Good 95%+ of the timeI love my drivers and the technology works almost all the time. Sometimes the ride will be late, especially during high demand times like rush-hour. Occasionally the navigation will take drivers in the way that you know is less efficient, but generally they will take advice from passengers. Overall, I highly recommend the service. if you were using the service to get to work, I recommend building in a decent buffer to make sure you’re not late. Almost all the time it picks me up in the earlier parts of the pick up and drop off window, but like I said earlier, every once in a while, it will not. Needs better notificationsThe service overall is pretty good my main issue is that there are no notifications given to me until the driver is at my stop. This has led to me missing a good few rides simply because I got distracted and didn’t check the app enough then I decide to check and it’s like already a minute away and at that point I can’t get there in time. “Bad reviews”The people leaving bad reviews do not know what they’re talking about. Learn to plan ahead! just like if you took the bus, even though it says it’ll be here at 3 sometimes it’s here by 3:15 because of unforeseeable reasons. What's not to love?The Via Link has tremendously improved my life, and it is an excellent service! Like another reviewer pointed out, it's so inexpensive it feels free. For those who complain about being late, i recommended booking a few minutes earlier than you are at present. The service is a ride-sharing service, so it needs to stop being judged like its a personal taxi or uber. there are other riders to account for, so adjust your commute schedule to compensate for that. i've had no issues doing this. App is very useful but still needs some work.I like how easy it is to use this app and how many options it gives when booking a ride. Unfortunately the only down side is that the gps location is very slow and sometimes doesn’t give you accurate ETA. Most of the via stops don’t have overhangs so you’ll be stuck in rain or cold weather waiting for your ride. What’s to complain about? LolAny bad reviews written need to chill a little. It’s an inexpensive (almost free it’s so inexpensive) that there’s nothing to complain about. Driver was a couple minutes late? So what! Driver dropped you off a couple of feet away from destination? So! Inexpensive and you have to take a couple of steps to get where you’re going. Very helpfulJust got done with my first ride on the Via Link. It was different at first, sort of a combination of an Uber and a city bus. Works exactly like a bus with cash only fare or passes. Do you wanna always be late and dropped off and some random placeBruh my drivers lowkey always late bruh it’s not their fault I think plus this dumb app will reroute you even when you next and just screw your whole day up. If you plan on being late it’s great. But whoever made this app reach out we can set up a cage match bruh I wanna take a look at you . I also wanna update my review these drivers are super rude most of them, very entitled and whiny, then they will be extremely late to pick you up, even tho you usually have to walk to one of their ridiculous stops, then the app will not show you how far your driver is until you are the next stop. So I could be waiting for my driver an extra 10-15 to even longer and apparently I’d have to wait out in the rain or hot when I scheduled my ride and a specific time and this service is constantly TARDY. If I schedule a ride between a 10 minute window (8:30-40 let’s say) I shouldn’t have to wait out in the cold and rain till 9 o clock when your service says you will get me at this time. Then if I want to wait inside my house till the app actually tells me my late incompetent driver is on the way, they will end up telling my ride is 2 minutes away and the driver will pull up before I can even get there and leave after 1 minute even though these simpleton drivers were 20-30 minutes late. Not very put togetherThe drivers for the most part are awesome, however the service itself leaves A LOT to be desired. Honestly miss the idea of being able to count on a bus every hr/30 minutes. First the drop off/ pickup points can be inconvenient and even unsafe, as if whoever decided on the locations of them doesn’t actually go to the place they choose which is not the brightest idea. Also the service hours are more of a suggestion because if it is within the first or last hour of service you likely are not going to be able to get a ride because of the way the system is set up. the location services do not work properly and timing is also a suggestion as if they are short a driver you can expect to be late. With nearly every update, many users lose access to their accounts and are forced to register again. This has happened repeatedly and creates unnecessary frustration for riders who rely on the service. Even more concerning is that when the app stops working, users are sometimes told to call to book a ride. Yes, actually call. In 2026, it is surprising that a ride service app still requires phone booking because the app fails. Additionally, the app does not provide any clear or easy way to submit a support ticket or find the correct phone number specifically for the Little Roadrunner service. Important support options are very difficult to locate within the app. On the other hand, I want to emphasize that the drivers of Little Roadrunner, the call center representatives, and the cleanliness of the cars are truly excellent and very much appreciated. They are professional, kind, and represent the best part of the service. However, what is the point of having such great drivers and service if users cannot reliably access the app to book rides on time and actually use these facilities? For a transportation service that many people depend on daily, the app should be much more stable, reliable, and user-friendly. Disappointment and FrustrationI've been using this app for 3 months now and its always the same. From the horrible arrival times, to the consistent tardiness from most drivers, and even the straight up disrespect these drivers give you. Requesting rides is a nightmareI’m a student who lives 10+miles away from college and I rely on the bus and this transportation heavily. I understand there are unforeseeable circumstances but requesting a ride as of these past few weeks has been horrible. Will make you late almost always.This service was good when it started but now it’s just so hard to get a ride on time. I’ve even tried scheduling like 15-20 minutes early and still they show up like 20-30 mins often, not always but often. If they were just 5-10 mins late that’s ok but it’s just too much. HorribleI wish they would at least reinstate one bus. I’ve missed several classes and interviews because the links sometimes pass every 15 min or are sometimes only are available every hour. It doesn’t have a set time like the bus system does and it’s impossible to know what time they will decide to do. It’s based on luck and if you can catch one before someone else does you don’t have to wait an hour to leave wherever your at. I hate this service and wish they wouldn’t have removed the buses. Early & Late drivers, inconvenient!Even if you schedule a ride, drivers will show up whenever they want. They can show up early and say that you are a “no show” if you’re not there. They can even show up late, but you’re not given any updates until a driver accepts your ride. So you’re basically sitting in the dark, not knowing whether or not you’re gonna get picked up. UnreliableIt was good for a little bit until today when I decided to use the service to get me home.
