PCGS has taught me the meaning of gradeSince becoming a PCGS member several years ago it’s been a pleasure to openly understand the grading process. Turn-overs are fast and fairly simple. As a detailed artist it’s helped me to focus on coin grading prior to sending in my personal coins for grade. Lately I’ve gotten better at respecting their grading technic. I think PCGS is doing a wonderfully fantastic job and I’d like to thank all its staff for their outstanding customer service. I always look forward to that grade which I myself see, while PCGS simply confirms my visions of grade. I can now see the difference between an MS70 -vs- an MS69. Be it proof or uncirculated coins. Wish however that when I post my coins proudly in my inventory and add photos that they would remain in place as I’ve had to repost photos again and a again because they simply vanish. Time consuming and my only frustration. Overall PCGS is the very best when it comes to grading ones coins. Extremely happy member. Still wonder why I did not get this years special collectible box as I signed up for it while my coins are in for grade…maybe I just lucked out :( Happy Customer - Happy Collector!!!.The1FooVersion: 2.2.1

PCGS Coin submission formHello my name is Adan in September 2021 send two orders of medals and coins and today is December 25, 2021 already to end the year 2021 and I have not received a response or email from PCGS and I think they have given me a horrible service and I'm thinking of going in person to claim my coins and medals. Before we were with NGC they were fast but they did not give the proper certification to my parts and we opted to move to PCGS and it went very very bad and we cannot send more parts due to the poor service we have received it is very frustrating to be waiting and send more parts . and I think that the fact that Abee bought a membership plus there is no reason to wait so many months to receive one or two batches I hope this is very clear so that other people think very well and look for a more responsible certifying company.Adan RivasVersion: 2.2.2

Same glitches from a year agoNot only has their customer service and grading service on the decline as far as quality, the app is following suit. I just wanted to check on my coins that have been sitting there for weeks (some with just a reholder svc) to find myself in a continuous loop of log in, slow loading screens, then jumping back to log in, and around and around we go. It’s ridiculous. Customers pay a premium above other companies for your svc, put that money to good use and strive to improve in all aspects..Yugiohman9109Version: 2.2.2

Great customer service - app is arcane…PCGS is a fantastic service! The staff is friendly, professional and courteous. The app falls way short and is more than slightly difficult to update one account. The web page is better, however doesn’t keep the updated payment information.. Someone needs to help meI payed for the most expensive subscription you guys have and I cannot get back in. It won’t accept my passwords saved by my iPhone and when I go to reset my password it askes for my last password. If I knew that I wouldn’t have to be resetting it. Confusing mess!!Log into the registry ,no your account , wait the PGCS coin app. 42 different log in pages later and I still can’t take a picture of my PGCS coin holder with a barcode to upload into my collection.
