Plays through Apple Watch speaker! Yes!I’ve never written a review so fast. Someone just recommended this app to me, I can’t thank them enough as I never would’ve imagined looking for it. I only wanted to listen to some music on my watch without having to go get my AirPods while doing things around the house. I was folding towels yesterday and was lamenting that I couldn’t even listen to an audiobook on a whim like that. Apple Watch has a nice speaker, it’s perfect for a spur of the moment like this. Such a fantastic appThank you for making an actual standalone app and treating the watch like a first class citizen that it is. Thank you for allowing playback through speaker. App works flawlessly. Just one suggestion - please add a way to set a timer to turn off the radio after a specified time (15m, 30m, 1h, etc). I use it often when I sleep to listen to radio and it would be great to save battery by auto-stopping the radio after I fall asleep. Best 99 cents I’ve spent in a long time.After hearing the quality of a phone call on my Apple Watch, I assumed I could stream music from it too. But, no! You must connect it go BuleTooth to use any music app. Why? The speaker is there why not give us the option? Streamlets somehow figured this out and it’s amazing. I can tune in and out of some of my favorites radio stations or streams right on my watch easily. And the quality is fine for what it is. Totally listenable. And because Streamlets uses your watch’s wifi (or cellular if you have that option), you don’t need your phone actually with you. Just a wifi connection at minimum. Lastly, the browser database (community radio) it connects to has some good and bad points, but that’s for another day. At least it’s an easy search for Uncertain FM and KEXP, two of my favorite stations (check them out!) that work beautifully on Streamlets..MikeGordonVersion: 1.7.2

I love it, and I recommend it!I upgraded my Apple Watch to get cellular service. The idea was to exercise without carrying my phone and listen to podcasts or my local NPR station. It became clear that some radio apps did not work on my Apple Watch. Moreover, most of the ones that did have invasive privacy policies. Streamlets is a terrific radio solution! It plays out the watch speaker surprisingly well. But I listen to it through my Bluetooth hearing aids. it’s simple to use. It works great, and sounds great. Awesome App!This App does exactly what it says it’s supposed to do. I’ve had the Apple Watch since day 1 and have always wanted this feature, and to this day still don’t understand why it’s not built into the watchOS (Come on Apple!). Nearly PerfectIt hasn’t been updated yet to be able to include the full sized keyboard on Apple Watch Ultra, yet for searches, but everything else is impeccable! Great App!I’ve been waiting for someone to add a radio stations app to the Watch....lost hope for iHeart. Very good job! My favorite streaming app for Apple WatchBecause it doesn’t need speakers or headphones to listen all I need is an internet connection which I mostly have and let’s say if I wanted to listen to the radio with headphones I can or if a want to stream with just my watch no headphones or speakers it’s also possible. Best Running Companion!!!I am an avid marathon and ultra marathon runner. For my shorter runs up to half marathon I just carry my Apple Watch cellular. This app lets me listen to my favorite radios. Awesome!Been searching for something like this for a long time. And at such a cheap price. Bless your heart for making something like this!! On my series 3 38mm, the UI is cropped at the edges though, and volume seems to bug out all time, being slow and glitchy to adjust. There’s not a station worldwide that I’ve searched and couldn’t find with this app. And unlike other apps, there are zero commercials. Wonderful AppThis is the only radio app I found that can actually stream directly to the cellular Apple Watch, without the need for an IPhone nearby. Great appThe only thing I see wrong is why it’s a 4 not a 5. When you search I noticed if the radio station plays live on their website it comes up in search. If it plays on a app outside of the website it doesn’t come up in search. 3 didn’t come up in search and 3 did where I live. The # 1 station ( supposedly where I live) doesn’t come up in searches. I tried both ways the call letters before and after the numbers. The local am station doesn’t come up either (that’s 4 All together) maybe because it’s am I don’t know. Otherwise it’s great. Finally…audio from my watch without headphones!!I’ve been using this gem of an app for a couple years now, and I LOVE it!! It’s like having a mini transistor radio on your wrist, wherever you go! I have a rotating list of 5-6 favorite radio stations that I listen to, mostly spoken word (BBC Radio 4 extra, NPR 24 Hour Program Stream, France Inter). Music of course sounds pretty tinny on those tiny speakers, but speech and ambient noise (for napping) come through just fine. I love the freedom of not having to have a Bluetooth speaker or headphones to get in a bit of world news or a BBC radio drama. Thank you so much to the developer!.DebicaVersion: 2.0.2
