How do I cancel the EmployerAccess subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top, go to Subscriptions, select EmployerAccess from the list and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you can keep using the app until then. See Apple's official subscription management page for details.
How do I delete the EmployerAccess app?
Touch and hold the EmployerAccess icon on the Home Screen, choose Remove App and then Delete App. Important: if you have an active subscription, deleting the app does not cancel it automatically - you must first cancel your subscription using the steps above.

This is beyond horrible. I have downloaded the app 3 different times and each time, I sign on and get nothing but white screen. Absolutely useless
The app has a notification badge on it. I’ve looked everywhere in the app, and there isn’t even a place where notifications could appear, so what’s the badge for? Why can’t I clear it?
It stopped working, I paid for January and scheduled February but now I cannot use it, just a blank screen after the sign on page
I have a dozen insurance policies— no where does it say what insurance company this app is for. The stupidest marketing I’ve ever seen for an app.
