Good but Problems Outside of the KingdomThe app has been good but it seems to be confused while I am outside of the Kingdom. First it needed me to change my time zone to Saudi Arabia. I did that manually. Then it wanted me to set my home address all over again. I think it wants to know where so now. Being out of the country doesn’t necessarily mean I have moved. Perhaps current address means where I am at the moment. Either way. It won’t let me pick my real address in Riyadh because I am thousands of miles away. Nor will it let me set it to my current physical location for the week. I need it to be working when I get to Bahrain to quarantine. Not completely rightThe app generally shows me as immune so on that basic level it works. But it took a couple days to update when I arrived back in country - said I was supposed to quarantine even tho I had completed both doses more than two weeks earlier and registered on Muqeem ahead of return. I never did find anyone to help me in calls to various health services, it just eventually went away. Next, it marked me immune, but the health passport in the app only lists one dose, which caused the guards at my office to refuse me entry until I dug out my actual vaccine record. Currently it says I’m immune by recovery and a single dose, even though I’ve never had covid. It’s such an important app for daily life here, it really should work correctly and offer a simple way to update errors..MissJubileeVersion: 3.1.2

Registration ErrorI was traveling to KSA on transit through Bahrain, when I was notified by my travel team to register on this application. I tried my best but was not able to register. Useless appIt did not change my health status to no record of infection for a while though my COVID test is negative (just a normal test there was not any symptoms of COVID before doing it), also this happened for a couple of my friends. Just for anybody who might face this issue, do not wast your time on ringing the technical support of Tawakkalna because no body knows how to solve this issue and they will say the same words “just wait until your health status turns to green color” and if that takes two weeks you will be lucky, it might take you more than a month. Absolute invasion of user privacy. Worst app ever and poor customer serviceCustomer service doesn’t respond or can’t solve their own app problems. If you leave the kingdom snd come back and have to do PCR test sometimes it doesn’t register even while dealing with MOH. Their response is to keep taking a PCR test until app turns green. Battery consumptionI suggest moving the app permission to location is “Only While Using” because there’s is no real benefit to always having access. I will only open the app when I need to show it, otherwise I don’t use the app so it doesn’t need my location at all times. It consumes an awful lot of the battery!! Errors in countingI’ll list the errors I faced below: 1) Registration page isn’t working. After adding in my ID and D.O.B in Hijri and Georgian, I get this specific error: ‘The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.’ While I’m sure that the format is correct (I’m following yours) I’m pretty sure there’s a problem in the registration of the code’s input. 2) The Term’s of Use and Privacy Policy’s page isn’t showing.
