PremiumI put this five stars so people read this. Ok, I get it. You want your phone to be cool, and a fun theme. But when you get this app, it doesn’t even work! You try to click download, but then it just goes straight to “get premium for like 10 dollars a month”, and your like, “WHAT?”. I’m not trying to throw these creators under the bus but don’t do this for the money. Do it for people so they can be aesthetic, and cool. Don’t add premium. Right direction but needs workI have premium for the year! Who doesn’t want their phone to look different then standard Apple, without jailbreaking. Yet, after personalizing transitioning to applications, when using custom icons on the Home Screen, will first jump you to a ThemeMe page before getting you to the app you selected. The transition with icons is not smooth, which takes the appeal out of custom icons. The charging screens don’t run smoothly as well. I consistently get a pop up asking if ThemeMe is allowed to run the charging screen, again making it lose its appeal. The available options to customize are okay , but was expecting a lot more options. I hope to see improvement over the year, or I don’t think I will be repurchasing..Jv_jxcknVersion: 1.40

Pretty good at the moment!Works well, just pay close attention to the directions. I love some of the themes and widgets. I just wish there were much more. A high price subscription for the not so many wallpapers, themes, or widgets compared to other apps out there that offer these items. I do love the charging animated items offered. I decided to pay for the yearly subscription and I will determine when the subscription expires to as if I will renew or not. I guess it depends on how much more is added. No Online HelpThis app has a lot of really cool stuff in it! I especially love the themes you can apply to your home screen that change your app icons. My one and only issue with this app is if you have any issues whatsoever your only help is the instructions within the app and your own ingenuity. I’ve personally had trouble getting the Lock Screen widgets to work, and after the instructions couldn’t fix the issue, there is absolutely no online help at all. Went down a rabbit hole to cancel free trial periodI thought I would take advantage of the free trial offer; however, after using it for less than an hour, I quickly realized that it does not meet my needs. When I attempted to unsubscribe, I was shocked to find that I had been automatically subscribed for a year without clear communication regarding the free trial period. I have been searching for a way to cancel the subscription directly through the app, but unfortunately, i found no options available. Additionally, your contact page redirects me to a site that lacks any relevant information or guidance about this specific app, which is incredibly frustrating. The difficulty I am facing in contacting your team adds to my disappointment, as I was hoping to resolve this matter swiftly. Keeps Billing MeI tried the free 3- day trial, forgot to cancel, and ended up unknowingly with their most expensive subscription which is 8.99 plus tax weekly. Because I totally forgot about this app, I never realized I had been charged five times. Three charges are not even weekly! My last two charges are only five days apart. Apple refuses to refund my money due to their policies on purchases. I have tried to cancel the subscription, but the app is STILL active even though it was supposed to be done as of today. I am very upset because I keep getting charged, it’s a LOT of money, and I don’t even use this app!!! Shame on this company for their billing practices, and shame on Apple for only using AI to communicate with customers. My last chat was with AI, and I thought I was speaking to a human. A lot of coin for something smallSo I did the three day trial. I looked through the app to see what they had. I tried one of the themes and did the configuration. But it turns out that the new icons for apps are just shortcuts that open another window to open the regular app of whatever your trying to use. Kind of defeats the purpose of having new app icons that look cool but they’re just shortcuts to open the real app. The charging animations are cool but there are better ones out there that you can get for free. Lastly, and this is the most hilarious. The wallpapers they offer. Which look cool at first glance. But after downloading a couple I took a closer look at a few of them. The wallpapers are AI generated images that they got off of an AI service like ChatGPT, saved them and probably did a few tweaks to it and are now essentially selling them for 24$ a month. Wow. This was the final nail for me. This reeks of something scammy. The exorbitant prices they want in exchange for what they have is simply not worth it. It’s sub par. It’s cheap. Kind of trashSo far I haven’t been able to get the charging animations to work. Even after following the tutorial line by line. My iPhone has none of the options the tutorial on enabling my phone to allow me to put custom icon on my screen. Says go to VPN tab in settings, select configuration profile. Not as advertisedI saw this on fb and it was a really cool live apple wallpaper that just came right out of the phone. I can’t find it or anything like it in their themes or wallpaper. Beautiful but annoyingI tried it, but do not want to purchase it, but it will not go away. Can’t Find Any Free ThemesYou can download the app for free, but to access anything you will have to pay a high price to access everything. Developer has responded to some reviews saying that there are indeed free themes to use, but if there is, there is no way to filter the app by “Free”. So you will have to click on every theme to find which ever 1 single theme they have available to legally be able to claim that. Nice options but not impressedYou shouldn’t have to agree to the free trial BEFORE seeing the options. You should be able to search for a theme instead of going through every category in hopes of finding something you want. The install and setup shouldn’t be so confusing. And when I decided I didn’t actually like the charging animation, I couldn’t go back into the app and find a new one. It would only get stuck on the one I installed. Ended up deleting the app and cancelling my free trial. Pretty disappointed. You have a good idea with this app, but SUCH poor execution and such mainstream options. I wanted cyberpunk (the theme, not the anime or game) and I couldn’t find that because you don’t have search or even a category for it. Don’t aim your app at one single audience and stop making it so difficult for people to see their options before choosing the free trial. Most people will get the pop up before even getting a look and will delete the app right there. You’re making your app way too money-grabbing. Give people a chance to see what you have to offer. Nice themes but poor functionalityThe icons duplicate, you have to use it as a shortcut so it’s slow and then opens multiple screens when you try to open anything….. you don’t get notifications on the icons only on the original iPhone icons.
