting a subscription. I have even bought coins in this app without issue. That being said each episode costs so much that the coin packs don’t even seem worth it to be honest. So I decided to bite the bullet and buy a subscription deal they had advertised to me. However, the subscription deal did not sync to my account. I have tried using their “contact us” feature twice without a response. I even waited roughly 13 hours in between thinking they may have needed some time to see the messages. When I still received no response I tried using the email provided in their Terms of Service Agreement and that email is not valid. EXPENSIVE to continue to watchAfter seeing so many of these short movies, I finally got sucked in by one, Beneath the Unwanted Wife’s Mask. After downloading the free app, I was able to watch the first 9 reels for free. (The reels are 1 - 2 1/2 mins long.) I figured it wouldn’t cost more than $10-$20 to watch the entire movie so I purchased 1000 coins for $9.99 just to check things out. The entire movie is 71 reels. I was shocked when the movie stopped playing after the 16th reel! That’s $9.99 to watch about 15 mins! They do give you ways to earn more coins by watching ads, checking in daily, watching other shows, etc. Overall, these movies are not worth the cost. You can watch better quality movies and shows on Viki, Viu and other Asian apps that are free. Greedy developersThe main reason I only gave two stars is because I purchased a subscription believing I’d have access to all episodes of all shows and what I got was unlimited access to all except the last 10 episodes. When the 12 hours was up, I was able to watch 3 episodes before getting the message that I would need to purchase early access or wait 17 hours this time before continuing to watch. At this rate, it’s going to take 4 days to finish. Doing this is nothing more than a money grab.
