Beautiful ResourceMy mom used to pay almost $500 a month in ubers for work which was only a 5 minute drive away! We both can’t drive due to disabilities and this has become our life saver. I truly wish they had this throughout all of Houston and perhaps some day they will. For now, this is amazing for our Black and Brown communities. All the drivers are amazing and sweet to me and my mother. I do not have any complaints! Keep doing the amazing work yall are doing! Needs improvementThe system in general needs a revamp. People book rides a week in advance and block the schedule for the first 4 hours of the day. If you need to be at work in the morning don’t bother they won’t be available until after 10 am you will be late for work using this service!!!! Trust me!!! With the amount of people in the city running a bus once a hour makes no sense. I’ve lost my job riding this bus couldn’t take jobs because the bus doesn’t go there. I’ve sat on the side of the rode for up to two hours because the bus is having significant delays.. all metro can offer is a im sorry but never a fix to the problem. Yes metro is cheaper than paying 30 dollars on Uber but you will wait hours to get to your destination.CedcalVersion: 3.14.0
