Love the new Game!This game is perfect for my family! My husband and oldest son all have the Angry Birds 2 Game and we will all play the Clan Battles together. However my youngest son is just too young to play but now with this new game Angry Birds Casual we have him play that game while we are all playing the other. But I have to admit I ended up enjoying the game so much I had to add it to my phone as well. One thing I think would be nice though is the option to replay a level. Maybe like the AB2 game map where you can go back to levels I have already played. That way if the levels start to get too hard my son as the option to go back a replay the easier ones. Oh and the option to release a bird you started to fling. Other than that so far I absolutely love the new casual, fun, & relaxing addition to the Angry Birds Family. Fun becomes frustrating very quicklyI’m going to refrain from using any kind of retrospective context about original AB games and just judge this one on its own, for what it is. This game is a lot of things. “Balanced” is not one of them. It’s addictive and satisfying to knock down towers, but some of the later game mechanics just become frustratingly difficult to manage. I get that games are supposed to become more challenging as you get through them, but this one kicks it up in so many notches in so short a curve that it becomes really not fun to play. When they introduce new block types that are extremely unpredictable and start combining all different kinds of puzzles into one screen, while simultaneously nerfing your ammo, and then take into account the fact that the bird types are randomized on each level, you get something thats designed to push you into spending your own money on extra chances to finish a level. I hate games that are designed this way, especially when it starts out so unassuming and fun. There’s no ads interrupting your gameplay, which makes me want to play it more, but after about 150 levels it just gets way too frustrating to sink my time into. Do yourself a favor. Angry Birds - Micro Transaction EditionThe game itself is enjoyable. The birds are fun and the levels (at the beginning are good). After around level 100 it begins to become more and more obvious that the micro transactions are indeed very necessary to continue at any manageable pace. There are certain levels (you will have no problem spotting them) where it is necessary to have power ups to complete it. They will either use chains and bubble fields to sap your birds or simply not give you enough to make it through in the first place. When you run into these levels you can either buy your way past them or pray for one of those miracle birds to do major damage. I do like the game, but just as most games today it’s all about nickle and dimeing you to death. I would rather buy a game than deal with this micro transaction non-sense. But I’m afraid that will never change. Developers make way more money selling pay to win stuff than selling copies of the game. Devs, this is urgent!So I’ve encountered a bit of an issue. As of now level 235 is virtually impossible, not what I expected a “Hard” level to be honestly. At the final room, if the balloon birds float to the right side of the stage, they cannot be counted as collected because there isn’t enough space to register this. Sure, I could try my hardest to make them go left, (Which I have) but that’s not my problem. So it’d be greatly appreciated if you guys could fix this. There also a slight visual issue where when switching rooms, the Bird that’s after the one in play will switch when entering your slingshot, throwing off strategy. I’d also appreciate either a better indication of the Cloud Mask’s location or the clouds just to be a visual disturbance rather than a condition, and to give the fireflies some more brain power so they can move left, right, up or down more so I don’t have to keep wasting moves because they won’t go upwards with nothing in their way. Far from PerfectAngry birds is a guilty pleasure of mine, and the last games were excellent. This one however has a few issues that need to be taken accounted for. Starting off with the difficulty. There are “extreme” levels that you will fly through no problem, only for the next “easy” to be harder than anything you’ve done before. Some of the harder levels requires luck, and without the power ups you will grind for endlessly until you finally get the right combination of birds needed, or for the blocks to fall just right. The next issue I’ve had is placement. I have seen the construction pigs fly up and attach themselves to a curved down ceiling making it impossible to hit unless you have exactly Red, which more often than not, you will not have. Another issue I’ve had and I’m sure others have is being forced to use the infinite heart the moment you get it. You’re unable to come back later and use it, because when you do it’s completely gone. Also, if you close the game and come back just a few minutes later, it voids all the remaining time making it useless. Lastly, some glitches I’ve experienced. A bird balloon was slowly making its way across a ceiling and was eventually going to make it, and the game automatically sped up only to fail me. I’ve passed levels, only to have lost a heart for some reason, as well as watching the add to gain an extra life only for it immediately to fail me on the same level before it even resets using up the life I just got. You’ve got a glitch.So just now I lost a game due to this same glitch. I reached level 1308 and on the last puzzle, used the watch a video for one more bird option. This red bird not only was able to destroy the remaining pigs, including the one in the pink bubble, but with it’s last hit, clear the path for the light beam to reach the hatchling in the cloud. But before it finished steaming the cloud open, the you lost by 1 screen appeared. A second later the hatchling was released and all goals were now accomplished. Usually when this happens, the screen changes to reflect the level has been ‘nailed’. But this time that didn’t happen. I was left with only 2 choices, spend hard earned coins to continue, when there was nothing left to do or try again. this is the second time this has happened, both times on a level with the light beam as the last puzzle. Fun game for kids and adults too!!I initially started looking for fun games for my five-year-old grandson. So many of the games look fun but there’s so much violence and bloodshed that I couldn’t find any kind of shooting games that didn’t involve “death“. When I found Angry Birds it was the perfect solution! It gives my five-year-old grandson the satisfaction of shooting at something and doing it in a fun way. I no longer have to worry about what he’s seeing on the screen. I’m 74 years old and I know I probably should have seen this game before but I never really paid attention until now. A little annoyingSo the game play for this app is cool but… what you realize after playing it for a while is that it isn’t that you need more birds to complete a level, but the right birds in the right order to complete a level without applying bonuses or buying more birds. And it seems to be set up that the first couple of times you try a level, the birds you get don’t work to complete it. No matter what you do. And some levels are impossible to complete without buying birds or using the freeze or duck for instance. It is designed to take your money in that regard unless you have an extreme amount of patience and are willing to quit playing frequently after short periods of time when your lives run out. It is fun to play but it frequently becomes not fun when you realize it is intentionally making things impossible to complete and you loose bonuses and so forth..Fan not a fanVersion: 2.4.0

Needs workThis game is fun and addictive. The game play is smooth and enjoyable but it need some improvements. Angry Chuck and Silver are pretty much worthless. They function the same as they do normally. I never use them angry unless I have to. They should either travel the entire length of screen or travel twice (down then up for Silver, right then left for Chuck). The other birds are useful when angry. You also need to add the ability to switch birds. It’s pointless to have different abilities if I can’t choose when to use them. I understand the order of the birds makes the levels more challenging and you goal is to get people to spend money on power ups, but limiting my ability to choose my own strategy makes the game less fun and more boring. I like it !!!I don’t know why so much hate for this ....I think it’s cute and simple but pretty engaging and I been playing angry birds for years !!! A fun game to play during breaks in your day.Fun and challenging without being overly hard. Not one of those games that ramp up the difficulty to force you to buy coins to continue levels. And NO ADS. omg thank you. Its so refreshing to play a game with no ads after every level. I look forward to seeing what challenges you have in store for the updates. Being able to replay levels would be a great addition. And maybe bonus levels where you have 1 bird and the layout has 1 or more ways for that one bird to take the whole layout down. The support storyI was on level 182, one of those levels with 4 parts to it and I had used an ice & 2 ducks. I had this level beat if only I had just one more bird. So because this was my first loss of the day I watched an add and the add played through without any problems but I didn’t get my extra bird but the ad bottom was still up. I watched a second video ad and did not receive My extra bird. The ad video button stayed up but the third time no matter what I just couldn’t push it so I lost 2ducks and an ice for nothing. Awesome gameI mainly play this game while at work because I work 12hr shift & at times it do get really boring. But this game is absolutely good to play while at work. I’m fully focused on passing tough levels I also get completely zoned out at times. Here’s a suggestion for the developers. It would be a good idea to take the remaining birds after each stage & get a boost for more suns to collect the sun chest or if the players have 2 birds left, those 2 birds should be added to the next stage so instead of starting off with 10 birds we’ll have 12 birds. I Like It, But There’s Room for ImprovementSomething that I really like about this game is that you don’t have to tap the screen to prompt the birds’ powers. But there are several things I would like for there to be done: 1. Make it easier to purchase power-ups. 2. Make the balloons more sensitive to pop. They shouldn’t be limited to popping once they reach the top. 3. Make the fireflies smarter. The fireflies only travel towards each other in a straight path. If there’s an alternate route that provides them a means to reach each other, they should take it. 4. The pigs should be more sensitive. It started as fun….Level 77 took several days to get through, level 78, I’m not getting through unless I spend money, it was fun for a while, now I’m going back to the older games, this is where my journey ends. I take this back, I’m at level 120 now and only spent 99 cents. Some levels just take time, they have also added a new feature that makes the game more playable. You can also watch a video one time and get an extra bird once a day. Update 2~Feb-23: ruined voice sfx, pointless “mama” fireflyWhy would you change the bird voices on (at least) the pink and black bird? New ones have no character to them! Part of the joy of playing AB has always been the care taken to have unique characters. The new voice sfx are flat and lack the character of the original ones. So much so that I’m ready to hang up my recent addiction to AB Journey (a fan of the original but hadn’t played in years). I’m almost to level 500, but disappointed enough that I probably will “quit while I’m ahead”. The new “mama” firefly seems pointless, distracting, and slows game play. No solution glitch—deletedI got the Journey game after reaching 500+ level on the previous game that was reset. This one is more fun, which was a surprise. However, today I was on a streak which ended without a solution. There’s a kissing bird at the bottom of the launch. All pigs killed, no other kissing bird present. The one by the launch was facing the launch and despite waiting a long time never made progress vertically. There were 2 blocks on the ground and yellow triangle hanging. I used 950 coins to break the blocks. Then I used more coins 2x to get the triangle but was only given birds that can’t break a triangle. Then I had too few coins. I’m on level 1499 and I don’t think it’s that hard for me plus if you are stuck on levels you get a free booster at the start of each day. And also you get free events like birdie’s ksiok and bonfire event. Also during holidays sometimes the birdies ksiok is expanded. FRUSTRATING to say the leastI agree with the year old review of Boaconductor although I have gotten to a level in the 2000s before I now want to throw my device in the swamp! It is becoming more and more obvious that it’s not actually getting more difficult but it actually thwarts you from completing a level. A bird that SHIULD take out an obstacle doesn’t so that now you have to waste another bird to HOPEFULLY complete a level. I have very rarely spent money on a game and I don’t plan to start. Great game! 1 small issue though…This is a perfect reimagination of the original angry birds formula but there’s a small issue with the win streak fury charges. When you have 2 or 3 charges, you can’t turn them off to save them for later. I have had several instances where I just needed one little thing (e.g. killing one pig or freeing one caged bird) but I still had a fury charge left and it gets wasted on doing one little thing. Fun, but an issue.I love the game and its levels, but just a problem which makes me bothered a lot. You see, the levels itself seems interesting and satisfying, right? But when you start playing, the audio cuts back and forth like there’s an audio error. For example, there is music in the background. Forced break(?) & bring back orig. versions!!!Devs: The bees that “Find” each other are a little too “Mindless”! If they happen to end up on opposite sides of the ground (I.e. Mesa - And this happens far more often than you’d expect!), they typically take 5 minutes or (Much) more to “Find” each other. Yes, I found that using “Stella”(?) can lift one of them up to a better location to expedite their task of finding each other, but am I really expected to use a bird/ life (Or more, if I happen to be on a different bird/ life - Using it/ them to only then get to use “Stella”) to avoid waiting?? Also, the birds shown in the “Next up” box aren’t always the bird that actually comes up next. This can very significantly throw off strategy. I enjoy playing the game and immensely enjoy the ads that allow you to cancel after a short time - I’m MUCH, MUCH, MUCH more likely to review (And more importantly, purchase!) their product than the ads that force you to sit there for 30 seconds OVER and OVER and OVER again!! I get it - advertising revenue pays for the game development, etc... but if I haven’t purchased/ downloaded “Landscapes” after being forced to watch their ad repeatedly, say 20 times, do they really expect me to be interested in the 21st? The 30th?? Even if I DO download it, I still see the ads - What’s the point? Are you familiar with effective advertising? Apparently not, as long as you can charge your advertisers for each view. And, yes, like many, many others, I’m upset that you removed “AB Seasons” and the original “AB” from the app stores. Why were they removed? You couldn’t collect user data and generate the same revenue as the more recent versions? Once you’re hook.. let loose the $$$$The game is good and fun. If you only intend to play on spare time, you’ll be amazed. Always asking to download contentWhile the game is fun, it is always asking to download content. Which is fine if I am on Wi-Fi. When I am on cell data, which I have a limited amount, I end up being forced to stop playing. I do not want to waste 150mb a shot to download new levels to continue playing while not on WiFi. Garbage with way too many glitchesSo I played the proto game for a year before they released the fully “completed” version. At least the beta version was playable. The full release is not. You cannot collect your festival rewards (collect button doesn’t work... you have to fully close and reopen the game to get past the frozen collect reward button to play on). Balloons get stuck in the terrain and no amount of birds will dislodge them so you lose the level and all of your progress. The fireflies are confused by terrain and refuse to find each other despite only a hill or floating ground (no blocks) separating them so, AGAIN, you lose the level and your progress. And then there was the glitch where there was only ONE firefly who just sat there because there was no one there to make a love connection with... ALL of the blocks had already been broken so it’s not like the second fly was hiding under a pile of rubble. Yet again this leads to the loss of the level and all progress. There are other obnoxious glitches but I’m not going to waste further time listing all of them. After a year playing the beta version I’m now deleting the game altogether since the full release is not playable. I’m damned tired of rich companies churning out garbage. Why the heck don’t they just release the original angry birds on the App Store? So stupid that we’re forced to choose from these “advanced” versions of the game that have been poorly vetted prior to release..AmazongrlVersion: 1.0.2

Disappointed GamerThe game started out being enjoyable and, at times, almost too easy. But as I progressed and got more into the game, I noticed things happening in an unusual way, such as the pieces not behaving in the same way each level. As I got further along, the birds started behaving erratically, for example, when I was down to two balloons to save, the Red bird would bounce around the one I aimed it at and destroy boards etc. around the area of the first balloon after the balloon was freed instead of going for the other balloon when earlier it would go for the second piece after the first piece was freed. Or the Bomb bird was used to destroy a small building housing a gaged balloon and the pieces would fly around instead of being destroyed and the caged balloon would land in a place that would require another bird just to destroy one tiny board. Once I spent real money to buy coins the games got harder and the coins I bought went fast. Instead of needing extra birds every third or fourth game, I was needing to buy extra birds almost every game. I’m at level 220 and have decided I no longer need the stress of watching pieces and birds behave differently than when I started the game. Not worth money vs rewardsI am a big Angry Bird fan, but this game is literally IMPOSSIBLE TO WIN without spending real money. The packages for coins aren’t worth the amount of coins received. There are virtually no rewards within the game to help you pass levels. If you are a paycheck to paycheck person like me do not download this game! Because it is extremely frustrating and only fun if you have plenty of money to spend. Almost every single level is impossible to pass after level like 200. I’m surprised bc my other angry birds games have a bunch of in app rewards and hard level offers for .99 or $2.99. Why does cost 950 coins to get 3 more birds to pass a level? Angry Birds Journey is no longer funSadly I’ve been playing this particular version for over 2 years and it’s exactly the same puzzles as when I started. It’s monotonous and now what with the Haunted Gaia Challenge it’s next to impossible to advance levels. Gets progressively worse over timeThe developers are hard at work making their game more infuriating to play and adding annoying “features”, with each update introducing more problems. They ignored all the bugs I sent to them, while removing beneficial things like daily potions for top players. Recently they added a permanent “extra bird” purchase popup every single time you want to start a game, and then grayed it out making it an extra step to play a game. Convenient bugs are everywhere, stopping you from completing hard levels and destroying streaks, such as abilities not activating, and frogs that become stuck on the screen, preventing anything from killing them. Watching ads also prevents you from playing, as they are sometimes zoomed in and the X button is unreachable, so even if you spent powerups and coins you can only quit the game. After sending screenshots to support they give you an hour of unlimited life if you’re lucky, and claim they will fix it. Could be a fun gameThis game is great and a lot of fun until you get up into the higher levels. Bad game don’t downloadAs a veteran angry birds player, these new games and attempts to keep their company afloat are horrible. So many ads and micro transactions. The birds got a major nerf and the levels are plain and boring. The “bomb” bird used to be one of the best birds in the game if placed correctly, it is not a measly hollow shell of what it used to be and has become a very sub par bird to use. You used to be able to control when the bird used their abilities (blowing up bomb or using chucks dash) but now they only activate on impact taking the enjoyment out of the game and reducing the control the player has. Plus, the game now has a heart system where for every level failed you lose a heart and have to wait to regenerate them. Long gone are the days where I would spend hours on a level trying to beat it but instead, I must to regenerate these hearts to continue playing. FrustratingThe game starts off good with memories of the great original but then quickly becomes frustrating. How things fall and break are so inconsistent that strategy goes out the window and it’s down to luck. Example some things are in cages which you have to break to rescue what’s inside but one map the cage will break after falling a short distance and the next time it will fall the width of the map and get buried under concrete and not break. Also the powers your birds have are very inconsistent doing different damage to the same item on different turns. It’s gotten better, but not by a long slingshot.Last time I saw this app, it was called Angry Birds Casual, and it was apparently in soft launch, so I expected it to get better. Keeps crashingThis game was fun for a while but now it keeps crashing and the developers aren’t doing anything about it. Despite many reports on my end and screen recording evidence they aren’t fixing the issue.
