What a simple method to help with anxietyThis app is a huge plus for people who suffer with anxiety and trauma. I learned this technique from you several years ago and put it on the shelf. When I got the technique again this year and bought your book trauma tapping, I was hooked. I have added this short tapping program to my daily morning practice. It has become a habit and has much improved my mood. Easy, short, and meaningful. I am truly grateful for this program and your efforts to spread the word. A shooting incident last evening at the park where 8 year olds were playing baseball, is affecting me.
