Updated ReviewI wanted to leave an updated review after being on app for 1 year. I was on the old app that was updated into the new one in 2022. There was issues with the app when it first started. I reached out to support, in time the app was updated and my issue no longer exists. Over the past year, it has been clear end user feedback was incorporated into the application and it is more user friendly (able to switch sets, able to mark outside activities and able to view the whole workout plan while in it). From a workout point of view, I loved the at home option and there are multiple different programs to pick based on current level. This is one of the few apps I have stuck with or come back to consistently. The how to videos are helpful and I like I can adjust sets to add or reduce difficulty. I have the annual plan and recommend this option to everyone, it so worth it..Version: 5.3.0

Love this App!I’m not usually one to leave reviews for apps, but this one really deserves it. I’ve been following Linn for a few years now and the hard work she puts in all of her projects is amazing. I used to do her workouts on the fitplan app and once she announced her own app was coming I moved to it right when it came out! All the workouts are great, I haven’t been to a gym since covid and she has plenty of workouts to do at home with bands, body weight or weights. I’ve truly seen some improvement. The app is easy to navigate and I love that you can do 2 plans at once and schedule the workouts on the days you want to do them. I highly recommend this app and can’t wait to see the future updates. Best Workout App In The World!!When you are trying to build a healthy lifestyle, you’re always looking for an app that has everything you need. It’s either impossible to find or you find an app you really like and it’s always missing something. This app! I can’t say enough, this app has recipes, meal plans, calories, macros, work out sessions with how to videos, you put in the weight, you add the reps other than what is recommended, you are in control of it all!! I literally LOVE waking up and starting my morning off with this app! No kidding, I did 2 workouts today because I loved it so much haha I’m so excited to get great sleep tonight and start again tomorrow..Version: 5.3.6

Linn is the Best!!!I absolutely love Linn Lowes and her workout programs, so glad I found her a year ago. I will use her plans for the rest of my life. There are some minor tech things that could be upgraded! I know how everything works & just adjust. I love to preview the workout but it does automatically start the workout so I’ll just “stop” it so it doesn’t save. When you watch how the exercise videos it stops your music but doesn’t activate the music to come back on when the video is over. Not all of the timers sound when they’re done, so if I’m resting not looking at my phone I’ll miss that my 30 seconds is up. Overall, I know these tech issues will get better over time and I know how to work around them so it won’t stop me from following a trainer I love!! Thank you Linn!!!.Version: 4.16.8

Best meal plans everThis is the first app that is actually been truly relieving and incredibly helpful for me! Work outs that are very effective, completely customizable plan to meet my goals, and the meal planning has just been tremendous! There are a lot of meals where I’m hesitant to try but once I make them, they are delicious! I have yet to have a single meal from her recipes that is not good! It has made this lifestyle so much easier and I am feeling great while dropping fat and building muscle better than ever! Love this so much!.Version: 24.0

Love Linn but the app needs workI’ve been following Linn for years so I was excited when she launched her own app. I hung in there while they worked out some kinks but there had been some pretty frustrating issues that still persist. The timer interferes with your music and turns the volume down and doesn’t go back up for a few minutes. It really ruins my workout flow especially during cardio sets. Additionally the app will just close during my workout if I’m trying to edit weight/ time and I have to start the whole workout again and my progress isn’t saved. Really hope these can get fixed in the next update.Version: 5.1.8

Great, but…This is an okay app, but changing your workout calendar is a pain. If I want to move out one of my workouts, it shifts my entire plan and my rest days don’t line up with what I selected in when I signed up. For example, my rest days are on the weekend. If I want to move a Friday workout to Saturday, it’ll move my rest days to Sunday and Monday instead of ONLY swapping Friday with Saturday. And once you make the change you can’t undo it. You also can’t move days backwards, so if I wanted to switch my Friday and Saturday it won’t let me. Such a pain! I had to restart my entire workout plan bc my rest days got all messed up..Version: 22.1

Amazing AppI have been working out for years and this app is amazing. The demonstrations and tips for each workout has really helped me improve my form. Linn really thought of everything when it came to designing her app, I definitely feel like it was worth the money. There’s a plan or option for every type of schedule or availability of equipment. I also just have to say she spreads a positive message on her platform and is actually promoting a healthy lifestyle versus other fitness influencers..Version: 5.2.9

Great workouts, app needs some minor tweaks!As a user prior to the new app update, there were a couple things that I definitely missed from the old app. I do love the workouts and how the new app looks in terms of appearance! The best work out app for at home and gymI have been doing Lynn Lowes work outs for a few months and joined the new year challenge. I love how easy it is to manage the app as well as how many options she has for work out plans, depending on if I want to add more cardio to lose pounds or concentrate on glutes, etc. Also, a bonus is the meal plan options she has all right there and accessible for any meal of the day!.Version: 5.2.6

UrgghhOk, let me start with I love Linn & I want to love the app. Few things: firstly, it was designed as a website & not an app & that’s apparent when using. The app has very minimal functionality & it was not designed to be user friendly. second, the concept of moving around/ creating your own workout is amazing- but the actual act of doing either of those, leaves a bit to be desired. The app doesn’t have workouts like hiking/ walking/ biking- so if that’s the workout you did for the day- no way to track it. third, viewing the workouts ahead of time or even just bouncing between apps (such as athli. and music) your workout screen & timers disappear- god forbid you accidentally hit no- you have to start tracking your workout ALL OVER AGAIN. lastly, the app doesn’t connect to Apple - so all of my fellow Apple Watch wearers are up a creek without a paddle and have no accuracy tracking in the app..Version: 4.16.8

Love This app!Linn Lowes is a great trainer. I love her programs. I have done strong and lean, ultimate shred, total shred 1 and 2. It’s been about 1 and a half years of doing her programs. LOVEThis app is great! Of course there will be glitches the first few months of release but for a new app this really hasn’t been hard to look past. Love how easy it is to follow your plan, input data, write notes, and on days you don’t have a scheduled plan, make your own! My Perfect Fitness AppThis has been the only fitness that I’ve used (since before the pandemic!) that I’ve consistently used and don’t tire of. I love the features! Issues with timersTimers on cardio workouts don’t work properly sometimes, and I have to use my watch instead to make sure I’m doing the right times for these exercises. When you leave the app and come back to the app it’s as if you’ve never started the cardio exercise, the timer doesn’t change. This happens a lot on the treadmill exercises. Overall the app is good, it needs more tracking functionality with smartwatch interventions..Version: 5.3.8

Excellent upgrade doneFinally joined! What a difference from Fitplan to this app. Everything is in one place meals, training and steps. I am very impressed. Definitely is worth the pricing. Work outs are good.Linn Lowe’s work outs are amazing. Been doing them for a few years across various apps. The only thing I really don’t like about this app is the fact that the videos turn your music down automatically and even when you pause or mute them the music stays low. I love the work outs and being able to track them on app, but that is so annoying and makes me not like using the app at all..Version: 5.2.4

I just wish they would simplify the app. The core thing missing for me is that I want to check off each time I’ve done a rep instead of trying to remember if I did. A creator who caresI love Linn’s plans. They work for me better than anything I’ve ever tried. She has something for everybody. The fact that the nutrition side of the app is included is a huge added bonus. The app is beautiful and Linn is constantly working to improve it..Version: 5.0.2

I can’t seem to find how or where to change the weights from kilos to lbs. music mutes when you play a video demonstration and doesn’t unmute. That’s my biggest beef. Great workouts, apps functionality not greatThis app is awesome, Linn Lowes workouts are great, love it all other than the functionality of the app. So when I do a workout it shows a check mark. I go to the next exercise but the machine at the gym is busy. I go to the next workout, and then I go back and it seems as though my progress is lost, it doesn’t show the check marks anymore so I get lost lol. Also, sometimes I can’t go 5 days a week, I can only go 4. And it only shows the workout for the day, not for the one I missed so I have to go find the other day and start that workout. Don’t know if that makes sense. anyways, hopefully y’all can fix that, thanks..Version: 5.1.2

Love the workouts but app has glitchesI love the workouts but the app itself has glitches. Whenever I start a new program, it lags a day behind on the calendar which is annoying for it to never be in the correct day. Love workouts BUTLove the workouts but the way the app works is terrible. If you lock your phone screen you literally lose the workout it’s annoying, it will erase it all. Not working…App has not been working for 3 days now. It gets stuck loading when I try to sign in. Tried re-installing the app as well as installing it on a different phone and creating a new account. Liked it but some bug annoyed me !Overall a pretty great app but some points can be better : - the app is closing it self during a workout when you just go using an other app like Spotify and if you don’t go back quickly on it. So very annoying cause everything you did until then is not saved. - the count down before the exercise ends is really loud and turns down the music you’re listening for minutes after countdowns over - if you miss a week because you’re sick or on vacation you can’t report it or pause the program - you can’t pause during a countdown But there are lots of good points ! App Quite During WorkoutI downloaded this app at the beginning of April. The workouts are great and I’m really enjoying the various programs that are available however this app has quit on me in the middle of a workout 3 times now plus once it has randomly updated itself during a workout as well. This is incredibly annoying because you lose your progress in the workout when this happens. Obviously I’m going to carry on with the workout but I have to then go back when I’m done and run the clock for the full 45-60 minutes just so the program recognizes that I’ve “completed” that workout. Another glitch with this app is when you post a photo to the community page- if you take a photo and then click back to retake it, this force quits the app. Also, personally I find the timer buzzer to be way too loud when I have my music turned up. But if you turn it down, your music is too quiet!.Version: 5.3.3
