5stars…if you are diligentBought multiple of these cameras for our ranch, and use the app for remote monitoring. The most frustrating thing early in the learning curve is understanding that you have to keep the batteries charged…I mean, really charged! Early on, I was using the most expensive batteries, Everready lithium, and taking a single picture, not video, every 15 seconds. Some cameras, this did fine for two or three weeks. Other cameras with more activity, such as deer that fed all night, my camera would shut down within a week. Unfortunately, the last picture would often transmit with one or two bars of battery life, and make me wonder why all of a sudden the “cameras” would die?!? It was actually the batteries. I have learned that a better choice is to use rechargeable batteries, hi baby and solar chargers. Both are even more expensive than Everready lithium, but it is the best way to keep the cameras from shutting down. The solar chargers breakdown, sometimes in only six months to a year, but even when they do the rechargeable batteries can be taken home and recharged. I keep two full sets, and trade out the old ones every two to 6 weeks, depending on whether the solar charger is working at that particular camera or not..Brockstar37Version: 6.1.5

Patients is the keyI’ve been using the cellular camera since they were introduced and just like every other product on the market, they all have their own issues. I myself enjoy seeing what out there when I’m not there. With out having to go out and pull SD cards. There been a lot of complaints about their customer service department, my experience with them has been very positive. I’ve learned to be patient and someone will get back with you. We all should remember that it wasn’t customer service that did the APP UPGRADE, it probably was someone higher up within the company, but customer service are left dealing with outcome. We should cut them some slack. It’s taking some time but in my opinion the cameras are getting back to normal before the app upgrades..MememememememsVersion: 6.1.1

Poor Customer ServiceI own 2 of the Stealth Cam Deceptors. Both started off great and one is still working fine. However, the second one back in October began draining batteries out of the blue, within a weeks time is was dead. This happened over and over after confirming settings. The problem then began when trying to contact customer support. I would call and go through the queuing process to my issue only to talk with a answering service that would take my information and issues and tell me someone would call back. Well after several days and no call I called again and then again for about 4-5 times. Finally, in mid November I got a call and was simply just sent a new camera and a sorry. Well once again that replacement is failing and not synching with the network. Once again I call and no return call service again and again. Very aggravating and not to mention I’m still paying for a service that’s not working while I get NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT..KhmallmanVersion: 6.1.2

Not what I expectedI have to admit, I bought these in a rush because they were on sale. Typically I do a lot of research when purchasing electronics and I wish I had taken my time to look at these in depth before buying them. The picture and video quality when transmitted near my phone are great but once I leave, everything is grainy. Their ability to connect is also frustrating to say the least. As a VZW customer, my phone had full service in the exact location I set these cameras but the camera itself doesn’t, one or two bars at best. Sometimes it takes up to three or four days for videos to download once I find one worth keeping for my archive. The on demand functionality is very inconsistent and sometimes does not shut off and completely drains the battery. I gave them a three star review because although they have a lot of different modes to choose from, they certainly aren’t reliable in my experience. Can’t use all featuresI love the camera I bought and the app for the most part. Would be a easy 5 stars if it weren’t for just a few things… for starters, I bought a Muddy Manifest 2.0, and according to the product description when I bought it, it is supposed to have video or picture. But for some reason the command app only allows picture mode which is incredibly frustrating to me because I would like to utilize video mode as well. It doesn’t even give me the option. Second, I have heard others that have this app mention an on demand feature but for some reason I don’t have that as an option either? Really irritating especially since I pay a monthly premium to use this app and I can’t even use all features. On top of that I can’t seem to get any sort of technical support on this matter. Great buyThe only problem I’ve had is I hooked up my muddy camera to a solar battery and delayed subscription for several months. Followed instruction and it started firing pictures from that day as taken. I went in and adjusted to downloading twice a day. The first download was 2400 pictures and had to up my subscription. My bad. Pics are great. I’m in northern Arizona and have been able to ID coyote, deer, javelina and even bobcat both day and night. I also caught a hummingbird and a hawk mid-flight. Everything works perfect. Update: been working fine for a while. The last few months, when the downloads come, one in the morning and one in the evening, at each download, it sends two or three downloads instead of one at each set times. Trail cameras muddyI have three of these cameras only had one to stop working. The first two has been in the woods for about three to four years now I never have taken them out couldn’t believe how much I have like them the pictures are clear day and night I change the batteries maybe three times a year so far couldn’t ask for anything better out of them. I ve had other people ask me about them and how well I like them and the pictures they take showed them some of my pictures and sold them on the cameras. They said they had tried other ones but they didn’t last long or eat up the batteries so fast told them to try the muddy ones haven’t had any complaints about them so far. Easy!If you’re looking at reviews to debate on purchasing, BUY IT! By far the most user friendly I’ve tried. Pics come quickly to my phone. I can change settings from my app, even switching from picture to video. Shows battery so I don’t have to check them randomly and end up missing deer. Night time pictures are very clear and bright. No taking the card out to bring it in and check! The service plan is very affordable. $20 a month, worth every penny not to walk all the way out there every other day. Really good camera when it worksI have purchased probably 14 or 15 of these cameras. They work excellent until around the time you have to change the batteries. Half of them continue to work well, but along about the year timeframe they seem to stop working consistently and break down. They have quick trigger catch most moving animals, but my biggest complaint is that they break down earlier than what they should. Some I have had stopped working within 4 to 5 months. I have two cameras right now that I’ve had to take off the land camera change the batteries, they still don’t work. the monthly fee can be reduced to five dollars or increase to $20 a month for unlimited pictures. App is not sending photosWe just purchased our second Muddy Cam with the solar pack. Ever since adding the new camera, photos are not being sent to us. I have spoken to customer service a couple of times; have had the cameras updated by customer service; re synchronized them and still am not receiving photos. We have a friend who is having the same issue with his cameras, which are located in different areas. He was told today to pull the SD cards to see the photos, as the cameras are taking them. Let’s talk about itFor starters, this is my second year using these cameras. I love the picture quality, I love that I can adjust shutter times, I love that I can share clear pictures with others, I love the website. Stealth Cams are awesomeGreat photos, fantastic adjustability within the app. Had a cow move my camera and it was now facing tree limbs. Instead of wasting the batteries by 1,000’s of limb photos, I changed the start and stop time of day photos to 7pm start and 7:02 stop. Now I don’t have thousands of unnecessary pictures and my batteries will still be full when I get back out to fix camera position. Photo clarity is great and so is reaction time. Amazing how many times I capture a bird in mid flight and the photo is crystal clear and not blurry. Way more reliable than MoultrieMobileI have been using cell cameras for the past 4 years and started out with Moultrie cameras and have upgraded since then to newer versions. I purchased my first Muddy camera last year and purchased another this year and by far the reliability of getting a picture and batteries not needing to be replaced every week or two ( my muddy cameras have been running since June on same batteries !!) a reliable platform and easy to use platform has me hooked. I will be giving away my Moultrie cameras ( wouldn’t feel right taking money for them) and be purchasing another before years end and probably multiple units next year..!! My Watchdog will hunt!Bought this Cellular Trail Cam to view all traffic at my Construction Site from 245 miles away. It works like a charm. Identified two trucks and their License Plates that did not belong out there without permission. They didn’t have my permission. Sheriff’s Department was happy to visit these two truck owners and remind them that they were caught on Camera trespassing. Don’t think they’ll try that again. Joey SwarnerIv had these for a few years. I am down to one camera do to corrosion issues. I recently purchased tactacam reveal cameras with the rechargeable battery. They are great cameras but really don’t seem to last much longer before I have to pull the battery pack and take home to charge. They also have built in solar panels that don’t seem to help. I really do like the muddy cameras but just tired of buying batteries and not getting them to last more than 1 1/2 years. Good trail cameraII have used Spypoint cameras almost exclusively. Recently because of a promo offered by Huntstand I acquired a Stealthcam. I like the Stealthcam better. Why? Photo quality, ease of use on the app and most of all Stealthcam notify’s me when I have an update. Updates are above all else easier to access with Stealthcam. Downside to this product is they do not offer a free photo package. Spypoint offers 100 photos every 30 days for free. Even at $5 a month with Stealthcam for their basic download package, it can get very expensive quickly if you accumulate cameras..Former 13 WHAM app userVersion: 6.1.1

Can’t get any help on a new camera that stopped workingI own 6 stealthcam cell cams 3 of which are now working for their 3rd hunting season. I purchased a 7th camera in the beginning of October and set it up then put it out in the field. It worked great for a week, then quit working. I tried to reset it remotely then drove 3 hours to go try and reset it in person and had 0 luck doing so. I searched the app for any help and couldn’t find anything. I call the help line and wait on hold sometimes for over an hour and never get to speak to a person. So I’m thinking that I have wasted $140 on this one. Great pictures and amazing battery life!I really like your cameras! I have 4 of them now! The pictures through cell look great! I’ve never needed to get an HD photo! I used to have Tactacam but the batteries would always die after a couple months! I’ve had one of my cell cams at my camp since last July and it’s still taking pictures!! Unbelievable!! Trail cam/security camAs a trail cam, it’s ok. We have a possum that crosses our backyard nightly. Camera labels it as a raccoon, cat, skunk, or dog. So I moved it to our front yard to see how it works as a security cam. It takes very sharp photos during the day, but night time shots leave a lot to be desired. Most of the time, it takes a shot down the street, after the vehicle has passed by the camera. And it isn’t sharp enough to capture the license plate. Unless the plate is standing still and is 5’ away. And it’s set for 40mp. But it’s still a bit better than the Ring cameras mounted on the house..N6ZRNVersion: 6.2.3

Stealth and muddy cell camsI was hesitant to use cell cameras, with the payments I couldn’t justify it at the time. After running into the situation of being extremely busy with work…. They were immediately justified. I’m ready to sell and my regular cameras and buy more cell cameras. The time saved with cell cameras is 100% worth it for me!! Only reason for a 4 star review is because one stealth cam had a faulty battery termination. 30 seconds and some cold solder later I was back in business. Great Camera SystemGreat system. Cameras are reliable and the app has some great features. There are some changes I’d love to see. Being able to remotely turn a camera on and off. As well as having a live video mode to watch deer movement from home. (Similar to a Ring or Blink camera for home). The other thing that needs fixing is the false alerts when direct sunlight hits the camera. All that said, I have 5 of them on my property and they consistently provide great pics. Well thought out AppI have one stealth cam camera cellular. And two Browning cellular. This app is much better than the browning app. And the data plan prices are better with more features like unlimited HD downloads. They also allow video GIF images depending on your plan. Super easy to set up. I will be getting more Stealth cam or Muddy cameras even though my Browning cameras are better as far as capturing images and other features. Nice camera but App is notThe camera we got has good camouflage and nice photo quality. Only thing I don’t like is the app. I took several tried to subscript the plan but it keep saying transaction failed. In addition, I cannot get the app to do push notification. And I tried with 3 different phone. I knew many people has been saying that the CS is bad but that’s not the stuff fault. It’s the system that make you wait on the line for so long. Honest reviewThere are some quirks that need to be worked out of the app but overall it’s very easy to use and the cameras are super easy to activate and take good pictures. you can use both muddy and stealth cam with this app. Picture organization is flawless HD downloads are also available. App ok, camera could use improvementI recently received my new 360 camera for an anniversary gift from my husband. I am really impressed with the camera. My only issue is that every night now that it is cooler out, it builds up condensation inside the 360 lense cover and makes all the pictures from night, blurry and unable to view. This issue definitely needs some attention. Several other inexpensive cameras I have owned do not have this problem. A set of batteries do not last long maybe a couple of days if you have a lot of pictures uploading. Batteries dying too fastI have two cameras, one works great but the other’s batteries die too quickly-like in a week or two. I noticed some corrosion on the battery connectors but cleaned it off the best I could but they still die quickly. Only the four middle batteries die while the other two do not. But the biggest problem is the lack of responsive customer support. Despite calling and emailing, I get no response. That is a problem! Trouble at firstI couldnt program cams to go off and come back on. They would go back to 12:am to 12: am and not take any pics. I went back to all day setting and they worked. I am very happy with the quality of the pics. We compare around camp and stealth beats spypoint on daytime and especially night pics. Last year 2 of my cams decided to take 5000 pics in 1 hr. Great cameraI love the camera. It’s easy to use and takes great pictures. The only thing I don’t like is that it’s American… I have to add an hour myself to the time as I can’t get it to go on Atlantic time and also I am charged in American dollars. Not really designed for CanadaThe app does not have any time zones for Canada so it’s little inconvenient and annoying. Also I have never been able to get the HD downloads to work on either the pictures or video. There’s no explanation on where to find the downloads if they do work. Having the cell provider be AT&T also isn’t the best in Canada. Command App Negative Reviews

Bad customer service.Have two cameras that do not work, one has not worked since January of 2024, I suspended the reserve but was still charged, talked to customer service and was told I would get a refund. Three weeks later gave still not received a refund ad of yet. Have called and talked to customer service on multiple occasions and have been told I would receive refund in 1-3 days, 7-10 days, at the end of the business day and still nothing. In regards to second camera it stopped syncing and stopped send pics. Wax told to go get camera, I did and went through all the steps. Camera worked for four days then it stopped working. Brought it backed went through the steps yet again and was told that it would take 12 to 36 hours to up load updates. I waited all this time and it it still doesn’t work. Then I was told that if I could produce a receipt from not even a full year ago that they would replace it. Well I’m sorry I didn’t think that two cameras would stop working and I would need to save the receipt. So beware if you buy either the Sonic Pro or the Stealth cam you better save the receipt. And also be ready to get the run around from customer service. I was told yesterday, I guess to try and get me to stop calling that as a one time courtesy that they would send ne a new camera and I would get the tracking number by e-mail. Well I did not get the e-mail or my refund by the end of the day. Needless to say I am very disappointed in a company i used to have high regards for. Buyer beware..Riseasy88Version: 6.3.1

Sharing, Metrics, and Customer Service is PoorDo not plan to share cameras with other people. The design is only good for a single person. The features are so stripped down for others that it is almost useless. App developers please contact me for input. 0) when sharing cameras with a person who does not have their own cameras, they cannot filter. 1) when you share a camera, the person who it is shared with cannot see the metrics showing the times an animal is at the trail camera. While they do have a neat graph that can be filtered on tags such as “hog” or “deer”, that shows time of day when the animals are present; only the owner of the account can see this. The only way to give them access is to share your password, which includes complete control of the account. 2) I had to find the metrics and graph on my own. Calls to customer service for help with trying to figure out how to pattern animals met with that feature is not available. It really is, they are just ignorant of their app. 3) I have never had an email to customer service responded to. 4) They say they will get back to me after a phone call and never do. 5) The desktop version does not allow filtering the metrics via tag. It also displays in a tiny pop-up. What is the use of a giant screen if you’re going to limit my view to a 4 in. square??? Somewhere behind this app is a good developer that understands hunting. However, whoever is allocating features to customers is clueless. Good but some flawsSo I’ve now been using this for 8 cameras for over a month. This app supports a bunch of different models, and I recognize that some issues may be on the camera (hardware/firmware) side… That said, it usually downloads the hi-res images you request, but I have one that refuses to download, even though the camera continues to take pics. I would say that the Hi-res pics are only marginally better, and some times I can’t tell the difference at all. Regularly I get pics out-of-order. Like I’ll get four pics of a buck…then over the next 24 hours several more will come in that were taken before those first ones I saw. I still dislike the battery life indicator - really should be a %. I also really wish there were a desktop companion… Finally, we all view interesting images in landscape. But the gallery and home page do not work in landscape…so you are constantly rotating your phone. Still better functionality than what I use from spypoint and Moultrie. November 2025 edit: the app frequently downloads photo a second time. Often this happens several days after the fact and the first photo was already deleted. This is concerning because it very well may count twice against the monthly photo allotment. Finally, it is extraordinarily frustrating to not have the ability to delete a whole day worth of photos at the same time. Today I had to tap 121 thumbnails individually. Simple functions on a pretentiously complex UIThe camera, app and its functions are pretty simple but the vague description of settings and options over-complicate the UI and it can be frustrating to learn because of how long you have to wait to see how your settings affect the way the camera functions. Would be nice if it had an option to just take a picture or record a video instantly at-will. Seems like a pretty critical function to completely over look. After combing through the website it appears theres an “on-demand” setting that I haven’t been able to access. Either that or the name “on-demand” is very misleading. I paid for a year of unlimited data and have my camera set up in a spot with maximum carrier signal and it’s very slow when it comes to downloading photos and Syncing settings. The part time trail cameraThe stealth trail camera does take good quality pictures. But seems to be a little slow at times on capturing the pictures. Another thing I have against the cameras, they supposed to take a test picture ever day. I set up my account and it says to push the sync button so that you can look at the photo to make sure it’s working properly. On the cover the box, it says plans as low as four dollars a month they aren’t they start at five dollars a month per camera I could not find anywhere, if you could hook two cameras to the same plan or if you had two different plans, but regardless, when I tried hooking it up, the app is terribly difficult to navigate You can’t look at the plans before you put in your credit card information Also, you get so many videos (depending on plan )and so many photos per month again depending on the plan however, there isn’t any way on the camera to set up for videos or photos If you use more than your plan coverage, they charge you $.25 per video There are no instructions telling you how to set it up for video versus photo there’s no button on the camera itself to decide which you want either video or photo I tried to go back through their app to cancel my plan order, and there is no way to cancel your order. Glitches and delay, bad customer service support…I have 2 cameras. And they both take good pictures, good video. But there is about an 8 minute delay. So if there is a trespasser on the hunting ground, I completely miss em. But I get a photo after they left lol. Also, when I share a camera viewing with another person so he can see the camera in his app, there seems to be a several hour delay in getting the photos according to the time stamp. Not impressedInitially the cameras worked well. I don’t know if they are just not very durable, but after a couple of months, they no longer want to connect. Even taking them close to the WiFi they fail to connect. I have noticed at times, there has been a little moisture inside the camera. That tells me the rubber seal is not very good, and prone to failure. Being that it is summer in Texas, these cameras are not subject to an over abundance of rain. I don’t know if there is a way to do a hard reset, to fix the problem. Pretty frustrating that bow season is around the corner, and I do not have either one of my cameras out. RevolverI purchased the unit due to another Stealth camera failure( Deceptor ) I found the 360 revolver the newest unit out. I have used it for roughly 2 months and it has spent more time not operating than in operation. It eats batteries 16 at a time, the stealth solar panel doesn’t keep up with it and creates electrolysis at the connection. I am constantly having to drive to the property and reset/replace the expensive AA lithium batteries. Not happy with this unit at all. In saying this about the revolver unit. Disappointed updatesMy wife gifted me a cam and the solar power. They worked great for about 20 months. Then the app updates began to degrade the cam effectiveness. It took pics all day long despite me always having the time set for overnight. Then it used up my allotted pics because the cam was running 24 hours a day. Stay AwayIf only negative scores were possible. Where to begin? Well, I bought two of their cameras so it has been doubly painful. Let’s start with the basics of taking a photo. If a single blade of grass moves even the slightest the camera takes a photo. I signed up for a 600 photo upload plan on one of the cameras. The camera took 600 photos in less than 48 hours. Guess how many animals were captured? ZERO. Reluctantly I upgraded to the unlimited upload plan. That was several days ago. Guess how many photos have uploaded since I upgraded? ZERO. Ok, maybe I need to manually initiate a photo to get things flowing again. Hit the “On Demand” button in the app. It seems to indicate that it is taking a picture. Refresh the feed, nothing. Take another On Demand photo. Wait a few minutes, refresh the feed, nothing. Ok, maybe if I were to change the daily upload time it will get things going (even though several days had passed since I upgraded and the previous daily upload time had cycled several times). NOTHING. Let’s talk about filters. It’s 2024. You would think that you could save a filter so that you wouldn’t have to rebuild it every time. What do I mean by filter? Not the Instagram kind of filter, I mean the kind that shows you images based on certain criteria. Show me pictures taken between 8 PM and 6 AM. Nope. You get to recreate the filter every time you want to use the filter. Adding to my frustrations, I purchased solar panels for each of the two cameras. One lasted about six weeks, the other lasted a week. They are completely dead. Support…what support? I emailed them twice and didn’t get a response. Notifications are hours lateI bought a fusion X a few years ago; it and the app had been working well. So this spring I bought a fusion max. Not only does the fusion max use up batteries about 3x faster than the fusion x, but now the app takes hours to send notifications. Sometimes the notifications come through 10 hours late.
