Services In high demandWhenever I try to book a ride, it says it’s in high demand and can’t be used. I try over and over again to make it work, but it still stays the same thing. I end up having to wait for long times to get picked up and just end up giving up and not booking a ride. I don’t know if it’s glitching or if there really is no ride available, but something should be done so people don’t have to wait long times. Needs improvementThe concept is nice but needs a lot of improvements one should be able to decide closest virtual bus stops I had my address under pickup and it finalized a virtual bus stop 20 minutes away from home when there was a 6 minute bus stop a lot closer to home.
