Unable to send messagesThe app has the feature to message the practice, however, only a blank email shows up. No idea how to send since no drop down or list of people with the practice appears. Also, finding the visit notes is not intuitive. Other apps, Healow, My Chart are very easy to message the offices and find the visit notes..Version: 7.8.0

Skeptical at first, but no issues so farI was skeptical about this app due to the abundance of recent negative reviews. After downloading the app and completing the registration myself, I can only conclude that the issues others experience are due to user error, incomplete setup of initial patient info by their doctor’s office, or incomplete instructions provided by their doctor. I had no issues with signup and login. All information that I had already provided to my doctor was available. My pharmacy on file with my doctor’s office was already set up for me. It was honestly a breeze. I haven’t had an opportunity to try any of the other features, but thought I would at least leave a positive comment on the signup process, as this seems to be the source of frustration from most of the reviews..Version: 7.5.0

Moderately good appIt lets me get to my information fairly well. However, when inputting things in the family history section I needed to check another app on my phone to make sure I had the right words and each time it threw away my place so I had to start over. I know I didn’t save it yet, but it shouldn’t, just for me putting the app down and grabbing another one. Throw what I’m doing away, in my opinion. He did this a lot while I was inputting my data. It also made it hard to put things like, renal failure, which was on the death certificate of a family member and because it required me to give a more specific name of the condition, than the death certificate has, and will not take the general renal failure..Version: 7.7.0

Works fine on my iPhone, tablet, etc.My iPhone works fine on the Portal. I'm not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. When I originally opened the app, I found all my personal data to be there and it was correct. I had previously completed an online pre appointment questionnaire from my home computer, on my medical office site prior to my first visit. All the data transferred correctly. After the exam, the Portal contained all the doctor's exam notes, etc. I signed up for the Portal after my first visit. And all seems to be working fine..Version: 7.5.0

LRITTENHOUSEThis was one of the most positive experiences I’ve had in a medical office in quite some time. I had a significant problem reached out on line to the office very early in the morning, I received a call back from the staff even before the office was opened and they were extremely compassionate and got me in immediately. Dr. Bahner was very thorough and very kind. I’m on the road to recovery and will make this practice my go to for all my dermatology needs. I don’t recall the names of all the staff members I interacted with but every one of them gets five stars from me. Thank you for caring!.Version: 7.5.0

Foot Care Dr. SpearDr. Spear is awesome. I had a back injury several years ago. Which has led to me being permanently in a wheelchair. I was a nurse for many years before the injury. I have had neuropathy over a 4 year span. My sense Of feeling has diminished. I’m very concerned about blood circulation/feeling in legs and feet. I was referred by a friend to check out his office it was close to home. Moral: I am so glad I did. He spoke to me like an adult, gave me a good idea about let’s start simple, we can add if we need to. AND: The pain I was having in my foot was relieved in a month. No additional medications needed, use what you have, but purchase a pad for cushioning. AMAZING: results Very happy with his mature, calm nature and willingness to help me. Question/recomendationI try to use the App with an iPhone 12 and hearing aides connecting via Bluetooth. However with the current version of the app I have not been able to get the Bluetooth to link. It seems the app only accesses the speaker on the iPhone and the only way for me to hear is to turn the speaker gain to near max and to do the same for my hearing aides. The higher gain settings cause some distortions and amplifications of unwanted noise. Can the app be modified to access the iPhone Bluetooth link through my hearing aid app/link? Using it this way it is difficult to hear the Dr..Version: 7.9.0

Multiple Practices a PainI have two different physicians from two different practices who use this app. Switching between the two is not easy for intuitive. You have to logout of the current practice, change the URL, then login to the new practice. Since the practice URL is not part of the username/pwd, it is easier to make all the passwords the same across practices (security non-no) to enable password manager auto fill. Other patient apps (notably MyChart) makes it far easier to toggle between practices. Functionality is ok when logged in to the correct practice..Version: 7.3.0

GlitchedI can’t review because I am in a loop trying to reset my password. I request the email and click on the link. The link takes be to the App Store to load the app I already have but no help with the password. I should have known it would be a problem after spinning the dials for my date of birth when requesting a password change. I had it on ‘11” but “10” is what is put in the date field. I did this four times and got the same result. If I spun the date to “12@ I got the needed “11.” Now if I could just get a password change!.Version: 7.7.0

Address EditI’ve started using this app because my doctor’s office requires it. It was great until it wasn’t. Please allow your doctor’s office to edit or clarify their physical address. I spent good 20 minutes going to the location however, there is hospital and 2 other plazas at the listed address. A doctor’s office having the ability to update their address will allow patients to plan better and park closer and not have to walk as far..Version: 7.9.0

Review of application onlineThere should be away to type “don’t remember” when dates are asked for regarding dates I started or stopped medications. I had to fill in dates/guess some date as an option to type words wasn’t a choice, which was annoying!! Also, it should say to allow plenty of time to fill this out as it is extremely comprehensive & takes a very long time to complete as accurately as possible..Version: 7.3.0

App Editing is Hit and MissThis app has several issues. One is that adding a pharmacy will take the new pharmacy information, but not allow it to be saved. There is no option to go to the next step. Also rating this app will often change the number of stars on its own. Always in favor of the app itself..Version: 7.8.0
