Great easy app to use would be 5 stars if it had pay as you go.I had some paperwork I had to fax in which is normally not a problem. With all the stay at home rules I am forced to work at home with no real access to simple office tools. After reading several app descriptions and reviews I picked this one. So Far, So GoodSo far, the app is doing what it states. Sending faxes for free. It’s very simple with basically no frills but does allow one to add a basic cover page to an outgoing fax. Works WellEasy to use, no ridiculous fees, and a sent confirmation. It does take a few minutes to send each page, so if you are faxing a long document, expect it to take a little while. FAX APPThis app appears to function however; 1. I find the fact that you cannot keep a record of the fax a major problem, 2. There is no way to confirm that the recipient actually received the fax, 3. The cover sheet calls for the senders fax number which in fact is one’s own cell number and not an actual fax number. Won’t let me delete draft faxIt works to send fax for free only the first 3 fax’s are free. Then once you create a draft fax even if you delete the pages they still keep popping up in the draft. Not sending my fax after multiple attemptsI have been very discouraged trying to use this app. First it’s difficult to open up on my iPhone 11 unlike other app. Then when I send the fax it takes forever and then I can’t tell what it was sent or not. If I go back and look at history it says it wasn’t sent. I have tried this in multiple locate locations after multiple times during the day and different days. Have been trying it on Wi-Fi and cellular doesn’t seem to make a difference. I’ve contacted the developer and have had no response yet. I’m about ready to give up and try another one.I read the reviews on their site. This app has to be a jokeIn the first sentence in the description of this app is the question: “Have to work from home?” I bought this app because I do have to work from home and I do not have a landline installed, so I thought this application would give me the tools to receive and print faxes. Receiving the fax worked well, I was even notified quickly of the received fax, but I cannot print the fax. I have an iPad Pro with the latest iPadOS installed. When I click on the box with an up arrow that should give me multiple options, including print, nothing happens. I wrote the support team before 2:00 pm and it is now almost 8:00 pm and I still have not received a reply to my request for help. I really wish I had chosen one of the many other fax programs rather than this one. Is this a Real App?I need it to receive an important fax so I figured I’ll just let me go and download the app and set up a fax number so that I can receive the information I needed. Unfortunately this app takes at least a minute to start and I know it’s not my phone because I’m using an iPhone 12 Pro Max and every other app that I open on my phone seems to run flawlessly. Everything seem to be working properly until I paid, once I paid for the one week subscription the app started acting up. I tried to go into settings and look and see what the fax number what’s that for but every time I go to that section in the app it just keeps spinning, I’ve tried it on cellular connectivity and with Wi-Fi connectivity and I’m still unable to get this I have to respond properly. I liked the benefit of having my own fax number and was willing to pay the $8.99 a week for the service. (I chose not to pay the $89 for the year thankfully.) The record of the fax was “sent” on the sender’s end and verified by a different agent than the one who sent. I did not receive. Still hasn’t shown 3 days later. I also see even if you pay annually this mobile fax app company will shift and give you a new fax number every 30 days. Great for a drug dealer or scam artist, but not for me. Pretty much worthlessI had to receive a fax so I paid for a week of this app. I received the fax, but then could only read it on my mobile device or re-fax it out. The forwarding functionality to email, messages, etc is broken in the app. Contacted customer support. No response. So I finally re-faxed it to an office store, which is what I was trying to avoid in the first place. Does Not WorkDownloaded app, tried sending an 11-page PDF fax (with cover) to my own fax number as a test, and it failed to send though it seemed to make the attempt. Saw a message to Resend, tapped the Resend button, saw an ad appear, I closed the ad and I was still unable to send with no valid indication as to why. I deleted the test fax from my queue, recreated the fax, retried sending and the fax would not send at all (not even make an attempt like the first test) though I kept seeing ads pop-up. ScamI downloaded this app to send a fax. I paid $8.99 for a weekly subscription in order to be able to send my fax. Despite trying to send over the course of several days, the fax never sent. Authentic fax experienceIf you’re looking to waste your time, this is the perfect app for you. Every page on the app takes about as long to load as a normal fax would take to send.
