Not honoring coupons!!!I went in a Texas Chicken & Burgers near where I live. I wanted to order the $3 special which is advertised inside & outside the store. When I go to order it, they don’t want to give it to you! Why? What is the problem? Why advertise it? The cashier didn’t want to tell me when I asked “why” so she gets the manager. I ask him why & he straight up LIES & says they don’t have it! I’m looking at a bunch of fresh chicken they just made! So I ask “when”? He lies again & says 2 hours! I said you are lying & I am going to email corporate. This is not professional & they straight up should not have it advertised if they are not going to honor it. Increased prices, terrible UIWorst user interface paired with a lack of locations that I can order from through the app. If there are multiple location options, then it is impossible to select as I only can see one available location approximately 10 miles away when I live less than 2 minutes walking distance.
