Has been improved, does what I need, but still missing a few conveniencesIt’s easy to register for classes, and I’m glad they aren’t booking classes out weeks or months. If you’re a regular attendee I can see the convenience aspect, however there’s a big potential problem when ppl to fill up the calendars then cancel close to or on the day. This means others looking to take classes will be discouraged and then they’re the ones checking daily to find something open. Good startThis is still 2 days before the date when reservations are active. App works for checking in, reservations can be made up to one week out, easy access to personal schedule, and sends notifications when favorite group classes are open for registration. I hope more is added to the app. It’s not showing my checking yet, but I assume that’s because it’s not at the official date yet. So far so good..SufferingSacroiliacVersion: 1.1

Where’s the improvement?Developers: Do you see how low this app is rated?? Do you not care about the issues that users are experiencing with the app? Or do you just not care? My main issue is that I literally can’t scroll on any of the pages within the app. It just bounces back and won’t scroll. Also, certain buttons just don’t work, like anything on the Spa page. It worksIt works decently enough. One thing that would hugely improve it is allowing us to skip right to the next week so we can sign up for the next week’s class right when it’s available. Not user friendlyI was excited when our club announced improvements were finally coming to the app. For many months I’ve had to manually reselect my location, scroll through all the childcare reservation options for any given day, ensure I reserve for the correct age group because they are all lumped together, and ensure I check the correct child for the correct age group because there is no filter to show which classes apply to which child. Sometimes it shows an option to register when a class is full to go to the waitlist, and sometimes it just shows the registration is closed. It has been taking me about 20+ minutes to reserve all of my family’s classes each week. Since the big app update, I’ve had to reach out to multiple club and concierge staff for help because the app won’t log me in with either correct credentials or through the create new password options—the only two options available on the app. The staff is just as frustrated as I am. They really want to help me, but nothing is working. I’ve had to start having them manually check me in and manually add my children to classes every day..JoyAutumnVersion: 1.2.0

Top Notch Everything… except this app!Ugh, y’all it’s ridiculous. All I want to do is book a service. PLEASE TAKE MY MONEY AND GIVE ME A MASSAGE! But no. App gets stuck on “finding my account and profile”, then all words disappear, and all that remains is completely blank screen. I’ve gone back to Home and started the process again no less than 10 times. Very frustrating. I don’t mind calling in a booking. Wish I could deleteI really love VillaSport but hate the app. It’s difficult to navigate, the calendar days are so annoying. There are no events ever listed. Sports are not updated. Parent night out themes are not updated. It would be nice to reserve spots to that on the app as well. I wish I could order food from the app and have it ready for pick up. No spa information. Would like to book appointments through the app and see what/who is available. I don’t like personal trainers but that would be a useful feature also. Basically this app is useless other than scanning in to the gym so I really wish there was another way so I could delete this app altogether. Lots of unnecessary infoWhen trying to register for kids care, it shows all slots for all ages. My child is 1.5 years old, so why is it showing the 6-11 months options? Also when a slot is FULL (written in small text) there is still a big green register link. Worst App Ever!!This is by far one of the worst apps that I’ve used. There is so much potential to make this app great but nothing has changed. Members need to be able to select week by week and day by day it’s crazy that you have to go day by day! You should be able to send your schedule to your calendar. It can be difficult to find classes. I have unregistered for classes and the next day, I am still registered. Worst App EverThis app is archaic, as is all of VillaSports’ IT content. The app fails to link to the correct club, links to wrong pages, and is generally unworkable and the antithesis of user-friendly. As my wife said, “it’s like they used the free version of Windows97 then refused to pay for any of the features after setting it up initially.” I wish I could say the staff at the club is more knowledgeable or helpful, but the common refrain we get is “oh, the person that can help you just left!” We’re canceling our membership and will join another club soon..BTK123456Version: 1.2.1

Can’t log inI have been trying to log in for the first time since joining the club two weeks ago. I get an error that say “oops wrong user name or password.” Even though it works fine for the browser log in. The club has been trying to help as well but they can’t seem to figure it out either. So every time I visit they have to vouch for me since I can’t show my credentials via the app. I can’t register for classes yet either. Cancelled MembershipI cancelled my membership due to this app and the Villa staff not caring to resolve the issue. When app updated, I was knocked off so could not register for classes, check in, etc. I suggested deleting me from system and reinstating with a new user name but was told I’d have to pay enrollment fees - I’ve paid $150 month for six years so really??????? When I cancelled, the staff was just “Oh, sorry” - no attempt to resolve issue. Fitness Project will be getting my $$$ until Lifetime Fitness opens. An app you can’t depend onThis app almost always needs to be reset or deleted and reinstalled to work. When I’m trying to sign up for something or remove my registration for a class it’s always “spinning” and honestly it’s a waste of time. The club needs to change the app completely if you want to stop wasting people’s time and money on something that doesn’t work. It’s beyond frustrating and not user friendly. NOT IMPROVEDNewest update: there’s areas where it can show you have a reservation and then where you don’t have a reservation. It messes everything up and I end up with not a reserved spot because of it. Not my fault. I register as soon as the spots open up. Then when I go to drop my kids off it’s all messed up. Slow and doesn’t unregistered for classesThis app takes a long time to confirm childcare spots, and hardly works after I pick a spot for one child (I have three). I have unregistered for classes more than 24 hours in advance and villa still sends emails saying that I’ll be charged for not un registering. You can’t make childcare reservations same day, either. Terrible App that Doesn’t WorkVilla Sport is a gym that has fantastic facilities, but is unfortunately organized very poorly. This app was supposed to be a way of improving that, yet it has absolutely no information. We are being pushed to use it to reserve spots in exercise classes, but can’t. This is worthlessThis is honestly one of the worst and most frustrating apps I have ever used. In addition to being hard to use, it’s slower than molasses in January. I could be paying $25 a month to go to Planet Fitness and their App actually works, and even tells you how crowded they are so you can plan your visits. Terrible appMost of the time it does not work! Incredibly glitchy. Most of the time classes are not updated correctly, cannot sign up for classes or you can’t even see group classes. Missed OpportunityWhat a poor business decision to not focus on technology resources. Really a huge missed opportunity to elevate service and amenities for club members.
