Great service but terrible appThe overall wash made my car looks great. No water spots as the dryer dried 99.9% of the car and only had to dry a few spots myself. Love the free vacuum and multi cleaners. Now for the app, why am I forced to spend $100 for 4 washes all at once? Why not let us buy washes separately? I’d love to be able to buy 1 premium wash on the app and then take my car to get it done. I can only assume it’s to force customers to come back as they know they have 3 more washes they already paid for which is bad business. Like I said I love the quality of the wash I got and that would bring me back but not forcing me to come back because you want a lump sum of money for a couple washes.
