Customer service and useI had originally bought the premium pact from a gift card and it worked for a day a the prescription wouldn’t work. I emailed them and within the day there was a response, amazing customer support and amazing presets! So easy to use and so many options! I definitely recommend!.Version: 1.8.4
Worth it!I have bought other presets from different companies and they offer a very limited variety of presets. This offers so many and I can edit pictures very easily. I also like that they use pictures to show examples of how certain edits make picture look. Very nice. Love the California filters.m and the indoor.Version: 1.5.2
LOVE IT!!I’m a Photographer and this is my favorite preset app, and the only preset app I will ever use. Easy to download the presets to LR and super easy to apply to the photo. I did have an issue with billing, and was contacted by the developer within HOURS. All of my concerns were resolved quickly and with patience. Great job! Only one bundle is freeOnly one bundle is free, it’s the “California” bundle. Great quality, sure, but don’t advertise “free presets” and then try to charge us $16 for everything.
